Both Tolvan and Kimberly walks into an area that is under the effect of a silence spell. Danica reaches the enemy caster and gets ready to deliver some Inquisitor's Justice. The woman, visibly upset of Danica arrival in melee, once again withdraws.

Kimberly, seeing the group continuing without her, moves closer of the threat but stays behind her friends. Her lips move in a silent prayer and she flashes a silver unholy symbol. As dark energy pummels his body, Theopolis grits his teeth and pushes through the pain. When the waves stop, he runs forward and tries to maneuver around the cultist to prevent her further withdraw.

Danica attacks the cultist as she moves away, but her nunchaku is deflected by the woman's armor. Danica, then follows her to strike again. This time the weapon hits the cultist on the side of the head, making her spit some blood. Danica's offer to surrender only gets a silent stare for an answer. Anna climbs on the roof of the inn, trying to get a better view of the situation. Tolvan seems to wait and see how his companion will fair before acting. Theopolis run past the cultist to put an end to her retreating, but opened himself to an attack as he passes. Her scythe swings low and the and the curved blade gets past Theopolis defense to hit him in the legs.

Seeing her withdraw option closed, the cultist tries to call upon her divine magic to help her out. but just as she is about to speak, four small bursts of arcane energy hit her directly in the torso. She falls backward on the ground. As you make sure she isn't going to get back up, you have a somewhat uneasy feeling when you notice that she as a smile on her lips. Looking around, you don't see any patrol, but you are in the open.

Danica didn't use any of her offensive spells / judgements / bane. Saving it for a much tougher battle.

Danica also begins to cast Detect Magic on the cultist. She also mentions to her friends, "Guys, start looking around. We are in the open. We may need to get ready for another fight. Kimberly, Tolvan, come in tighter."

Seeing that the evil woman falls but not before drawing the gang out into the open, Anna takes advantage of her position on the roof of the tavern to look around to see if anything is moving in their direction. She remains low on the roof, sticking close to the chimneys to make sure she's not easily seen.

Assuming we still have Tolvan's message spell still up, which we should since it's a standard prep spell (and cheap, being a 0-level spell)
Anna whispers to the rest of the group, "Hey, I'm up here on the roof, and it seems like we're okay. No special movement by the dead guys in the town square. I'm going to keep an eye on things a little while longer. Someone make sure they grab my big crossbow, please? I just have my little one."
Anna keeps up her surveillance of the village square and makes sure to keep an eye on the treeline as well, since that woman seemed to be watching it closely.
Taking 10 will give me a 22 on Perception.

After moving the cultist to a safer spot Danica begins to remove all the items from the evil woman. "Sythe, breat plate, this pearl and this potion have a magical aura. Tolvan, lets see if these items can help us any." She then takes the holy symbol trying to determine which god she worships.

Theo, I had seen your post, there just wasn't much I could do about it, me being on the roof.
If the area around the tavern seems quiet enough, Anna turns her attention to the building itself. She begins listening at the chimney for signs of any conversations within.

Kimberly stares up at the sky for a moment, trying to see if there is anything up there. Seeing only clouds, she turns back her attention to the cultist, maintaining the spell that is holding her. Theopolis carry the woman back to the front door of the inn, trying to stay a bit out of the way. Once there, Danica and Tolven goes through the woman's gear. Anna, while keeping an eye on the gathering of undead in the town square, moves closer to the inn's chimney and tries to evaluate if anyone is in there. Aside from the wind, she doesn't hear anything.

Once the cultist is tied, Kimberly dismisses her magical chains.
Kimberly simply moves as much out of sight as she can in vicinity of the tied up cultist. if she isn't dead, maybe we can question her, but I really don't like using pharasma's magic o the likes of her.
Kimblerly checks to see if she is in fact still alive.

Danica confirms that the cultist isn't going anywhere soon and then hide her in some bushes. Then, the group heads to the door of the tavern. This once bustling tavern is now a barely standing building with faded paint on the walls and broken windows. What furniture still there are broken and the floor bears water damage from exposure to the element. In a corner, you find a simple cot for sleeping, some food and a small personal shrine bearing a similar look to the unholy symbol that Danica got from the cultist.
