I'm currently running Kindled Magic and the players fought Umbo, the myceloid. Two characters became diseased by Purple Pox. The next day, they rolled against the save again and one character recovered but the other failed and advanced to Stage 2.

The other characters became aware of his disease and are now seeking a way to cure it. Are there any teachers that know Remove Disease? Or healers within Nantambu?

With the exception of like, 2 teachers, we don't get stat blocks for them as they aren't used in combat. I'd imagine there is at least 1 person in the Magambyaa that is familiar with healing. Especially when you consider that the Magambyaa primarily attracts Wizards and Druids. Any spell on the Primal list, you probably have easy access to.

Small Book 4 Teacher note:
Koride is listed as having Medicine as a notable skill

Large Book 6 Spoiler:
Koride's stat block shows that she is a Prepared Primal caster. So Koride is probably your best teacher to go to for Remove Disease or Healing, without making up a Nurse office NPC

Given the Magaambya's focus on helping others, I placed a medical college on the campus to help facilitate things like healing. They're very publically-minded primal casters, and a college; magical doctors were something I just assumed was there.

Yeah, I added my own NPC teacher that's focused on medical treatment and is one of the primary on-site doctors, as a member of the Emerald Boughs. And with how many Prepared Primal Casters are among the Magaambya staff, it's fairly easy to assume there are a few able to prepare Remove Disease.

I also ruled Izem Mezitani as an Angelic Sorcerer given his Aasimar Heritage, which would also give some Divine Access.
