The act of hiring a drake is silly. Now Pathfinders will entreat with drakes. Why not take the simple approach of making it a unique magical effect, like a summoned monster?

Two-Eye takes an unusual defensive posture, gaining the attention of the Sewer Dragons, who are starting to chant, "Thoralax! Thoralax!"
With a burst of dragonic speed, Thoralax flies forward blindingly fast! As he is doing it, he makes some rather grotesque noises, like he is preparing to hawk a particularly noxious loogie. In fact, he does exactly that!
He catches four of the six pathfinders in a noxious ball of acidic goo!

The drake is in reach, so you can just grapple it. Otherwise, you just don't have the actions. However, I am going to say that you grab on this round, and if still attached, can try another athletics to pull yourself up on top.
Two-Eye shoots his bow, and with a gleam (of anger) in his eye, rushes forward and grabs on to the drake!
The drake does seem to want anything to do with that, and uses his draconic fury attack!
