Mordrin Green
Are we in a good position to board the other ship? If so, then I will do the following.
Mordrin carefully lays the boarding planks between the ships, them cautiously crosses over. He had heard Kael shouting about undead, so he makes sure to have his holy symbol in hand, ready to blast the fell creatures with radiant energy. He keeps a sharp eye out for any challengers.

Are we in a good position to board the other ship? If so, then I will do the following.
We are in position, and there is no immediate threat.
Amelia boards without hesitation, raising her hand and touching her fingers to Kael's weapon, and does the same for Mordrin's holy symbol as well, given he'll allow. Casting Light on both.
"Light will not be a problem. Though I am uncomfortable leaving my ship unattended. She looks to the others. "Unless one of you is willing to stay behind and keep watch?" This also made her uncomfortable, but leaving it entirely and leaving it in a stranger's hands were different, somehow.
Velania
if you wish it, I'll stay. Though I hate to miss out, so you'd better bring back something interesting
also, you should probably wait for Abalar to make his rolls before going in, in case we need to rescue him since Amelia's the only character on the boat who can afford to get wet;)
Kael Rivers
Light can only be on one thing at a given time sadly
Kael watched as each of their crew approached off of their own ship, wary of any strange movements. When most had crossed and Captain Amelia spoke her words, Kael pointed down. " First and foremost, we have to ensure Alabar is safe and with us. After that we can speak of exploring this vessel. As to your dilemma Cap- I mean Amelia, there is not logical reason we cannot do both. Did not Mordrin demonstrate the capability of being in two places at once? Simply put we can leave one on the ship and take the other with us, thereby securing Velania with the search party. Something I would personally prefer as I hope she would too enjoy my company once more. It is simply coincidence that she is quite adept at... maneuvering with little to no light. It should be beneficial. "
Kael would raise a fist to his mouth and cough. His eye went to Velania and then to the Amelia, " This is a suggestion under your advisement as always Amelia. " His head fully turned to Mordrin, " I suppose you have no issues with such a plan Mordrin? I would assume your other is just as perceptive as the current form? "
Kael could go get him too, to everyone else's knowledge. Likely he would if needed at little penalty.
Lightt
"I was thinking roughly the same thing, regardless of whomever stays, there should be at least two, which is where Mordrin's ability comes in helpful" Light says In a matter of fact, casualness. "this... Situation with the zombie hand brings another meaning to the phrase 'all hands on deck'... We truly need to have each others' backs." She looks over the edge of the boat to Alabar. "[/b] sighing to herself, and saying under her breath, "shoulda waited" in an almost non audible tone.
She would then begin glancing about to see if there was anything of worth while awaiting on Kael's lead.
Kael Rivers
Kael blinks at the pun Light referenced to, taking a note on the usage for another time. A slight show of flustered expression appears around his cheeks that stays for but a flash as his mind applied it to a rather lewd nature. Outwardly it was far from noticeable.
You can Sense Motive if you like
" Alabar could await up here as well thereby giving either Mordrin support. The boy is built differently from my own and has good snap-muscle movement. I do however put forth he should stay on this Clipper while the other mans our ship. If we need support he can quickly rush down to assist and conversely if the pair does, both are not out of reach. "
Mordrin Green
Without another word, Mordrin closes his eyes and splits. The Mordrins look at each other for a moment and then nod. The darker Mordrin, known as Black, heads back to the other ship and fetches some rope to drop down to Alabar to help him climb out of the water.
Black will attempt to aid Alabar's climb check
Aid Climb: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
Meanwhile, the cheery-looking Mordrin, whom you may call Green, remains with the others on the apparently empty ship and says, "I'm glad to help in any way I can. I should let you know that my ability does have certain limitations, however, particularly that my counterpart and I can only remain apart up to a certain distance. Since I am not certain how far I am from Black at every moment, I would recommend that I remain on deck as a lookout while the three of you search the rest of the ship. On the other hand, if you encounter any further resistance of the sort you encountered earlier, simply call and I will try to attend you at once, even if that means Black will no longer be able to remain with the watch party aboard our own ship." Green bows to Amelia and says, "Assuming that plan is in line with your orders, ma'am."
Velania
I hope she would too enjoy my company once more. It is simply coincidence that she is quite adept at... maneuvering with little to no light. It should be beneficial. "
Kael would raise a fist to his mouth and cough. His eye went to Velania and then to the Amelia,
Velania raises an eyebrow and crosses her arms over her chest as she looks amusedly at Kael Goodness, Kael, you seem to be so surprised and excited by tonight. it's as though you've never had a pillow fight before... such a childhood you must have had
Kael Rivers
Kael raised an eyebrow, " I had assumed you would have recognized by my name alone. Was that not obvious? My last name is Rivers for I am some bastard-son who had to grow up fast... or die. Not that my background is much important at this juncture. Yes, I was quite elated from our extended encounter Velania. "
His face was rather unassuming and straightforward.
" Now, do you wish to accompany us? "
Kael Rivers
The slightest of smirks crested Kael's face at the response, " Splendid. With Green watching this side, Black watching the other and Alabar being possible muscle the rest of us should have a fairly deadly and effective force. The safety would be most assured as well. Now if you would watch my rear it would be most appreciated. "
Given permission Kael would then venture below deck as quiet as possible trying to figure out what had happened. He wielded his ninja-to in anticipation.
It was a very common thing along these times, well the baseline medieval kinda thing. Children of the land who either were without family name or knew not of their lineage were named for the land. Thus you get persons with the last name Fields, Rivers, Snow and what have you.

Ok, all rolled for Alabars stuff.
Alabar finally makes it up to the deck of the ship, soaking wet. He spouts something in a unknown language as he shakes himself off.
To the ones that travel down below decks.
You open the door to the lower decks, only to be greeted by the decaying smell of flesh. Your eyes begin to water, but you push past the smell into the lower decks. Reaching the bottom of the large stairway, you can see a hallway that stretches to the other end of the ship. Below you is another large stairway heading deeper into the bowels of the ship. Thankfully with your light sources, you are able to see in this rather pitch black hallway. There are 4 doors parallel each other that strafe the hallway, you can assume there are more that extend out beyond your light source.
A soft moaning can be heard from the second door on the right. "Pipe down! I'm almost finished!" You hear this voice from the same room. "Ehem- So then I said, that's a Pineapple! Hahaha...ahh...eh..." Some more soft moans can be heard followed by the sound of a book being tossed across a room. "Fine... No more jokes for today... Spoil sport..."
Kael Rivers
There was only one thing that could signify those noises with such a jovial voice. He did not like that. Kael makes silent motions with his hand to signify he was about to open the door. When it seemed like everyone was prepared and situated, Kael tried to swiftly yet silently swing open the door.

Mr. Nomington
The door swings silently open, however the light given off by Lightt's Ioun Torch filters into the room alerting your presence to thoughs inside. From what is seen in this room, it is safe to assume this was a study of some kind. Many books and piles of parchment are stacked haphazardly about the room. With much of the parchment littering the floor along with a few books. In the left corner of the room sits a desk with a large open book along with a still burning candle sitting beside it. A glass orb the size of a melon is hanging from a chain just above the desk. Inside appears to be a pufferfish swimming rather happily around inside.
However, the main attraction in the room is no doubt what stands in the center. This creature appears as a rotting humanoid dressed in tattered and ragged clothing. Its semi-bloated body glistens from the slimy mixture of water and seaweed that hangs from its form. The creature's rotting flesh is blue-green in color. It's head snaps in your direction as light filters into the room. No semblance of life burns in its eyes.

Kael, true to his form, reacts to this danger faster than most do. Rushing forward into the room, Kael Dashes Forward, slams his foot down on landing and jabs his ninja-to hard and then readies once more.

Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Amelia shook off the almost instant orgasm she may have or may not have had at the sight of all this knowledge to prepare herself for combat. When she finally manages to get over her reaction to the books, and the thing standing in their way, Amelia will move to attack with a ray of cold magic, extending her hand out with a finger pointed at the things head.
Ray of Frost: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Only to miss horribly and spout some flavorful curses at the thing.
Kael Rivers
Poor Amelia, overwhelmed by all this stuff
Kael was so focused on the fight that his instincts reacting almost surprised him as a ray shot past, the curses identified who likely fired such. " Amelia, I propose doing so from a different direction "
Mr. Nomington
Lightt, roll damage for your attack.
Lightt's musket ball strikes the undead squarely in the sternum, but doesn't exit the other side.
Kael gets a quick jab off on the decaying humanoid, but his ninja-to doesn't pierce as deep as he originally intends.
The creature reels back from the force of the blows and makes a wild swing at Kael, moaning ever louder.
Slam: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
It's arms slip past the readied blade of Kael and smack him on his collar bone.
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
The top side of the ship hears the familiar sound of Lightt's musket firing again.
Amelia's Ray of Frost connects with the hanging globe that holds the pufferfish, frosting the glass over. "I will have to agree with the gentlemen with the ears, please do find a better angle."
The rest of the party is free to act.
Initiative: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (2) - 1 = 1
A startled moan can be heard from the darkness of a far off room connected to the hallway.
Kael Rivers
Kael winces somewhat surprised at the alacrity of the undead past his own defense, though the strike was likely a fluke. " Argh, thrusting strikes seem not to work, I advise something different. "
Mordrin Green
Hearing the crack of Light's gunshot, Green calls across to Black and Alabar, Sounds like the others have run into some resistance! Black, come along, we may need the extra hands. Sorry to leave you alone, Alabar. Captain's orders you know?
He then rushes below deck, his holy symbol at the ready. When he catches up with the others, he sees the gruesome figure standing in the room and reels for a moment at the smell. He takes a moment to collect himself before dealing with this abomination. I'm assuming a double move would just barely let me catch up to the others this round.
Black looks at Alabar, a stern look on his face, and says, Stay here for now. The captain asked for a lookout to remain aboard our own vessel. Green's skills are well suited to dealing with undeath, so I would have left you either way. I will return if possible. He then makes his way across the boarding planks again and moves toward the lower decks. Double move to get near the entry to the lower decks.

The undead misses Velania by inches, not that it would have mattered thanks to her powers.
Velania's falchion slashes into the undead head, causing bile to spew forth down the blade to your hands and onto the floor, splattering onto some nearby books.
"Not the books! I haven't read thoughs 5 times yet!" The Pufferfish yells from his globe.

Black rushes down the hall, bringing up the rear of the party. He stands next to Green and says, Looks like I might get a chance to have some fun after all!
Green looks at Black out of the corner of his eye and replies, You call this fun? You must be crazy! He then raises his holy symbol again and mutters a brief blessing. A warm light expands down the hall and empowers his allies' attacks with holy power. Casts Bless
