As Kyras moves into position, he notices another person hiding around the corner to late to move out of the way as a sword whips through the air...

Unfortunately, Rizzok was more than 30 ft away from Feelo at the time of channeling and was not included in the effect.
Fortunately, Feelo also notices another sneaky person trying to sneakily hide on the other side of the table (red). Feelo does not have enough Charisma to exclude all the opponents from the effect, but luckily he doesn't have to - Yellow is 35 ft away and not affected.
Unfortunately, Rizzok triggers a trap as he moves past the double doors!

Looking in his toolkit, with his hands tied, he tries to wince himself free, using his elbows to tug at his bandalier. A bomb comes loose and he catches it between his fingers. His grin turns into a smile as he flicks the bomb at the enemy.

Feelo jumps when the dagger sails a little bit too near! Not liking this at all; I'm a bit too exposed! Desna, keep an eye out; I'm fragile! He quickly moves into the corner behind Bennett; at the same time, he touches Bennett with a light tap on the back of the knee. "Desna's luck watch over you, Bennett!"

Qillion stops short, not really interested in stepping through those caltrops.
So he pulls off his whip and tries to use it to trip the man.

Qillian's whip cracks through the air, catches his opponent's ankle, and pulls him off his feet!
So the caltrop rules never really say what happens if you're tripped while standing in a bed of them. I'm going to say there's not really a way to avoid them if you're falling against your will.
He lands face-first amidst the spiky green shards and remains there, sobbing as they cut deeper and deeper into his face and abdomen.
Out of initiative! Do what you need to (heal, de-gunk, etc), and then I'm rushing you along a little bit since we are behind schedule.
The next room features four trunks, each built in a different style. Broken lockpicks litter the floor in front of each trunk.
The following room features a shallow pit filled with fine sand. Four straw dummies wearing padded armor stand at each corner of the pit. Solid wooden doors lead out to the east and south, while an arched hallway continues to the west where a soft bubbling can be heard.
Please arrange yourselves in the blue rectangle once you are finished preparing, and we will bring this to a close.
