The rules for potions are a bit confusing. I think its d8+3 because the minimum level to make potions is 3. For more info, have you tried the srd for pathfinder?

Yea the caster level to create them is 3rd but you can set the caster level. We will call it 3rd level which will bring Casthel to full again.
Casthel grabs his potion of CLW as he drinks the contents. His wounds quickly mend themselves.
The skeletons all fire their bows at Kawai. Kawai easily dodges all of the arrows from the slow moving skeletons.

"Still bleeding" Garret notes to himself. Garret will see Adlartok approaching and wait for her to cast her spell before sprinting into the room after Kawai. Hold action until the end of Adlartok's turn, then run action into the room.

Hung Dong continues to hold steady as Adlartok quickly produces a wand. Within seconds Hung Dong's wounds seem to mend themselves.
Garret sprints into the room after Kawai as he sees the cat grab the skeleton's midsection and rip the bones apart causing them to clatter to the stone floor in a heap.
Hung Dong's eyes flitter open as he is now conscious on the cool floor.

Casthel moves forward as Hung Dong crouches behind the frail man.
It is a low wall. Water sits in it like a shallow pool or basin. The wall of it only comes up to your knees.
Stergil darts forward as Garret goes into a full run towards the skeletons. Did you a double move as a run has to be in a straight line and you had to go around the water basin.
Adlartok follows right behind Garret as Kawai tears apart another skeleton.
You guys have control of your tokens to move them where you would like them also. :)

Hung Dong cowers behind the pools ledge until he sees Garret call him forth. Bolstered with a bit more courage he goes forth. Garret releases a steady stream of healing energy all about the room as wounds begin to stitch themselves shut.
The skeleton near Kawai drops it's shortbow as it draws a broken scimitar. The skeletons fire an arrow at the large cat with also swinging a rusty scimitar blade. Kawai easily dodges all of the attacks.

Garret sees the skeleton situation well under control and decides to take a moment to look around the room for any other threats. He dips his hands into the water flowing into the pool.
