Bran drops the devil with his first swing. So still has a move action left if he wants to take it.

The summoned fiend vanishes with a burst of sulfurous smoke.

"Back to Hell with you!" cries Tal as Bran finishes the job. With a pause in the action available, Tal'ariel draws and drinks a potion to heal her wounds and stop the bleeding.

I'm going to rule that invisible allies still provide soft cover, but don't have a chance of being struck.
Hamailii's Manyshot bounces off... something.
She can't see Daniel.

Her other arrow hits the devil.

Knowledge (Planes): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Hamailii knows a bit about the Bearded Devil.

Devil, Barbazu wrote:
The damage a bearded devil deals with its glaive inflicts persistent wounds that cause 2 points of bleed damage. Bleed caused from an infernal wound is particularly difficult to stanch—a DC 17 Heal check stops the damage, and any attempt to heal a creature suffering from an infernal wound must succeed on a DC 16 caster level check or the spell does not function. Success indicates the healing works normally and stops all bleed effects on the victim. The infernal wounds caused by a bearded devil are a supernatural ability of the devil, not of the weapon

Note that Daniel's Lay on Hands did stop his Bleed damage. Kind of an odd rules interaction, since (Su) abilities are not spells. As best as I can tell, Channel and the like should be able to end the Bleed.

The devil moves out of the line of fire and assumes a defensive position.
It is using Total Defense, which as a dodge bonus will not apply against Daniel's first attack from invisibility, but will apply to all subsequent attacks.

The Night Hag, if it is still here, doesn't seem to do anything, nor does the Blackspawn Raider.

Sorry, I don't think you have the ability to coordinate your actions as Tal'ariel suggests - you don't know what she is going to do. But you could still 5' step up to the Hag if you wanted. As to your feats, I guess you have Greater Mercy instead of Ultimate Mercy.

There is fiendish power in the Night Hag's wiry limbs. She twists free of Bran's grip and moves north, towards some stairs.

AOOs from Bran and Tal'ariel are up (and Hamailii), then I will finish the Night Hag's turn, and then back to you all.

Normally, Night Hags have Etherealness as an SLA, which she would have used to escape earlier. That seemed unfair to use in a P6 game, so I had swapped it out for Gaseous Form, but as this fortress is carved into solid stone, and not made of stone blocks, I think the walls would not be permeable to air. So she'd be limited to moving down corridors or under doors.

No, it's just how far she moves. She's not actually able to use Gaseous Form this round (though Quickened Gaseous Form might have been a fair substitute for Etherealness). I was just ruminating on her escape options in the original and the changes I made.

Yeah, I guess Trellara will cast Gallant Inspiration on that.
2d4 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7

It seems like the Night Hag is too fast and strong, and will regain her balance, but a sudden burst of song from Trellara magically twists the strands of Fate, tangling the Night Hag's feet in Bran's grip and bringing her crashing down to the ground. CMD was 27.

That is 2 2nd-level spells and 2 1st-level spells used for Trellara today - she is trying to pace herself after the Battle of Brindol.

Yay, Trellara!

As soon as Bran trips the hag, Tal'ariel moves behind her, intending to outflank the foe and do as much damage as possible to the hardy foe.

The Night Hag bites at Tal'ariel as she moves, but the elf dodges.

Tal'ariel lands a hit on the Night Hag now at -48 but Daniel misses with every swing.

Bran and Hamailii are up!

Not sure what to use against the magical creature, the brawler stands above and tries to lock down the night hag.

Grapple: 1d20 + 15 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 15 + 1 = 23 Against prone this should be good.

Kneeling down quickly, he crushes its chest and holds a shoulder down.

Concentration: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
The Night Hag tries to call upon her dark magic to escape, but Bran's grip prevents it.

Will have to roll this one out - she has enough HP and DR that it might take a few rounds, and Bran could roll a 1 to maintain or she could roll a 17+ on Concentration.

Yep, that will do it.

Daniel calls upon holy power and finishes off the Night Hag.

Male Human Investigator 2/Paladin 2| AC 17 T 13 FF 14 | HP 27/27 | F +7 R +8 W +6; +2 v. Poison | Init +3| Perc +5

Daniel breathes heavily as the hag stops breathing. "I had enough of her! I can only smite once more today though. Did we leave any more enemies alive?" He says looking around.
