team needs a survial check to get to the manor. Harken was the only one that rolled and passed the check and is now unconscious. so the team needs a new Survival check DC15, or K-Geography using the map.

ok the party moves out, a bit slower than before since they are carrying Harken and Bracnos. Graz leads them through the Moor area that seems to never end in thick vegetation. A sudden mist seems to follow them, as if purposely coming from the area of the village. The mists starts to envelope the party and walking through the Moor area becomes difficult when visibility drops to 10 feet. The hair on the back of Lillith, Bracnos, Annak, Wade, and Syldran's neck stands up uncomfortably.
Graz'ul
"Nine hells...are you kidding me?"
Graz'ul looks around.
"Any of you mage types able to do anything about this? I'm about done with wandering the moors and I'd very much like to not deal with any extra b$$~!+!%."
Lillith Frostmourne
"this is not my forte, but in case..." she casts some protection on herself

it seems magik is at work here. The mist obscures vision and if party members are separated they may become lost.
as the party tries to get their bearings, they also hear some rustling nearby and the distinctive sound of a frogs croaking, albeit about 1000 times stronger, as if the frog was ginourmous. It seems something has tracked the party and is looking for them in the mists as well.
Syldran
Damn, I wasted my charm animal on that stupid dog...
"Stay close together, if you get separated from the group, you're as good as dead."
Syldran
Syldran suddenly stands still, his head arched upwards. His eyes squint as he peers into the fog.
"You guys should,... follow me"
Syldran slowly starts to walk towards something in the mists.
Graz'ul
Graz'ul shrugs (no mean feat with Bracnos on his shoulders) and begins to follow Syldran.
"Why not? I'm just ready for this to be done. I didn't sign up for magic fog and giant frogs."

sorry for te delay, busy couple of days
When grazul puts the half Orc on his shoulder wade decides to stay his hand. For now.
When the mist appears e casts detect magic to see if magic was it's source
At the croaking he says "everyone be on your guard, those who are hurt stick to te middle of the group.

once Gar puts Bracnos down he looks and sees that were walking in a dense fog
"oh what now ...is that frogs??? i hear tell me someone knows were we are going?"
ill follow the group since most of us seem to be following the druid
Wade Willhelm v2

Wade begins cursing under his breath in a mix of planar languages "we have a problem, the fog's magic, probably the brother of the Mayer that sleepy here slaughtererd, this is probably a solid fog spell, which would mean he has more magic at his disposal than any of us have displayed, in our condition, if we encounter him directly, we're likely hosed, even if he's alone we will almost certianly loose people in a direct encounter, as a Mage and brother to the Mayer, he's likely not alone though, plus there might be a giant frog or something judging from the sound, all in all not good
After he says his piece he readies his bow and looks around for any threats, and follows whoever looks like they know where they're going
Graz'ul
Graz'ul, now free of the extra weight, rolls his shoulders and cracks his neck. He sighs and continues to follow Syldran.

Rolling his shoulders
"well at least I woke for the next fight...can any one of you make it darker here it would make it easier to see for those of us who can see in the black..."

Syldran
Syldran keeps up his pace, always walking ahead of the group, but always staying within their sight.
"We must be the leaders in the dark. The saviors from the creeping death. Yes, we must.", he whispers to his snake, which is now curled up in the crook of his neck. It's head sways back and forth, as if following something with its gaze.
"This is a task only we can do, for we are the chosen ones, my dear."
Syldran pushes the party through thickets and brush. After some time has passed, with Syldran constantly muttering to himself, he stops briefly to contemplate the path ahead. An old deer path could barely be seen on the ground ahead. He turns to the party.
"Yes, we are on the right path, it is because it tells us so."
And with that, he follows the deer track. After some time spent trekking, the faint sound of running water can be heard in the distance.
"It does not lie to us." he says, seemingly to no one.
As the party emerges into a small clearing, a small river of clear water trickles through the area.
"We should rest here and drink up. We have quite a journey ahead of us."

Bracnos moves to the water and begins to , wash the blood from his hands and mouth " it's good we found this I was starting to feel crusty from the life blood that we drew in our earlier battle"
Bracnos ask annak
" how about you annak? , and hahah blood clan you still have some of that guards entrails on your face"

Graz'ul
Graz'ul sighs and kneels next to the water, reaching down and rubbing his hands together. HE brings the water to his face and begins scrubbing.
"Gods be damned, that feels good. Seems like ages since I've been able to rest."
He tightens up a bit when he says that, then stands up.
"We're not out of the woods yet, though. Literally. We need to find that manor."
Zyxtyvia Darkshadow
Zyx drinks some water and then asks..."Are we ready to move out again?"
Bracnos
|
lookin in to the air as bracnos takes a deep breath

"If you are all done drinking up, we can move on. The white one won't wait forever."
With that he continues down the trail, winding through the underbrush. After some time, the trees change, and Syldran picks an apple from off the ground.
"We've had our fill of water. Food can be taken here for those who need it."
Syldran bites into the apple, spittle running down the side of his face.

taking two apples him self bracnos bites into it and tossing one to Annak
"here you took a really bad hit in that last fight, do try to not get hit in the future. You are not as thick as garz'ul and myself, not that you could not Handel your self just saying"
Bracnos said with some concern in his voice and then a bit of embarrassment
looking back in to the mist
"we should be on our way even with this arcane mist, the towns people could call the military and come looking for the demos that destroyed the prison mutch like that dame witch hunter"
noticing that the club is damaged bracnos drops it to the ground and looks at the brand on his arm...
"I will not let myself ...and some of you be put back in chains again...no not even you you'll have my word in that "
bracnos cuts into his forearm across the brand on his arm as he spoke these words
he said" some of you as he looked at wade =^_^=" I'll take 2 damage if needed for this

With a big smile, "Very well."
After travelling for a couple hours, stumbling through the fog, the party finally reaches their destination. A large manor looms before them. Even through the fog, the party can tell it was already nightfall.
"We have been brought salvation." He licks his lips. "Shall we?"
qwerty71
After escaping the prison, surviving the woods and crossing the moors with guard patrols at your heels, finding the house on the Old Moor Road pales beside your other accomplishments. As promised, a lonely lantern burns in the upper story. The place otherwise shows little sign of habitation. Old but well-appointed, the house is large, imposing and alone on its hill. Painted a dark green and surrounded by barbed wrought iron fencing, nothing about this place seems inviting or a sanctuary. Still, it is your destination. Where will you go if not here? You have an appointment to keep. Best not to keep your nameless benefactor waiting…
Harken awakens

looking at the manor
"well let's see who wants us for a job, shall we?"
knocking twice then once bracnos opens the door his eyes easily letting him see within. Bracnos begins to walk up the stairs stopping half way up.
"well you coming?"
and he continues to make his way to were the light is coming from

At the door of the manor house, they are met by Tiadora. She no longer looks like she is destined for a funeral. Instead she wears a diaphanous white gown that makes her look almost angelic. When she speaks, any illusions about her angelic character are quickly dispelled. She looks at Bracnos.
“Dearest, you took long enough,” she says pitilessly. “We were beginning to wonder if you’d ever make it. Oh, and you brought friends. The master commands all of you to appear before him but before that, you must be made presentable. Slaves!” She claps her hands. A dozen young attractive men and women all wearing very traditional servant’s livery appear quickly, their heads bowed. “These people are our guests,” she commands imperiously. “See them to their rooms. I want them cleaned, dressed and refreshed. Quickly.” There is something in that last word that sounds like a threat. Certainly the slaves take it that way, hustling to perform their duties.
qwerty71
You are all lead up to separate rooms that are connected by a shared lounge. The accommodations are comfortable and the slaves are silent and efficient. There are fresh clothes, perfectly sized for each of you in your rooms and there is opportunity to wash up. For those that are injured their attendant comes back with a decanter full of velvety red wine. Drinking the wine heals any damage you have taken, akin to a CLW potion. All of you also receives a platter full of hot, delicious food and fresh water. You have some moments to yourself...

Syldran cleans himself up nice, glad to be rid of the ruddy dungeon clothes. He still wears his armor, and if he can find one, a hooded cloak. He also proceeds into the lounge.

Lillith Frostmourne
So NE heals you?
Lillith too takes time to relax and calm and get clean
Graz'ul
Graz'ul takes his time getting cleaned up. He takes off his armor, but keeps it in his room for later use. He gets into the tub, drinks the wine, and relaxes. Finally. A belly full of wine, being surrounded by warm water, and feeling his stress melt away cause him to fall asleep.
