"Doctor Hyve, I presume? Greetings. I am Master Chemist Aloysius from Egorian. Doctor Myre recently hired my team to improve the efficacy of his vats, but he seemed rather occupied upon my visit and suggested I come here to convene with you."

    Bluff, using Orator: 1d20 + 18 + 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 18 + (1) + 1 = 34

    "Good day, doctor Hyve"

A muffled scream comes from Hyve as he reflexively throws what he has been working on towards the noise.

    *Aaaaaaaah*!: 1d20 + 9 - 4 ⇒ (4) + 9 - 4 = 9
    Direction: 1d8 ⇒ 5

Instead of hitting the investigator as Hyve intended the vial of purple serum smashes into the cavern wall and missing everyone in the group. Eyes wide and panicking Hyve picks up his rapier and pulls the blade from its sheathe, moving to an area just short of the rock in the pool. His position is in the square south and just west of the rock in the pool. I'll update when I have access to a computer that doesn't stop Google Drive. Sorry for the bluff check, he's only just this side of sane at the moment. He actually thinks that strip over his mouth will save him from the monster he summoned.

If it is possible to take the last "step" on a diagonal (from the sq. just NE of where Parrym is) great, if not, and must go 'around', then Parrym will move to the sq. just N of where she is now, entering the space of Hyve, and take an AoO as she moves Meneldor 1 sq. S
