I need to win the lottery so I can try new things. Plus the lotto up here in Canada is imo better than the US. We don't get taxed on it, and we get it all at once instead of paid out over the course of 25 years

New foods are amazing. You never know what you will like. I found out I love Crocodile and Kangaroo. And that crickets are awesome, if a little... flakey, when done with chilli.
Don't think that I could actually eat a bug.

Its so good and healthy, no wonder they were hunted back in the day despite their size and death dealing ability. xP
I've had buffalo, as well as kangeroo, lion, and just about anything from the sea.
I've also had chocolate covered crickets

Never but holy gods would I LOVE to eat buffalo. Almost as much as I would have loved to have eaten some Galapagos Giant Turtle. They were so delicious they were hunted to extinction.

I've tried Bison. The Fudruckers where I used to live had bison burgers and ostrich burgers as well as great regular burgers.
I also miss living near my family during deer hunting season. My cousin makes a really awesome deer chili. He's also the one with the recipe for squirrel brain gravy. I never tried that though.

Beef is alot easier to get than Lamb, so a recipe with that.

I have no idea how old most of you are, but I'm almost thirty. I'm rarely thought of as young.
And actual haggis, from Scotland, tends to have more...character, I'm told, that the stuff elsewhere. As with most people I've tried ostrich and venison and bison and crunchy crickets and all the more common uncommon foods, but haggis has never appealed to me.
