Albern moves back to the space just south of DeeCo and mentally lifts another rock from the floor, preparing to throw it at the zombie attacking Lance when it comes into view.

I'll say that the trigger of the readied action will be when Declan fires.

Multiple GameMaster God 20+

OK, now we've got that cleared. I would recommend even on held actions - get the dice work out of the way to help keep things moving, and I'll take it into consideration if the readied action comes up - just make a note of the action you are readying and the trigger also, so I know when it'll come up.

Albern attempts to throw a rock but it just bounces off the void zombie, not damaging it.

Lance pulls out a bayonet and begins swinging at the creature, but unfortunately it's able to dodge out of the way of the swings.

Declan holds until he knows what's going on with Lance, and Atrios waits until he sees Declan firing.

The first zombie swings once more at Lance with it's tongue, while the other comes running out of the western corridor and sends it tongue towards Atrios.

Zombie 1 feeding tendril attack vs Lance: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22

The zombie's tongue makes impact with Lance, draining some of his energy with the impact.

Zombie 1 feeding tendril damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8 + 2 Str Damage.

Zombie 2 feeding tendril attack vs Atrios: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16

As one feeds from Lance, the other manages to connect it's tongue with Atrios, also draining some of his strength as well.

Zombie 2 feeding tendril damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 + 2 Str Damage.

Albern steps back and waits to see the Zombie attacking Lance, but also now one attacking Atrios.

As Albern has currently held an attack, but he's the top of the order - he may wish to change considering the current circumstances. Here's the updated map for you guys.

Albern lifts a rock with his mind and hurls it toward the zombie, but it whacks it out of the way with it's clawed hand, not managing to make impact.

Lance takes a shot with his artillery laser trying to hit it, but it moves more gracefully than any normal zombie, sort of like the creatures Atrios fought in the Acreon. As a result, the shot missed.

Declen also takes another shot, shooting at the zombie attacking Atrios, but the shot once again goes wide.

DeeCo - As it accomplishes what your trying to achieve, I've put you on the left hand side of Albern who acted first and occupied your desired space. If you'd rather be on the right let me know and when I do the next round I'll start you from there instead

Atrios also pulls his pistol, but the zombie is able to stop him from aiming it correctly, as the shot goes wide.

Wow, some low rolls on this one...

That's when the zombies slam down on Atrios and Lance.

Zombie 1 slam attack roll vs Lance: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16

The zombie that attempts to slam into Lance just bounces off his armor and is ineffective in it's attack.

Zombie 2 slam attack roll vs Atrios: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17

The second zombie was however able to make impact as it slams into Atrios with its entire body.

Zombie 2 slam damage vs Atrios: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

Here's the updated map.

There was always that odd sort of disconnection from seeing something on a screen, versus seeing it up close and personal. These things were legitimately horrifying. The only thing that kept DeeCo from panicking was that eventually, if they did not deal with them, at some point she would be getting attacked as well. Her hands adjusted K.O., making minute adjustments to the targeting for the zombie, as well as the rock, should it punch through, and squinted as she tried again. "Firing."

Cursing more as the Zombie fell forward in its attack on Atrios, the shot went wide, thankfully to the Zombie's side, than Atrios.

Multiple GameMaster God 20+

You guys were following the left wall originally, with the old group, I'll let you continue doing that should you wish, but there's only the southern exit out of this one - the western exit leads back to the first cavern, and the other way is the way you came in (look at the first battlemap with original characters - that's the area your up to and find the weapons in.

Atrios getting up and continuing his mission with the new group, his old friends gone in this world. But an almost entirely new team up to to the task makes their way further into the drift rock.

Going south, the natural caverns become more akin to what one would expect on a ship or station, rather than an asteroid. The corridors worked, with motion-activated doors into ceramatic-metal plated corridors, and the space suits become heavier, suggesting that there is some artifical gravity in place here. Continuing down the corridor, the corridor splits to the left and the right. Continuing to follow the left-hand wall, the room you come across has a dim glow eminating from the room.

Looking further, you can see lights and controls on machinery that provides the glow. Towards the southeastern half of the room is an unfinished rock wall, and to the northeast of the room, the walls are finished with the same ceramic-metal plating elsewhere on the asteroid. Multiple consoles line the walls of the room.
