I can see both maps but not move...

Bertha moves forward, drawing her weapons. She strides right up to stand next to Graff.

Sorry, was out sick. Not sure how we are flat-footed when in an active combat situation? Also, does the "3 damages" listed beside me take into account the healing I just got, or not?

Caellus pours an oil of shillelagh over his quarterstaff, and moves towards the nearest foe.

I'm sorry, I just can't use this map - I can't tell who's a bad guy, or save things, or anything. So I'm going to have to let you move my icon around. Maybe it's a browser thing; I'm using Chrome.

Where did the bear come from?! Friend or foe?!

#3-99 ACTUAL MAP

@Lamplighter : it's in the rules of combat. As long you have not act in the first round of combat (once initiative are rolled) your character is considered flat-footed.
The bear is BABS' animal companion, so it's a friend :)
Also, drawing an oil is a move action, putting it on your staff is a standard action, you have only a 5ft. step left to move.
The 3 damages is the arrow from the goblin.

Followed by his bear companion BABS moves forward joining Graff. Meanwhile Caellus prepare for the fight by pouring an oil of shillelagh on his quarterstaff.
Iago moves as fast as he could toward the goblin's archers.

They continue to shoot arrows on their first target.

Gob1 vs Caellus : 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

The google docs thing is asking for permission.

Akhenethys summons a celestial eagle into existence, and sends it to attack the enemy spellcaster.

Eagle appears at V11 and charges via flight to I11 and attacks.

One group of more mechanically minded pathfinders move to the locking mechanism and start tinkering with it aided by a liberal application of grease, a number of ropes are thrown to the top and people begin clambering up the walls. In another location, another group try brute force and trying to smash their way through. A stone bridge appears out of nowhere, then the flap of wings as a giant roc arrives to pluck people up and drop them on the far side - allowing them to form a defensive perimeter….

Within a minute, the outer gates give way to the small army of ninety highly motivated Pathfinders and their sheer brute force, magic, and mechanical knowledge.
