Talking to Ratfolk
They both look at each other. One then tentatively gives their story while returning their goods to the cart.
The House of the Planes staff and their associates aren’t the only people who know about this corner of the Undercity. Two small-time ratfolk merchants named Kekker and Gref, who call themselves the Whisker Brothers, recently began using this passage to meet with their suppliers from the deep caverns beneath the city. Unfortunately, the meetings have attracted the attention of various subterranean horrors. During their most recent meeting in area D6, the dealers and thieves were attacked by a flock of vargouilles swooping in from the nearby Darklands passage. Both factions fled, but the panicked ratfolk were faster and slammed the door to D4 behind them, consigning their business contacts to their grim fate. All the commotion drew in a group of ghouls who then attacked from the other side, trapping the smugglers in this chamber and forcing them to use their trade goods as a barricade.
Both ratfolk seem extremely skittish from the way the robe-wearing Agent with the axe is talking....
They still seem a bit Unfriendly now...anyone else?
