great bot, thank you. St Gudule, please step aside so Frēodwēn can get closer to the archers
probably won't be able to post again until Friday or Saturday; bot me again if needed
Frēodwēn unleashes a hail of arrows on the servants of the lich, focusing on the archers first if he can see them, while maintaining his encouraging oratory.

You clear out the mirror soldiers while Freodwen starts shooting the mirror archers.
His first two arrows miss, but only because of the archers' ability to cover each other from formation tactics. His next two arrows hit, but deal less damage than normal.
You see magical lights from inside the green cloud for a moment, but nothing else happens that you can currently see.
You can get to the archers, although the book doesn't explain any important information about how. Let's say their balcony point is 10ft off the ground and getting into melee with them requires opening the door on the ground floor and spending 10ft of movement using some hidden stairs to get up to their floor (appearing where the back doors are).

Barm is big now.
Barm tries to be as close as possible to archers. So he goes to there's room.
GM, can you put me on the map as close to the archers as I can be

Without using the door or stairs? Sure, you can reach the two in front from being large, and I'd say you could reach the back one as well, but he would have cover.
Barm moves toward the archers with his new-found size. They are not long for this world.

Let's do some math! You have four attacks for a couple of rounds, you can't miss, and you deal an average of 45pts of damage per swing. The wall has hardness 30 that adamantine can't get around and has 220hp. Dealing 15 damage a hit would take you 15 attacks (wow, that's neat), which is equal to 4 rounds.
If Barm hits the wall repeatedly, you have 4 rounds to do healing and other buffing.

You're average damage is 30 even which is the hardness of the wall. You're welcome to assist, but I don't think its going to speed up the process at all.
@everyone, please place yourselves on the map in the room where you want to be when the wall is broken.

Haste has an 11 round duration, so it will still be up when Barm breaks through. Frēodwēn will cast Good Hope and Expeditious Retreat.
Frēodwēn casts a few spells in preparation and then takes up a position on the high ground.
When Barm seems to have the wall nearly down, Frēodwēn will begin his inspiring oratory and ready an attack.

As you smash open the wall of force, the green cloud comes spilling out to its full size. Trutzburg and Barm are engulfed in the green cloud. They both mostly shake off the effects for now, but still feel the cloud draining away their strength. Regardless, no one currently is able to see the Lich.
The fog obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature within 5 feet has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker can’t use sight to locate the target).

Trutzburg doesn't seem to be able to find him.
The lich trapped the wall of force with the cloudkill, then d-doored out assuming his mirror men and trap would be able to take care of you guys.
A button in the armrest of Nhur Athemon’s throne unlocks the doors below the balcony, where an arched stairway leads down. The stairs descend almost 600 feet in multiple long flights.
Note: This is one of the times I do not recommend taking the stairs immediately. You will lose out on a cool boon if you do not explore this level further.

If we wan't to totally defend the lich, we'll have to find and destroy its phylactery, a place where its soul rest. Of course, it will be well guarded, with traps and foes galore. And the lich won't stand idly while we try to destroy its most precious item

Moldering tomes line the shelves in this roomy, square chamber, and lie open on reading tables throughout the room.
Most of the deteriorating paper material in this room crumbles at the slightest touch. A careful search (Perception DC 20) turns up a blessed book, a scroll of stone to flesh, and 23 salvageable tomes on ancient Azlanti topics worth 3,500gp to an experienced collector or historian.
In addition, a large tome written in Azlanti contains a set of the Spire level sigils, one for each level from Level 1 to Level 15. With this tome and sufficient Spire transport tokens, the PC group can travel to any level except Level 16.
