@Mivvy I'm assuming you are the one doing the lighting before combat even starts since you offered to do it. You are still up on initiative.
@Fen There is actually only 1 leech, and the white spheres were the dancing lights. I removed the Dancing Lights to help clear it up for you all. The leech is still quite a bit away from you, and not in your reach.

Kasumi, hand waving in a circle already as she considers making Rondolpho or Urzaia's hair matching colors, is ripped from her mischief at a particular word.

With that, she flicks her magic missile wand into one hand, but uses her empty one to gesture.
DC17 Will save or the leech is Dazed by pleasant daydreams of being so snuggly-wuggly full of blood that it has to lay on the leech-couch and watch Netfleech.

Weakness to Salt, and AC is not a number I can directly share, but the Bog seems to improve it's fighting conditions, granting it Cover.
Special Attacks, the leech has a Blood Drain if it attaches to someone, dealing 1 point of Strength and Constitution Damage each round while attacked.

The leech attempts to bite Mivvy, but she deftly blocks and slices at it in retaliation.

I just want you guys to know that I thought about using Minor Image to "create" a raft and then laugh uproariously when one of you splashed right into the water, but I decided not to prank my own party like that. :P
I second the raft idea. I've got some salt in my pocket that I'm trying to keep for later, after all :P

Gotta love GMing while sick.
You realize that the water seems to be consistently at the same height all the way to the opposite wall. You could try to balance across the barrels to reach the opposite end, or just slosh through.
Jumping Barrels; DC15 Acrobatics to get on, then DC15 Acrobatics to jump across.

Urzaia sloshes across, using his marching experience to up his pace. He has the open keg of salt over his head and a small grin on his face.
War Mind lasts for a minute so Urzaia is using the +10 ft speed option as long as it lasts or until we encounter something.

With a spring in her step, Kasumi takes a quick running start and hops across the comparatively dry platforms, grinning as she turns around to see Urzaia wading through the water.
"Hey, how big d'you reckon the margarita would have to be for that much salt?" she asks.

As she starts, so does the musical backing.
Ghost Sound. DC14 if you want to hear Kasumi without some country guitar, I guess, but I can't recommend it.

Kasumi clicks her tongue a few times as she helps the nimbler members of the party up out of the water. "So little faith! Hold still, hold still..." mumbles Kasumi, squatting in front of the two of them.
"Bobbika-boo, and doddika-doo, and bibbity bobbity boo..."
Waving her hand back and forth, she bumbles her way through a little tune as the moisture wicks itself off of them.
Prestidigitation can "clean" items in a 1-foot cube. It'll take a little while, but she'll dry the party off :D

A web of thick, pulsating goo covers the walls and part of the floor of this room. Dozens of misshapen, puffy heads and arms stick out from throbbing sacs attached to the vile substance, their mouths wailing and moaning, and their twitching claws reaching out blindly. Spiraling stairs lead down to a central two-foot-deep recess decorated with diabolical symbols.
The mites that are in the cocoons of Demon's Bile appear to be breaking free.

At any rate, she looks pretty disgusted upon seeing the contents of the room.
