Once Davian's fire is put out, the team takes time for healing, treating everyone until something jumps out at them, or they are healed up.
Takes about an hour and everyone is full up!
In the ashes remaining after the fiends are destroyed you find a pair of matched carnelian gemstones, worth 50gp each.
While Aragelda is patching everyone up, you search the common room, finding a variety of scorched flatwear and pewter plates worth 10gp.

With his prayers on top of Edjarha’s pleading, the troubled spirits relax. There is a momentary silence, and then flames rush to the twin fire places in the taproom. For the first time since the team arrived, the sounds of birds can be heard coming from outside

I certainly was.
Davian flushes with embarrassment. "Oh, I have my stuff hehe. Maybe I am more tired than I originally thought." He slumps down mockingly into one of the beds. "You know, I traveled around these orphanages while living on the streets several times. They all seem the same." He lets out a deep sigh remembering those tougher times. "But all that is going to change now that I met you guys."

"Creepy. Let's move on." Edjarha, seeing all of the bedrooms are empty, moves cautiously into the large common room to the east.

You move back to the common room, which is as you left it. The bar looks to have been cleaned out some time in the past. To the east is a doorway to the back rooms.
The back areas include the brewery and kitchens. Several beer tuns are in the brewing room, long dry. The kitchen contains little of value, any foodstuffs long rotted away.
As you make it to the kitchen, you see the kitchen door is open to the outside. A strawberry-blonde woman who you recognize as Liese Kahkosa is at the edge of the forest, and turns back to you. "Thank you for taking care of those daemons. I couldn't have looted the place without your help!"
She shifts into the form of a wolf, and bounds off into the forest. A trap door sits open down to what must be the root cellar, or perhaps aging rooms.

Aragelda scowls and turns to her friends. "Should we go after her or see what's downstairs?"

"Wasn't our whole point in coming here to find relics? What if she stole them?"

Seeing how fast she loped off, Edjarha is pretty sure that the party would not be able to keep up.

With that, the party heads down the stairs to the cellar.
Rows of wooden barrels line the walls of this cellar, but it is the large copper kettle that dominates the room, and moldering sacks of grain are stacked beside it. Several barrels have been smashed open, spilling their contents on the floor, giving the whole cellar a sour, musty smell. Several cabinets have been clearly ransacked, their contents likely stolen.
Behind the brew kettle you find a secret door.
