Here's what I'm planning for the opening of the gameplay thread: Each member of the party will receive a one-on-one interview with someone from the house. Chronologically they'd be one after the other alphabetically, but for the sake of gameplay, everyone can post at once. Sound cool?

Boy, this "multiple conversations at kind of once" thing is trickier than I thought it would be.
Also, Legoguy: Please keep in mind that you can't make a knowledge check untrained in the future.

Yes it does. Wizards get every Knowledge as a class skill, but in pathfinder, all "class skill" means is that when you put your first skill rank into it, you get a +3 bonus. You still need the first rank to count as trained for skills like Knowledge, Handle Animal, and such.
You can however make checks with a DC of 10 or less untrained. Also, certain classes get workarounds for this limitation, like the Bard, or Inquisitor.

I'm working out legal costs myself at the moment, but right now they are out of the parties price range. I'm considering a minimum of 10,000 gp. No to worry though, They have significant advantages over the much cheaper options like horses.
Guess if this gang is using them it'll be time to go a 'plunderin'.
"illegally modified" doesn't always mean "OSHA compliant." Although, if you really want to...
I'm sure we can find a willing mechanic to mod them back to legality and some semblance of safety.
So, how long's everyone here been at tabletop? Might as well get to know a little bit about each other. I've been playing in various Pathfinder games with the same home group for a good 2 years now. Not much, but I hope I can keep going for a while longer yet. We also just finished a fairly short Star Wars d6 game.
I've been roleplaying for...I dunno. 18 years? Since I was 12-13 anyway, and I turn 32 on the 3rd. I got into Call of Cthluhu for a good long time, and then a member of the group suggested this new Pathfinder game when we wrapped up that campaign, since it was just like D&D 3.5 without most of the grap. Oh, Baradesh. My Dwarvern Cleric of Sarenrae who tred the Legacy of Fire.

My group uses Beyond Tabletop although you have to make a modification to the map URL to make it work, I can walk you through it though. :)

So, I know Seraphina herself looks fairly normal, but I feel like this would be considered fairly odd or at least noticeable in general. I know "fire" ink is probably more red than that, but you know. Not meaning anything negative mind you, mostly making conversation really.

Ahh, I just noticed you seem to be seeing two sides to the Ainsworths.
Same idea if someone else wishes to swap a trait out, but I need you to run it by me first for approval. This one I just noticed while going over everyones sheets, and it made me realize how weird some traits get in a non-golarion setting.
Side note Azrael, I don't know if you prefer this or this for scythe styles, but I've always preferred the second for sheer cool factor. I default to assuming the scythe in the equipment section is one of the latter kind as well.
As far as the heavy pick reflavoring goes, I think that a smaller scythe is what the sickle is for.

As the older brother of the spoiled youngest child, I gladly accept Blade of Mercy.
Which should astonish everybody, bwcause in a not so long future I will mostly sure crit with a scythe for a ton of damage... but non-lethal damage. The training back at the temple was good, I even got an A+ in my beating up people lessons!

Alrighty then. I like how we're trying the subterfuge thing, very nice. Everyone's acting very appropriately to what little I've seen of their characters, but we seem to be skipping one teensy, weensy, tiny, but ever so crucial detail. (ignore the last line. No one owns you guys yet.)
No-one in this party speaks orc. And Lanliss, I can't include your sheet because I'm getting a 404 error when I try to look at your sheet.
But no Orcish, means nobody has caught onto the catching on. You may not "have a feeling" without good reason. All that is known by the characters at the moment is that you've successfully (to all appearances) infiltrated this group and seen a guard talk to another.
Edit: Also there are orc's, but they aren't exactly known for sly planning.
