Anahita appears to remain quiet, mostly watching to see what Sheessuroussen does with Bradley, almost in a protective manner, from her side of the lake.
Part of her seemed curious, but mostly, she was watching in case something ill were to happen to Bradley.
The dragon smiles....you hope that's a smile... Then tilts head back and sends Bradley sliding down its back "like that? And do as you wish..."
And disappears
"We examine each of them. You will know which one it is when you see it. It will feel different than the others."dave looks around "but how do we tell which one?"
"Then I would guess that one of those pillars of fire is the source of your thrall powers. We shall have to examine them and find which one is the correct one," she said, somehow seeming to stand in front of him exactly as she appeared normally, but they were standing on the field of ice lit by pillars of fire. There had been no warning when things transitioned from normal conversation to inside his mind.
Dave nods, and goes to the closest one to him, as he gets close he pauses no, this one has a certain weight to it... no not the right one he goes to walk to the next one, no, this one just feels warm he goes to the next one nope just warm next also just warm, though it also feels.. good the next one seemed bigger than many of the previous but not as bright or warm this one feels.. off I want to stay away from it, but it doesn't feel like I would think the power to control others would be... at each one one he comes to he just frowns and moves on most of them just feeling really warm with one or two of them feeling cold till he almost runs into one, it was huge but barely seemed to give off any light, it felt really good, invigorating almost, it made him feel powerful "I...I.. think it's this one..."

When she gets to her room, Tyrrin will find an envelope on her door, addressed to her in flowing Elven calligraphy 'Tyrrin Denulia'. Inside there are two pieces of paper. One is a small sheet simply folded in half. The other is a formal sheet of bonded paper, folded meticulously in thirds.

I had hoped to see you this evening, even though you asked we meet tomorrow eve. I saw the clouds dance outside and hoped to cheat and sneak a glimpse of you, but alas, it seems you weren't there.

Ace shifts back into his more normal form. "So, you like random and have a new favorite color every day. I hope what we have, new though it may be, isn't random or susceptible to changing anytime soon" He says with a smile.

"I bathe to clean myself, otherwise, I might smell. I doubt people in this ..school, would want that." She looks at Bradley and smiles a bit at his silliness.
"As for the scents, it was instead of rubbing various plant oils or tree leaves on myself to induce another scent than my own. Occasionally useful when moving through brush. It comes in bottles here, apparently. I'm familiar with soap, if that helps."
She sounds somewhat deadpan, but it's obvious that his cheery nature and good humor is affecting her state of being as well. She looks happy and relaxed.
Glancing up to the 'wall of stone', though, she does her trance thing again, and just before sinking too much below water, she comes out of it and says, "Ah, I see. Yes. Permanent too? Impressive."
She's currently peddling water, staying somewhat near Bradley, smile on her face, expressive eyes, wet hair.
"You appear quite content, Bradley. This is good. I suppose you are displaying what you consider fun is, hmm? I'm not used to this.. carefree actions. Where I roam, if I were carefree and a mere untrained human, I would be pounced on and gorged quickly by an animal. Thought, around here, that does appear rather unlikely. So .. static."

A teen with silver-blond hair walks into the rehearsal area and sits in the back, content to watch the tryouts.

But then I remember what he told me and find something good to think about instead. And eventually it helps," he said candidly.
"This place....you know how you were describing how your life was before you left your family? It's like that. Children need to be kept safe when they're learning so that they can grow enough to face challenges. This is a safe place for children with lots of power and that's not an easy thing to find.....but it's not static. At least, I don't think it is."

Inside is a calf length coat made out of blue silk with white swirls. It has many layers to it. There is embroidery around the collar and sleeves and if examined closely between the layers there are mesh panels sewed in for air flow. The stitching is exquisite and a garment like this would fetch a hefty price in a shop.

The door opened and Sorchan stood there, immediately concerned when he saw the expression on his daughter's face.
"Raelle, what's wrong?"
Raelle didn't say anything, just hugged him as tight as she could, fighting back tears again.
Sorchan hugged her tight and looked at Ardiente.
"What happened?"
Ardiente escorts Raelle to the door, standing at attention. His hands are clasped behind his his back. He stands, almost poised, ready to fight. Sorchan has seen this before in his parents retainers: the bodyguard in him is at the forefront of his mannerisms. Ardiente is evidently intent on protecting Raelle, though from what is not entirely clear.
Ardiente hesitates slightly, unsure of how to phrase it. When he speaks, his voice is deadpan, as if delivering a military report. "I'm not sure of the details, Professor, but David had her under some sort of unintentional charm effect."
