Angry, and looking very … and I mean, very injured, the dinosaur raws which causes the sanctum to shake slightly. It puts it's long neck through the door frame, which looks kind of comical as you loose sight of the body, as it tries to chomp away at the front line.

It grabs Pietro in it's mouth and drags him closer to himself, afterwards releasing from his jaws. Can I then drag you closer, as per grapple, and then release, and still full attack? Not sure how this works exactly, but if so, here are the claws.

Recall that I summoned the archon 15' off of the ground. So while it looks like 10' away in the top-down, 2D space, the height has to be accounted for. 10' over, and 15' up is 20' of tactical distance. Then again, I don't know how *its* height factors into this.

Sure but I think Peitro's still going to have cover for being up the stairs--unless the door/doorway and hallway ceiling are all 15+' tall too. As a side note, the room beyond has to be at least 20' tall because Al starts out on a raised platform. Again, this situation is probably the equivalent of a inset pet door to adult human that it's trying to get through. Only in this case there's a rise on the other side that the target item is sitting on.
"NOW STOP WALKING INTO DANGER YOU CLOD! POSITIVE ENERGY DOESN'T GROW ON TREES YOU KNOW!" Admonishes Pietro at point blank range. Then he seems to reconsider his last statement when the huge monster's head parts come through the doorway at them. "OOOF!!"
Pietro drops his morningstar in the space he was in when he was grappled and attempts to extricate himself.

When I play animals, I usually do not have them use the catch and release way of attacking. Most animals, once they grab hold, they do not release. This is even true with well trained animals, working with police k9s a lot, some of them have to be physically pulled of their target, either with an air choke or manipulating their jaws to release.
Is the dino dead?
GM Tealk

@ Roran, that is a fair point, I guess in that case, he will keep Pietro in his maw, and try to tear him apart with his claws. Grappled and cover is -6 to attack, so the first two claws will miss, making that whole bunch of damage negligible. Which is sad, because Pietro would have been unconscious otherwise.
Between Sewards' and Wills' sharpshooting around Pietro's large behind, and the sphere from Telos, the dinosaur falls limp on the cold ground.
"You...insects!" You hear the familiar tone in the air, as another painting is town to ribbons, and another creature is released.

Just realised our good friend Pietro didn't actualy have a turn there. So you can act twice.
As the clerics Morningstar goes down on the columns as it moves past, he connects and watches as it breaks into pieces.
Yep, there goes the weapon...: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 4) = 9
Oh? Broken, not desctoyed right?

If life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing

Will tries Pietro's style," C'mon guys, MAXIMUM EFFORT" before pumping arrows into the nearest one.

The archers finish off the damaged column, and deal enough to leave visible marks on the final caryatid.
Red still standing, demon still summoning. @Pietro to act twice.

Last round would have been total defense (+4 AC) as arrows and swords flew about and not a broken +1 morningstar repair shop in sight. This round would be stepping through the portal, lifting his tankard with his buckler hand, and saying "CHEERS" to everyone in the next room.
channel positive healing energy: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 6) = 17 That should hit everyone, unless Telos is actually stuck in the wall.

@Pietro, in that case the 23 would have missed you last turn. Healing you 11.
