The aeon guided orbs that grow their own plant body creatures. Planing on having one that got hooked to an archon instead of an aeon and following a LG deity. Be an interesting challenge in roleplaying a character. Someone who has societally been trained to do rote rituals and repetitive behaviors with a neutral viewpoint but then has a compulsion to do differently.
Also get to do a fun bit with the guiding voice talking about 'interplanar exchange programs'

Interesting. Are you planning on being a switch hitter? Those two don't really stack given they're both stances.

true. the one thing I noticed with my other 2 monks though is that ranged damage is a bit on a slow side (both slings and the dart class have a reload of 1). Monastic archer allows flurry of blows w/in half of the 1st range increment. So pretty much to wear down my foes as they close before using stoked flame stance to finish the job...

I just want to check on the prices. 2e made a significant change in the value of gold - 5gp for a room for a night seems rather high. Do any of us even have that?
