Just have CLW, Saving Finale and a wand of remove fear when it comes to healing and status removal. Inquisitors usually don't have a ton of healing or status removal either so a cleric wouldn't be out of place. Of course the wizard and sorceror have a lot to bring to the table also. So no wrong choices!

I have 3 whole entire cure light woundses per day, plus a wand. So make of that what you will.
Ingrge
|
Player: Otha
Character Name: Ingrge
Character Level: 8th (Urban Ranger 4 / Zen Archer 4)

Day Job: Survival (Tracking): 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 11 + 2 = 28
Progression (Slow/Standard): Standard
Ingrge provides ranged support, scouting, and rogue-like abilities (stealth, perception, escape artist, trapfinding/disable device, acrobatics)...
Special:

After a long retreat on his farmstead, Vailis has healed deep wounds for his mentor's loss and decided to finally answer back to the pledge of the Society.
Day Job: Handle Animal: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 10 + 2 = 20
Greenheart's Blessing #18: The peaceful and benevolent spirit of Galdron Greenheart infuses you when you set it to rest in the shrine beneath the Green Market. A small fraction of the luck and fortune in business that imbues the market stays with you as a result, and brings you success for the rest of your life. You receive a +2 bonus on all Day Job checks.
Farmstead (5 PP): You own a fully functional farm located just outside a larger city, such as Absalom, Egorian, Almas, or Oppara. This farmstead includes a sizable farmhouse, a barn, and a plot of land suitable for raising livestock or growing crops. If you own a farmstead you can use Handle Animal to make Day Job rolls.
Vailis has infernal healing to help with healing duties, that fits good to his inclination for fiends and devils, he is an expert on.

Hi there! I am just around.
Vailis is happy to move over the walls and check.

One question I like to ask people in PbP: If you could pick a voice actor for your character, who would it be? What sort of voice do you hear when you imagine your character's dialogue?
Adeah would be voiced by Buffy -era Sarah Michelle Gellar.
Jorgen Badblood

Jorgen is an actor who happens to have an 18 STR, so of course I would have to say Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Vailis
|
I am Spanish, so most voices that come to my mind are from Spanish actors and the ones from American movies I know for their dubbed voice actors.
For Vailis I would say maybe José Coronado.
And Christopher Lloyd for Coco.

Hi! As my holidays deep in, I will be away from Internet connection for the following few days. Do not expect much from me if anything until next Monday.
Please bot Vailis as needed. He will keep a low profile in combats unless it seems the group is having/will have issues. Then casts a summon with multiple monsters as meat shield and then haste.
Ingrge
|
GM: Is the flower's current damage right? After Ingrge's shot, I'm assuming the flower has DR10. Ingrge's shot knocked it down 3 and 3 is still showing after Adeah's shot dealing 21...thought it should be around 14 but I might've missed something so sorry if I had a brain fart...

The haste spell is of type Targets GM.
According to the aiming a spell section in order to deliver this kind of spells you need to see or touch the target. It is written within the first paragraph:
Target or Targets: Some spells have a target or targets. You cast these spells on creatures or objects, as defined by the spell itself. You must be able to see or touch the target, and you must specifically choose that target. You do not have to select your target until you finish casting the spell.
Effect, area and line of effect work differently in that regard.
A spell with a Touch value refers always to a range, but spells with longer range are not limited in that regard and can always be used in a shorter range. In this case haste is a close range spell so characters that are at touch range are in range of the spell.
The only other limitation the Targets entry imposes is all the targets must be 30' from each other, which complies in this case.
| Grandmaster TOZ |
In any event, it is a full round action to touch six targets, meaning you can only 5ft step to reach them. You cannot wait for someone to approach on their turn. It looks like this isn’t a concern given party positioning.
Ingrge doesn’t have Clustered Shots, right?
I believe Kyra also needs to save against the blinding light.

It seems liberating command is a competence bonus while grease is a circumstance bonus, so apparently they would stack :D
Vailis
|
Omg.
Well, at least we managed to recover Kyra's body. That shall be something. I also have the feeling she take 1 less round of actions, like her last post was the liberating command which is an immediate, and I think she was not yet unconscious. If I am indeed correct she could have tried to open up a hole with a light weapon, or at least channel energy (no concentration needed and she can exclude the plant with Selective Channeling) to try survive longer.

It does have to be resolved...or the affect passes over to the character that would have received credit. Here's the text from the Organized Play document:
Resolving Conditions: During play, you may need to
resolve various conditions that affect your character.
Throughout the adventure, the pregenerated character
might accrue unfortunate conditions such as a curse,
disease, or even death. The pregenerated character must
always clear and resolve these conditions before the end
of the adventure; otherwise, they affect the Roleplaying
Guild character. A few adventures, such We Be Goblins,
have special rules for pregenerated characters that bypass
the need to clear conditions.
• The Roleplaying Guild character must contribute a
minimum amount of gold to cover the costs before
using any of the pregenerated character’s wealth,
depending on the pregenerated character’s level: 0
gp for a 1st-level pregenerated character, 1,000 gp for
4th-level, and 2,000 gp for 7th-level. If you are playing
a pregenerated character in a scenario in which all
players are required to use pregenerated characters,
you do not need to contribute to this minimum.
• After applying Roleplaying Guild character resources, the
player can use the pregenerated character’s funds to pay
for these spellcasting services. If sold to pay for condition
removal, a 1st-level character’s gear is worth 75 gold
pieces, a 4th-level character is worth 3,000 gold pieces
and a 7th-level character is worth 11,500 gold pieces.
• The Roleplaying Guild character can spend Prestige
Points to help offset the gold cost of raising a
pregenerated character from the dead. She may pay
up to half of the cost of raise dead, resurrection, or true
resurrection with Prestige Points, at a rate of 1 PP =
375 gold pieces.
• The character can use the gold and prestige that she
has earned on the Chronicle sheet for the current
adventure to help pay for condition removal.
• If more resources are needed to pay for the cost of the
services, players at the table can, but are not required
to, contribute some of their own gold pieces.
So basically you HAVE to front some of your character's own Prestige or money for part of the cost, but then after that you can sell off Kyra's gear to pay the rest of the cost. And if after all that there is still enough not to pay for the raise dead and restoration, then other players can chose to contribute money towards the services. Which I for one would be happy to do.
| Grandmaster TOZ |
I'll need to know if Konner has the 2k in gold to cover the raise dead at least, otherwise Kyra will get a zeroed out chronicle for this one.
Edit: Actually, the chronicle definitely will cover that. I'll need to look up the guidance on held chronicles and deaths, but the 11.5k from the pregen should cover everything.

Vailis chronicle is all correct, thanks!
You have a really low ID, wow! You must have started playing by season 0 :D
I have updated the slides with Vailis initial values for Part II. Changed the row to green to make clear this is updated.
Day job: Handle Animal+Greenheart's Blessing (farmstead): 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 10 + 2 = 26

That must have been a good time Sir, proof is you keep playing on it 12 years later :)
Mine was a Confirmation table at a local shop in 2014. I had been a couple of years playing D&D3 and a friend I just met (we regularly play APs now together) told me to come and try this new thing called Pathfinder. The Spanish print of the game would not hit the shelves until the beginning of the next year.
That remembers me my sister, 3 years younger, got a national ID number 1 lower because we went together and she was first in the queue XD

Sweet, level 8! For my Solo Tactics feat I took Friendly Fire Maneuvers, so now allies don't provide soft cover for enemies. Everyone feel free to get in my way :D

| 1 person marked this as a favorite. |
Looks like all Konner is taking is a 2k gold loss on this chronicle. Sucks but at least he’s still with us!
That must have been a good time Sir, proof is you keep playing on it 12 years later :)
The funny story is that season 0 didn’t grab us, so we spent 4 years not playing before I stopped in at a game store to play a session in season 3 and got hooked finally. :)

Swallow whole is really nasty. At least its better to die with a pregen than your main character.
Chronicle looks good. Thanks for GMing! Looking forward to the next part!
