This is an official Pathfinder Society game...check out the Guide to Organized Play. You can't create a new character at any level other than 1st, but you can play an official pregenerated character and apply credit to a new character.

The Scenario is 3-7, so you must have a character at least 3rd level, or play a pre-gen. If you play the pre-gen you can either apply it to a new, 1st level character, or hold it untill the character you want to have it is high enough enough to meet the Tier.
If this is addressed to me, please note my 3rd level character mentioned in the Recruitment thread. I said I didn't have a character -between- 3 and 10, meaning I do in fact have a 3 and a 10.

If the two(?) people playing pregens play 4th level ones, our APL is 4.0. If they play either both 7s or a 4 and a 7, our APL is somewhere between 4.5 and 5.2, depending on both pregen level choice and who exactly will be playing.

Unless I'm mistaken this is what we've got so far:
Bao Trang -4th Level Sword Saint
Dartenelles Boatwright - 3rd Level Witch
Sir Terramor - 4th Level Cavelier
Chai Kai - 6th Level Invulnerable Rager
As it stands our APL is 4.25. If I don't hear back from our two pregens by tomorrow morning we can either roll with this group (Dartenelles has plenty of charges left on his Wand of CLW) or I can pull one or two from the waiting list.

Your call, Herr GM. Four is nice and intimate and moves along at a decent pace. Six gives more people a chance to play. I'm fine with either.

In a nutshell here's how this part works...
You are preparing for a possible assault on the island. At this point your characters don't necessarily know there is an assault coming...but you've pieced together enough information to be suspicious.
For each successful attempt at making the island more secure (setting traps, assembling the catapult, barricading doors & windows, etc) you'll earn a number of defense points; which will decrease the number of invaders who actually make it into the house. (As its expected that at least some of them will perish due to falling into a spike filled pit or having a vat of acid poured on top of them.)
Each task requires a certain amount of time depending on a number of factors, Everyone gets two hours worth of actions...once you've posted what you want to do I'll let you know if you have any time left.

Wow. When I read about the catapult, I was beginning to wonder what we were planning to do. Not going to lie, I didn't get that part at all.
Didn't see the map in the Campaign Tab yet, just an FYI.
So gonna apologize now guys, skills is not Strat's stronpoint. He'll help with the heavy lifting though :P

There's another scenario that's even more like The Seven Samurai (you defend a town against bandits, and do this whole "Defense Points" thing, just with villagers to order around). Oddly enough, Chai Kai has also done that scenario.

Question for my fellow players. Terramor has the "Drill Instructor" ability. He can grant you all the Paired Opportunist Teamwork Feat. It requires 10 minutes of training, but will last only for 12 minutes beyond that. It's not huge, but it's a feat you don't have now. Shall we spend the last 9-10 minutes before the enemy arrives doing that?

...and that's all she wrote! I've reported the event and will scan Chronicle Sheets either this evening or tomorrow. I usually upload the sheets to google docs for you to download at your leisure...but if you prefer I can email them to you separately; just PM me your email address.
Thanks for the quick run...not the most PbP friendly scenario but I'm glad it worked out!
