Thanks. I was trying to ummmm… look inside the flytraps and get a… ummm… sample of the Impossible meat reactions going on… ummmm… I think the impossible meat is having a weird reaction with the plants' digestive fluid and mutating… sorry…
She starts to cry, but then notices that the flytraps are only unconscious, not dead. Oh THANK YOU! It's not the plants' fault! They're innocent.
She tells you Esi and Hibram went further in to try and find the Impossible Burger ooze that got away. Root and Lucky Bones plan on staying here and helping the Flytraps recover, and with the flytraps unconscious it will be enough to get a sample of the Impossible Mutation.

A spray of rot suddenly blows out from the storm drain, coating the nearby plants in revolting effluent. Clumps of moldy Impossible Meat congeal into a mutated creation that is definitely well past its expiration date. Haibram continues to mutter within the sewer, oblivious to the danger above.

What're you doin' here? Here to help Esi an' Root? Well I done all the disgustin' work. Lend me a hand outta here. He sticks out a filthy hand; putrefied bits of fake meat and slime and smeared under his fingernails. He looks at you, waiting for someone to help pull him up and out of the drain.

Esi is napping on a bench… clearly, something is wrong. There is no danger around, so you dash forward, pushing into the foliage.
Then you look up… there's something in the rafters. The ultimate combination of Deadly Plant and Impossible Meat! The creature hangs upside-down from bulbous, cellulose-connected clumps of Impossible Meat. Greasy purple-red blossoms bloom, their pistils made of quivering flesh and pollinating the area with a savory scent.
The creature hangs from the ceiling just within reach. It looks like it's trying to hide but several of you spot it.
