I take it you're finding a (relatively) safe place to rest for the night? If so, you won't have to worry about combat for the moment. You've defeated two of the chained spirit's anchors so far, so Scarwall's become a bit safer as a result.
I thoght we left the Kuthites and the witch back near where she had herself tied up in the net? That's where I had Usawoti heading at least.

Torsten felt quite refreshed by the time they had finished resting. Hours of meditation and rest had cleared his mind even as his tattoos healed his body. ”Lets go back to that sealed door.” He said with a smile as he rose to his feet. ”Will punch our way through. They’ll never see it coming.”
Ignore 13 point of hardness. With power attack can punch the sealed door for 6d6+25 damage. Should be able to break through it pretty quickly
Usawoti

Well rested and having thought about their options, Usawoti was no closer to any good ideas. So when Torsten said to return to the sealed door, Usawoti nodded and smiled. "That's a better idea than any of mine." As the moved towards the doors, he cast a few spells for preparing for the day.
Will list anything cast with his 13 level stats in discussion

Moving us along
The pair returned to the sealed door. Torsten walked up to it and lay a hand on it, running his fingers along were the seams used to be. Whomever sealed it must have thought themselves mighty clever, turning the door into part of the stone wall. Anyone trying to open it would be in for a surprise when they found that it was impossible to do so. He took a step back and stretched, loosening his neck, shoulders and waist. He then made a fist focusing the arcane power stored within his tattoos to flow to his hands. Stepping forward, he struck the wall...
Stone has hardness 8. Torsten ignores up to hardness 13. Masonry walls have 90 HP
Damage: 6d6 + 25 ⇒ (3, 5, 5, 2, 1, 6) + 25 = 47
Force: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Sonic: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
His fist impacted with the wall. Shards of stone and dust filled the air as his fist went through. Pulling it out, he regarded the wall, looking for the weak points to hit.
Damage: 6d6 + 25 ⇒ (4, 3, 1, 3, 5, 3) + 25 = 44
Force: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Sonic: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
121 HP damage. Torsten is now the party rogue, as he can handle most locks!
All it took was two punches. A total of twelve seconds, and where there was once a sealed door there was now a hole big enough for a man to squeeze through. Looking pleased with himself, Torsten said "Amazing what a good night's rest will do, aye? Let's go and see what they were trying to hide."
| Your Benevolent Dictator |
Note: Inanimate objects are typically immune to critical hits, and these doors have 150hp, so it'll take several more punches for Torsten to break through. XD

Passing through the hole Torsten's created is physically painful, and Usawoti is literally flung back out.
Torsten Spellcraft DC 28: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (13) + 17 = 30
The area's warded with a combined forbiddance and repulsion spell.

The room beyond the doors is a foyer tiled in blood-red marble. An altar resembling a skull, its lower section wrapped in iron chains and its top cut off flat to form a level surface, stands in an alcove to the east. A ten-foot-diameter pool of what appears to be stagnant water, its rim fashioned of white marble, sits in the western alcove opposite the altar.
@Usawoti: You can keep trying to get in if you'd like. Each attempt requires another Will save. A successful one lets you in and halves the damage.

Usawoti Will DC 24: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (8) + 13 = 21
Picking himself up from where he was flung across the room, Usawoti, bruised and bleeding refuses to let Torsten continue alone. Quickly moving towards the opening he tries to run through.
Sadly his new efforts do not change the results, being flung across the room again.

"Well..fook." Torsten said, running his fingers through his beard in thought. "Let me think."
Arcana: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (16) + 25 = 41
Thinking of ways to break the wards. Could he further break the wall around the door? Could he use spellcraft to carve a rune into the stone to disrupt the enchantment?

@Torsten: Based on what you know about magic, you believe the effect is tied to a specific alignment. By comparing what happened to you and Usawoti, you're reasonably certain that Lawful Evil individuals will be able to pass through freely. It's fairly common for access by an "approved" individual to temporarily disable a ward for several seconds - enough time for multiple people to pass through.
| Torsten Runeforger |
Does Torsten know how to temporarily disable the ward now that he has gone through? If not, he might have to punch a new doorway...
Usawoti
|
Not sure how much of the mental conversation Usawoti was hearing but Didn't want to metagame. If we need a lawful evil person, maybe one of the Kuthites could help?
After the second attempt to enter through the ruined door, Usawoti shakes his head. Calling to Torsten. "Maybe one of the clerics would know what to do?"
| Torsten Runeforger |
Torsten shrugged helplessly. ”The area be warded. Hurts those who aren’t evil. They’ll be able to waltz through. Even if I punch more holes it’s the area, aye? Fooking hell…” He threw his hands in the air. ”Maybe they can break the wards? Nay be me skills…” He truly hated the feeling of helplessness.
| Torsten Runeforger |
At last, Torsten said "Go get the clerics." He looked around and sighed. "I'll hold this position while ye go get them, aye? Just make it quick."
Usawoti
|
Nodding Usawoti headed back to where the clerics were waiting. As he went he used some of his innate magic to heal himself. When he arrived back at where the Clerics were watching the prisoner he asks, "I think we need your help. There is a ward that can only be opened by a particularly orderly type of evil. Which of you would that be?"
Deeper healing: 4d8 + 13 ⇒ (8, 7, 8, 4) + 13 = 40
Deeper healing: 4d8 + 13 ⇒ (3, 3, 5, 3) + 13 = 27

Torsten watched with apprehension. He didn’t like the feeling that he walked through with so little pain, while Usawoti was violently rejected, because there was evil in his soul. He thought back to the dark urges that he intruded upon him in the castle and shuddered as he wondered how much of it was him. In that moment he felt both shake towards himself and admiration for Usawoti’s purity. ”Hurry across lad. Seems like they made it safe.”
Usawoti
|
Stepping gingerly over the broken doorway, Usawoti nods to Laori, "thank you." Not sure how long they can stay in the small room, he moves towards the right door. Wondering aloud, "Maybe they go to the same place." As he investigates the door, then opens it.

A worn but colorful carpet covers most of the floor of this room, and a number of wooden tables and comfortable chairs are spaced about the chamber for informal gatherings and meals. A small kitchen has been set up by a low stone fireplace alongside a cupboard holding some dishes and utensils as well as a few desiccated remains of foodstuffs.
There are five spectres here, but I'm pretty sure you can take them out with minimal difficulty. The five small rooms hold skeletons but nothing else of interest. The staircase in the corner leads down to the first floor.

Smiling as Torsten mows through the undead like a sickle through chaff, Usawoi, nods back the way they came. "Let us clear this floor before heading below." Moving back the way they came, he checks the other door, eventually attempting to open it as well.

There are multiple rooms here, but only a few have anything of potential interest.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
A number of glass jars, their contents hidden by murk, sit on shelves in this small larder. (Whoever enters this room first feels a sudden urge to eat the contents of one of the jars. It's up to you whether or not you actually do so)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
This chamber is opulently furnished with items of furniture, all swathed in folds of black cloth. A lamp of silver and onyx hangs from the ceiling and a silver-framed mirror hangs on one wall. A table bearing a black cloth still holds silver dishes with dark stains.
Potential Loot
Silver-framed mirror (worth 1,500gp and is suitable for use with scrying magic)

A few partially collapsed cabinets lie along the walls of this oddly shaped room. A circular black rug, its center caked with long-dried gore, lies strewn haphazardly on the floor. A Large almost-naked humanoid stands motionless in the center of the room. (Usawoti's deathwatch eyes note that it's undead)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
This chamber is shrouded in writhing shadows. A ten-foot-tall humanoid figure stands motionless deeper in the room. (Dim light. The figure is a statue of Zon-Kuthon. Both of you notice someone hiding behind the statue. Usawoti's deathwatch eyes note that it's undead)
| djvscdjs |
The chamber exudes opulence, adorned with sumptuously appointed furniture, each piece draped in luxurious black fabric. A resplendent lamp crafted from silver and onyx gracefully hangs from the ceiling, casting a soft glow across the room. On one wall, a silver-framed mirror adds to the lavish ambiance. At the center, a table covered in black cloth supports silver dishes, their gleam muted by dark stains, creating an intriguing contrast that adds an element of mystery to the otherwise opulent setting.

Torsten nodded back to Usawoti. "Certainly easier with someone I can trust to cover me back." As he did so he glanced at the followers of the Lord of Pain. Certainly they were helping. If they weren't there, then some of these recent combats might have taken more out of them, and they had gotten Usawoti through the barrier. But he just couldn't shake off the feeling that it was all an alliance of convenience, and that they would seek to make the two of them into an offering to their dark lord.
As they searched the rooms, Torsten saw once more why Usawoti was the one who went in first. His ability to detect the undead saved them from no less than two ambushes in the space of as many minutes. "Leave those rooms behind?" Torsten offered. "The monstrosities seem content to just stand there." He was glad that his tattoos bolstered his resolve, as the castle was beyond oppressive in its gloom. All normal men would be sent fleeing at a mere taste of its horrors.
Usawoti
|
Smiling at Torsten's compliment, Usawoti moves forwards opening the door into what looks like a pantry. Seeing the glass jars, he feels a sudden urge to eat the contents of one of the jars. Lifting a jar, he tries to see what's in it. Having spent these years after avenging his family's death learning to fight his primal urges, he slips the jar into his pack to consider it again later.
Moving through the opulently furnished room he tries not to pay too close attention to the dark stains as he picks up the small silver framed mirror. Turning towards Torsten, he shows his friend the mirror. "Do you think anyone is still watching?" As he asks, he puts the mirror into his pack as well.
Nodding in agreement with Torsten he leaves the large motionless undead alone, instead moving into the next room. Seeing the statue, Usawoti makes a mental note to tell their 'companions' about the statue. Realizing a second undead is hiding behind it. He remembers the two undead that had their mouths stitched shut, how they seemed sentient. He calls out to the hidden undead, asking, "Why are you hiding?" He then repeats the question in Necril.
| Your Benevolent Dictator |
Checking the jar, Usawoti finds it's full of intestines preserved in a foul-smelling fluid.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
The undead steps out from behind the statue, revealing itself to be a mummy. "Waiting for you," it hisses in answer to Usawoti's question, before raising a hand that crackles with necrotic energy. Behind you, you hear the Large undead in the other room begin to move....

Usawoti Spell Resistance DC 24: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 31
Usawoti's magical beam strikes the undead, but isn't quite as effective as expected due to the creature's natural toughness. Nonetheless, it's a solid hit that creates an opening for Torsten to charge in and pummel the undead into submission. It had 214hp, which is the exact amount the two of you dealt after factoring in DR. XD
That's when the zombified giant comes charging in.
Slam (usawoti): 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (6) + 24 = 30 Damage: 2d6 + 15 ⇒ (1, 3) + 15 = 19
It has reach, so Usawoti can 5ft-step in and full-attack, but Torsten will provoke an AoO moving in without Acrobatics.

The creature thundered in, going straight for Usawoti. It reeled back as the man’s blast took the creature in the chest, forcing all of its attention on the man. It had its back turned to Torsten. It was as if the dwarf didn’t even exist. It was a fatal mistake to make…
Usawoti
|
As the large zombie goes down under the dwarf's withering blows, Usawoti shakes his head, smiling at his own jest. "You'd think undead would be smarter than that." Turning back towards the mummy he saw a slight sparkle. Inspecting it, he realized it was gems. Resting the hammer on it's head, he holds up a finger. "Give me a moment."
After collecting the onyx gems, he picks his hammer back up. Shrugging he asks, "Shall we head downstairs?"
Gesture towards the nearest steps, he heads that way.
| Torsten Runeforger |
Shaking off what was left of the corpses, Torsten nodded. "Brains must have rotted." He muttered, feeling slightly proud of himself for the response. "I hope that there isn't enough left of them to rise up again...and aye, let's head downstairs. Got a few more anchors to break before we can be done with this cursed place."
| Torsten Runeforger |
Torsten walked over to the double doorways and motioned for Usawoti to check them. He was certain that if anything alive was behind them, he could sense them, and Usawoti could do the same for the undead. Between the two of them, Torsten was fairly certain that they wouldn't be unduly surprised.

This vast chamber is floored in gray slate and supported by thick pillars of obsidian. Torches mounted on the pillars burn, yet their flames are strangely dim, barely lighting the cathedral-like space. White pinpoints of light seem to dance in the eye sockets of each skull that decorates the pillars. To the northwest, a tall statue of a skull-headed man dressed in dark robes stands behind a black marble alter, on which lies heaped mounds of ashes, bits of bone, and a single skull, its teeth and eye sockets set with glittering gemstones. Jagged, barbed chains dangle from the statue's eye sockets. Thick black curtains hang from the chamber's walls.

Usawoti Know(divine) DC 29: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16
Usawoti recognizes the jeweled skull as an undead. Once this information is communicated, Torsten's familiar realizes that it's a demilich - an ancient undead mage who's physical body has long since decayed into nothingness.
| Torsten Runeforger |
Torsten paused, a look of concern on his face. "Demiliche." He whispered, as if though the word itself was dangerous. "Flesh? Bone? Muscle? Even that of a dragon? If it's a test of arms I'll walk in confidently. But this? I think that we should get those evil bastards in here with us. I'd feel much more confident with some divine...or profane...support."
Usawoti
|
Rubbing his chin with the back of his hand, Usawoti nods. It seemed like any undead that intended them harm attacked pretty quickly. This thing hadn't. Previously, anytime he'd come across undead he'd destroyed them, but this place was not like anything he'd encountered before. Not really sure how a Demiliche was different from a regular liche, he nodded. I will go fetch them, best step back in case it decides to attack while I'm gone."[/b] Turning, Usawoti heads back to where he Kuthites waited. Asking "You three know anything about a thing called a Demiliche? We found one, decided it was up your alley." He nods back the way he came, expecting them to follow him.
| Torsten Runeforger |
Torsten shook his head. "Nay. Not moving. But it be in our way, and it may be one of the anchors we have to destroy. Something that powerful sounds like it. Even if your magic can't touch it, ye got anything that can stop it from taking our souls? Pretty sure that if we had some protection we could crush it." He replied, trying to sound upbeat. Still, there was more than a hint of dread in his voice.
