Tarek mentioned a few posts ago that he would use his attack action to bind the mustache man if the spell caster was dead before his turn, just in case that was missed

i did not mean we are taking any of the dead and I am of the presumption that Caoilte can walk. If I missed that, then I need to modify my previous post. I was tracking 2 enemy women, a thin male with a rapier and the halfling. The female sorcerer is dead, and the other foes are stabilized and unconscious

The Exchange

Female Elf Rogue (Unchained) / 3

Kat gives a teasing chuckle at Havelockk, Face it, you just wanted a handful of redhead.

Eloriand woke with a start and couldn't remember how he came to lie on the ground. What happend .... where .....? His head darted between his companions.

It must not be that bad. You are all here. Eloriand started to remember when he saw the bodies laying nearby. He got up, thanking Tarek for the assistance. Eloriand checked his weapons to assure himself he would be ready if another attack came.

Silver Crusade

Male Aasimar Oracle/4th/ Spells 1st:7/7 2nd:4/4 | Hp:25| AC: 22|Perc:+10| Init:+1| Fort:+1| Ref:+2| Will:+6

Easy there Eloriand. I am not sure what those pretty colors did to you and Caoilte, but let's be sure you both are OK to walk around.

Our attackers have been defeated and for now things seem safe. The caster is dead, but the other three are still alive and are under our custody. We are planning on bringing them back to the Captain to be interrogated.

Tarek gives the prisoners a look over once more Havelockk is carrying the woman and one of the others should be waking now too, as the effects of the spell wear off. I think Kat is keeping an eye on him.

I am thinking it may be wise to heal the hafling and let him walk back, unless Caoilte feels comfortable enough carrying him? Tarek then looks to Caoilte to see if he is with it enough to understand what was said

The Exchange

Female Elf Rogue (Unchained) / 3

The red snorts in laughter, I can so see our axeman deciding to barrel-walk the Halfling back despite his wounds. He seemed to hold great prejudice against that bushy 'stache.

Grand Lodge

Male Human Fighter / 4, AC 23, HP 45/41, FORT +6, REF +1, WILL +0

Caoilte stands and shakes off the effects of the spell. What happened? Seeing the carnage he steps back Whoa, I don’t remember doing any of this. I must have gone berserk. He looks down and nudges the Halfling with his foot. Alrighty, you want me to carry the twerp, I’ll do it. I won’t drop him too much on the way back to the lodge. But if it’s ok with you Tarek, I’ll just go ahead an recheck and make sure he doesn’t have any knives or other hidden weapons. Caoilte bends down ensuring the Halfling is secured and that he has nothing tucked away with which to either free himself or harm Caoilte.

The Exchange

Female Elf Rogue (Unchained) / 3

Kat grinds the heel of her boot into the shoulder joint of the rapier-man casually. I would be most concerned with this guy, he has no injuries and may pose a nice escape risk.

Silver Crusade

Male Human Magus/5 Base Atk +3; AC 21, HP 47, INIT+7, PER +4, CMB +5; CMD 16 Feats: Blind Fighting, Combat Casting, Toughness, Spell Combat,Spellstrike, Acane Pool, Improved Initiative

Kat, I do have a preference for red heads and now I at least have a handful I laugh at her comment and watch as she pins that heel of her boot into the rapier wielder.

Caoilte, you certainly did do some damage, no doubt about it...

Grand Lodge

Male Human Fighter / 4, AC 23, HP 45/41, FORT +6, REF +1, WILL +0

Caoilte looks up. What? Wait! You say that fella is unharmed? Crush his hand. That ought to keep him tame and besides, nobody should be able to attack us and walk away unscathed.

The Exchange

Female Elf Rogue (Unchained) / 3

He got caught in the same spell as Caoilte and Eloriand; he did not go down because of one of us.

I agree that it would be a good idea to disable him somehow and he does not need both hands, or arms... or legs... He should be waking up any moment as well.

The party survives the ambush! Showing that they are not overly violent, the group is able to secure the living members of the ambush party and return them to the Grand Lodge. Once the prisoners are escorted to a secret cell, likely for a thorough interrogation, the party is given a few moments to collect themselves before they are asked to present themselves to Captain Vaslin.

Once again, the heroes find themselves in the office of the Venture-Captain of Grand Lodge of Absalom. He smiles, still somewhat gruffly, as he sees the party.

Hello and well met Pathfinders! News of your efficiency has already reached my ears. You have done well this day. You have all proven to our vital allies that the Society continues to fill its ranks with competent agents and stand as valuable friends. There is turmoil on the horizon, though, and I fear our various allies are in for some changes, but that is nothing any of you need to concern yourselves with.

The Ambris walks over to Tarek and Sylorin and gives the fresh recruit a stern look. He turns his head toward Tarek I see our Shelyn ambassador has survived the day. Good Portents hopefully. I expect a full report on his performance today, Tarek. Once you have recovered of course.

Ambris the walks behind his desk and once again faces the party, hands folded behind his back. Rest and recover quickly agents. The Society is, rightly or wrongly, being called upon to assist a very dangerous situation that is developing in the Worldwound. You all have proven to be effective agents. Highly effective. I will likely need your services soon. I assure, the next time we speak, it will not be to have you run my errands and most certainly will take you beyond the protected walls of Absalom. He turns to face a map of what appears to be Golarion on the back wall of his office. That is all.

The party refreshes themselves then meets at the Pig's Paunch to decompress and divvy the collected loot from today's excursion.

End.
