Even with its extra planar resistance to weapons, the hound archon cannot withstand the onslaught and dissipates as the deadly knight stabs it through the chest.
You may have defeated our servant, but you have sealed your fate, vile creature. The fire of the Dawn will strike you down.
Firebolt is hurled at the knight.
range touch: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26 for fire: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
CL: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
The hound soaked like 75hp of damage, so not a total loss

"Lets end this quickly, ladies!." Lasaraleen calls out to her allies as she watches her firebolt fizzle

Lasaraleen waits patiently for her allies to make their move.

Five foot step.
First attack (rage, dropping Power Attack, for accuracy)
Attack: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17
damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (5, 7) + 12 = 24
Second attack (swift action surprise accuracy)
Attack: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 32
damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (5, 7) + 12 = 24
If she's crittable, roll to confirm (+2 damage for killer trait);
Confirm: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (11) + 12 = 23
extra crit damage: 2d8 + 12 + 2 ⇒ (3, 6) + 12 + 2 = 23

Totally awesome blade work, Bramble
maybe post a conditional action as if it did not drop, that way combat keeps moving.

If neither spell affected the knight, Lasaraleen would stay out in the hallway. She still throws the failed firebolt, but draws her scimitar where she stands.
Hit her with weapons if spells don't affect it.

Any reason to save her spells? Wouldn't Seoni have several personal Magic missiles or scorching rays per day available especially if this foe is still looking beefy? a

For 'which crit', there was an auto hit, by me above, but I don't know if it then confirmed, possibly not, if AC is higher than 23.
Anything that adds attacks or attack bonuses is welcome. I'm not convinced my secondary attack is reliable.

For Wyneth maybe glitter dust the knight? No SR check at least .
Bramble Whortham

If she's blinded (which as a Will save, she can be), we can swamp her, and provide flanks/aids.
I'm not yet convinced my full damage is going through, as undead have a variety of DR.
Any enlarge buffs going? That should guarantee I breach any DR, even with poor rolls.
And don't forget those of you with familiars, they can run past a blinded enemy to deliver touch spells.

Getting through the SR is definitely a great start! :-)
Hopefully the knight is not a nimble acrobat with evasion. (j/k)

No need to roll. Emeketta does not even try to dodge. Laughing she takes the full brunt but no damage.
She attacks Bramble
Will: 1d20 ⇒ 1 She stays blind
Attack; low hits: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (3) + 22 = 251d8 + 2d6 + 12 ⇒ (1) + (3, 5) + 12 = 211d100 ⇒ 12
Attack; low hits: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (20) + 17 = 371d8 + 2d6 + 12 ⇒ (8) + (1, 1) + 12 = 221d100 ⇒ 100
Conf: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (18) + 17 = 351d8 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15
Bramble is hit once for 21 damage ( please do not forget DR)

I saw the d100, and nearly freaked.
What's she hitting me with, a telephone pole?
Miss chance saves me from a crit!
Are those her attack bonuses, after blindness penalties? Because they went up. And there's some bonus damage, is that unholy? If so, that's not applicable to me, as CN.

"Oh fiddlesticks. She is very resistant to spells. Bramble, are you ok? We will have to keep you up since swords seem to work better than spells. ."
Normally Lasaraleen would start swinging her scimitar but her strength is so low it is ineffective .
"Sarenrae, bring us your healing to defeat this dreadful creature ."
She takes advantage of the glitter and moves around to Bramble after casting a spontaneous cure. (Holding the charge until she reaches Bramble- just incase the knight can take aoo)
CMW (spirit wpn): 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (7, 2) + 8 = 17

Whew - even better
Take her down quickly, before she can see again!
Lasaraleen

Kn: religion : 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28 vs knight type
"I have not seen one of these dreadful things before, but have heard a bit about them ..."

This is a graveknight. A graveknight gains channel resistance +4; DR 10/magic; and immunity to cold, electricity, and any additional energy type noted by its ruinous revivification special quality. A graveknight also gains spell resistance equal to its augmented CR + 11.
Channel Destruction (Su)
Any weapon a graveknight wields seethes with energy, and deals an additional 1d6 points of damage for every 4 Hit Dice the graveknight has. This additional damage is of the energy type determined by the ruinous revivification special quality.

Well, that's better than facing a death knight.
Certainly the death knights I made for Age of Worms.
At least my damage is getting through.

Delay for potential buff/flank/aid, but not so long as to not act before the knight.
