Horlith chuckles softly to himself, "Chuba winkee ateba. You sleep now," he thinks to himself. He then casts [i]lullaby (centered on the goblin at AA26, which should get them all in a 10' burst).

Chris, no one is going to succumb the the spell. It's setting up some later sleep attempts. The goblin alchemist in the last room did not succumb to sleep, so I doubt the boss mob in this room will, either.

Ekkie is bouncing back and forth on her feet, eagerness and odd anger simmering off of her. When Horlith begins to prepare himself, Ekkie runs in to the room! She points at the goblin astride the goblin dog and yells, "Plarg saka tu esi stulbs, tu dumjš cilvēks ar ekskrementiem ausīs, Versevosh!" She stick her tongue out at him and then picks up a rock and throws it at him.

To most people, nothing seems to happen, but to Horlith's keen sight, he can see that all three of the goblin sharpers' eyes are drooping and their heads seem to wander and sag, as if they are tired.
The goblin leader, Versevosh, begins yelling at his goblins, "Kelj fel, te idióta bolondok! Készülj fel!"
Joadric, holding steady with a dagger in one hand and his rapier in the other, waits and watches Horlith. Once he casts his spell, Joadric motions over his shoulder at Peppin, giving him a thumbs up.
Peppin runs up, the light of the torch suddenly overshadowed by a pearly nimbus of light shining forth from him! The glow suffuses the chamber ahead of them, casting eerie shadows across the room upon the goblins.
Once Peppin moves forward, Joadric immediately charges up to within dagger range, preparing to throw a blade across the sewer chasm at the assembled goblins.

The goblins ready themselves at the edge of the bridge across the stinking sewer channel. One of them immediately runs up to the edge of the channel and lobs a flask of alchemical fire at Joadric, who has presented a perfect target.
Alchemical fire: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 5 - 2 = 22 Dmg: 1d6 ⇒ 6
The flask explodes in a holocaust of burning green fire all over Joadric. "AHHHHH!" he begins screaming, again facing immolation.
When he sees the big Kellid go up in flames, Versevosh stands up in his goblin dog saddle and points his empty flask at the burning Joadric. He tosses it negligently in Joadric's direction. It drops a few feet away upon the ground and shatters. Versevosh laughs derisively and begins calling out, "Oops, big longshanks not too hot, I hopes. Longshanks seems not like goblinfire. Hmmm, not sure why. Has longshanks seen goblinfire before? Noooo, sure not. Hahaha."
The goblin leader continues on, calling out repeatedly with derisive and satirical comments about Joadric and his friends, their inability to even avoid the most basic of dangers, and comments sarcastically on the poor clothing choices of Joadric, which are charred almost to complete destruction. When he says this, he touches his stylish hat with dangling ribbons, fetishes and other objects, as if to suggest even a goblin is more fashionable than a tall, awkward human.
Throughout the derisive calls, his voice rises louder and louder, echoing down the chamber and hallway.
"The underworld spits up into the Nightsoil Marauders' home-home, yes? Devil world not want slugs, so sends to surface. Keep going, sluggy, higher! Humans higher up. Only us goblins down here. You lost."
"Come out come out shortshanks. Proud shortshanks light-warrior hiding behind everybody? Look, only goblins brave here. Even Mushfen girl and goblin skull charge up. Longshanks maybe need be shorter, so small spirit seem bigger, fill them up."
"Hé fiúk, érzel vacsora? Ruff, ruff, mmm numm numm! Hey boys, you smell dinner? Ruff ruff!" he calls out. The three goblins with him laugh and lick their lips at the prospect of eating Dr. Remulac's dog.
His performance continues on, calling out the shortcomings and inabilities of the Pathfinder team with uncanny accuracy. Everybody hearing his calls feels their confidence ebb, slightly. He's right, of course. And who are the Pathfinders, really, to think they can accomplish their mission down here? Horlith wonders if he's doing the right thing. Ekkie is a bit unsure she should've allied with the Kellid and his team of misfits. Remulac, always a bit diffident in his actions, suddenly questions whether this little mission is really for him. Peppin for his part, always impervious to straight out fear, simply wonders if he shouldn't have prepared more. Maybe more training? Some additional equipment? And this slug character with them, his spells never seem to work and his healing has a very evil feel to it. Is this what a holy warrior should be doing?
End of Round Status
- Each one of you is struck with a lack of confidence, brought on by Versevosh's performance. -1 penalty to hit, dmg, and saves vs. fear. This is not a fear-based effect. This cancels most of the Holy Light effect from Peppin, leaving the +1 to AC
- No healing after last fight? - I don't see where the party healed up after the last fight with the alchemist. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No healing after last fight? - I don't see where the party healed up after the last fight with the alchemist. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Unfortunately, I think you are correct. I searched the posts and don't see any post-fight healing other than Horlith casting infernal healing on the dog, which is accounted for.

I'll be out of touch most of the day tomorrow. In case you need intentions for round three before I can check in again, Horlith will cast sleep where he can catch the most goblins (including Versevosh's dog) without catching PCs or Ekkie. His DC is 17, but all the goblins (except Versevosh) and the dog take a -4 penalty from the lullaby. Once the spell is cast, Horlith will begin casting it again.

Joadric, for his part, also throws things. In fact, he throws a dagger across the channel at the nearest goblin.

The goblins continue to laugh at the heroes as their leader, Versevosh, chants satirical remarks towards the Pathfinders. As he does so, he drops his whip and pulls his bow, moving his mount closer as he does.
He fires his bow at Joadric with a laugh of derision.
Bow: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21 Dmg: 1d4 ⇒ 3
The small goblin arrow flies across the bridge and hits Joadric in the arm, puncturing this flesh until the arrowhead protrudes from the other side of his arm.
The goblin fire-lobber throws another flask of alchemical fire. This time, however, he targets Peppin.

As the flame blooms around and on the halfing, the other goblins begin to jump up and down in glee.

Actually, I really did want to do another sleep in case Versovosh decides to try to wake the henchmen and/or dog, or in case a splash does it for him. Horlith gets 6 a day, and I've cast two, so he has the spells left. I also might get lucky and be able to sleep Versovosh himself depending on his HD.

Yes, he does. But he hasn't attacked a sleeping target yet. Versevosh, the goblin bard, which you engaged, is not asleep. Horlith got the three henchmen, plus Versevosh's goblin dog mount. But not Versevosh himself.

Horlith breaks off casting sleep (losing the spell). As a swift action he pops the wand of magic missiles 3 into his hand. As a standard action he sends two missiles streaking toward Versevosh.

Mitch, Peppin can't just 5' to hit Versevosh becasue the goblin moved. I presume he withdrew. It looks like Peppin has to move 50' to be able to hit Versevosh, and even then there would be cover.
