Sorry, got ahead of myself.

After digging in the fresh graves, Hoga examines the masterwork greataxe. He cleans it up and gives it a tentative swing. Nice! he says, grinning. If no one objects, he takes it. If one of the the chain shirts is serviceable, he'll take that, too.

Going down, Hoga does all right until about halfway. He loses his grip on the slippery surface and falls the rest of the way, landing on his butt.

Ouch! he says. Watch yourselves in that middle part. It's treacherous!

Taladrius keeps his distance as the graves are dug up, and looks out across the lake, lost in thought.

As they approach the hill he looks around at everyone and asks, "Would anyone mind assisting me make it down? I'm not quite as physically able as the rest of you." He laughs nervously, still looking down the hill.

How far is it to the bottom? Maybe we can roll to assist, or use the rope we have? I just know my +2 isn't going to help me much :)

Heal (Take 10) - 21

Tamora places a hand above the bodies as she examines their cause of death.

"I see now. The orcs must have ventured too close to undead territory or the crypt and fought undead. Two of these orcs must have contacted zombie rot the moment they fell or seriously wounded by a zombie. I have to applaud their brethren for their quick thinking at ending them before they are fully reform as one of the undead. I feel terrible knowing that we did not solve the conflict with words. We could have known more. May they reunite with their brethren in the afterlife."

Tamora then whispers words of baptism to purify the body temporarily (disrupt undead).

"Help me remove their possessions while I enact a rite to keep undead taint from spreading to us. The dead do not need these possessions than the living once their soul departed."

Once the orcs are stripped and the graves remade, the holy woman looks at her work, praying one last time. After finishing her meal and her watch, she makes a makeshift bed mat, comprise of leaves and broken chain shirt, in one of the tents and falls asleep. The next day, she marches in the same position, right in the middle. As the rain pours and the land changes to a land of wilting, she shivered slightly and drape her hood to ward of the falling wails of the skies. When the group stops at a hole, Tamora gazes down the hole.

"It looks like we are finally here."

She climbs down the gorge.

The group manage to climb down to the entrance of the crypt (some faster then others). You first realisation is that this was the site of a fierce battle. All the corpse seem to have been looted already and you only find broken pieces of weapons and remains of armors. Also while you inspect the corpse, you find that some were, for a lack off better word, melted in parts.

Then you turn your attention to the crypt itself. An archway of stone set in the side of the opposite hill you came down from. The doors, made of thick stone seem to have been destroyed by powerfull claws.

Taladrius:
A very faint abjuration aura linger on the remains of the door.

Beyond the archway is a darkened tunnel that leads to a pair of massive wooden doors, one of which is slightly ajar. There is a stillness in the air and seem to send a chill down your spine. Something very bad happened here.

Waiting for Thorn's action before I move Tamora.

Garrik walks over the first skeleton. In one swing of his staff, he get through it's defense and send multiple bones flying. The rest of the skeleton collapse has the foul magic that animated it leaves.

Going to post. I saw that handle animal requires move action to use.

"The enemy is something we have not forseen."

Tamora moves into the fray. Instead of firing her crossbow, she points her finger at a skeleton that is facing Hoga (south skeleton)

"Return to the land of the dead. Disrupt Undead!"

Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1

Tamora walk into the room and discharge a bolt of positive energy at one of the skeletons. It's a direct hit, but the attack doesn't seem to affect the undead much.

Taladrius is still up then it's the skeletons followed by the rest of the group.

So is Taladrius going to post?

Male Human Sorcerer/1 | HP 11/11 | AC 12(16 w/ Mage Armor) T 12 FF 10(14 w/ MA) | CMB +0 CMD 12 | Fort +2 Ref +3 Will +2 | Init +6 Perception +0

Taladrius steps forward besides Tamora in the doorway and takes in the scene. He holds one hand out in front of himself, palm up, and a murky green liquid forms floating just above his skin. He turns to face the skeleton just inside the door and sends the liquid flying towards it.

Ranged Touch - Elemental Ray: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5

M Half Orc Bloodrager 6 / Init +3; Perc +10 / AC 22(26), 11, 20 / hp 31/(76) / F+9, R+5, W+7

Tamora, Skeletons, Kakrish, then me.

Taladrius moves in and shoot at the skeleton. It take a direct it, melting parts of it, but still stand, turning it's empty eyes toward the sorcerer.

The skeletons advance to attack, two converge on Red-Raven. Their claws ripping at the flesh of the yound tengu.

Claw: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Claw: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Another one attack the warpriest with it's claws. Finding weak spot in the armour of Kakrish, it inflict dire wounds to the dwarf.

Claw: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Claw: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

The skeleton that Tamora injured attack the half-orc. That one also seem to hit it's target twice, leave streak of blood on Hoga.

Claw: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Claw: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Finally, the last one moves up to Taladrius. Even with his magical defence, the sorcerer can't avoid the attack and he feels the cold claw ripping flesh from his arm.

Claw: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Ok... that was quite the rolls... Now it's Red-Raven, Kakrish and Hoga. After that, we restart the round.
