I am assuming that was the creatures turn~ ;) Posting my next round actions just in case.
At Evan's words Vitarri laughs, his laugh is cut short by a heart shaped pillow to the face. "Alright, time to whip ya into submission boy yo." He gives the riding crop another sharp snap as he closes his eyes.
When they open this time however the gold color of his eyes became a shining pool, radiating the inner power the Aasimar carried from his Garuda blood.
MA: 15 ft to center of room
SA: Cast See Invisibility (10 Min increment)
He scans the room until he finds the imp and then gives the annoying creature a savage grin. "You better hit me with something bigger then a pillow this time..."
If it isn't too metagamey, Vitarri would point out the imps general location for the rest of the group.

"This is a bedroom? This is huge!! My whole family lived in a hut smaller then this and it was nine of us." Evan takes out his waterskin and empties it in front of the door. "If it tries to come this way I'll see it disturb the water."

For those only able to pinpoint the square the imp's in, keep in mind it has total concealment. This means there's a 50% chance to miss the imp when attacking his square. Currently only Vitarri doesn't have this problem, because he sees the imp's exact location.
Combat: Round 1
Miss chance 0 - 50: 1d100 ⇒ 26
Misarru stabs at the imp, but misses it.
Mary: Initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Muchiko: Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Vitarri: Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Imp: Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
The imp lashes out at Muchiko, and hits her thigh with a sting. Muchiko takes 3 damage from the imp's attack, and is now poisoned. Footsteps can be heard as the imp runs away.
Sting: 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 8 + 2 = 26
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Con damage (Poison): 1d4 ⇒ 2 Roll Fort DC 22 to prevent this Con damage.
The poison lingers for a total of 6 rounds, and will harm you for 1d4 Con damage every turn unless you make the check to prevent it. To cure yourself from the poison you'll need to succeed on the check for 2 consecutive turns.
Turn progression:
Imp
Evan, Mary, Muchiko (-3HP, perhaps -2 Con) & Vitarri
Everyone can move. Only Vitarri can look at the map in the spoiler below. Mary can, once her detect evil has build up enough. Everyone can with Perception 20. Still, everyone but Vitarri has the 50% miss chance.

Vitarri looks to the others. "Anyone got some powder handy?"

Rather a high fort dc for an imp poison...
Fort roll: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Fort roll: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Fort roll: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Despite the forum's horrible rolls, i wondered what poison this would be. Especially since you almost killed me with it, hadn't i 14 con. On it's condition, this comes up as wyvernpoison. However, it's Dc doesn't come up as 22, but 17.

Correction on the imp's poison: Sting—injury; save Fort DC 13; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d2 Dex; cure 1 save.
Taking Muchiko's first Fort roll, as explained in the discussion thread. So she takes the poison damage, for which I'll make a 1d2 roll to correct the earlier 1d4.
Dex damage from posion: 1d2 ⇒ 1
After he's attacked Muchiko, Kreuvus becomes visible. He runs away from Muchiko, who's now poisoned and takes 1 Dex damage. However, because the imp's now visible and moving away from her, Muchiko gets an AoO.
Turn progression:
Imp
Evan, Mary, Muchiko (-3HP, -1 Dex) & Vitarri
I'm giving all of you a chance to retcon, because it was my screw-up. The map shows the location of the imp, who's now visible.
@Muchiko: You won't need a new Fort roll until your next turn, when the poison will 'strike' again.

Is that map accurate for Evan given that the GM just allowed you to redo your post because he's visible? Is that where Evan is going to remain? I need to know since it's important on what I do next as Evan is providing cover for the imp.

As Evan was moving the Imp suddenly becomes visible, attacks Muchiko and runs right toward Evan with Muchiko hot on his heels. Hearing Mary yell at him to clear a path for an arrow, Evan side steps hoping he still has position to flank the creature.

When the imp moves away from Muchiko, she thrusts her spear at him and wounds him. The spear hits the imp, but it only takes a small amount of damage with its damage reduction. The imp's long gone by the time Muchiko's circled the bed, and looks around warily. "Leave Kreuvus alone!"
Evan tries to flank the imp, but is not in a position for that to work. He uses the silver letter opener the paracountess gave the party, and stabs at the imp. His aim is true, and he hits the imp in its arm.
Mary shoots several arrows at the imp, but the imp dodges them. Vitarri isn't able to land a hit on the imp either.
Round 2
The imp looks at the silver weapons with a pained look on his face, realizing he's outnumbered in this part of the room. Kreuvus turns himself invisible again, and footsteps can be heard as he runs off.
Muchiko feels the poison has stopped working.
Vitarri gets an AoO, because he can see the imp run away.
Turn progression:
Imp -3HP
Evan, Mary, Muchiko (-3HP, -1 Dex) & Vitarri
Everyone may post. The map in the spoiler is for Vitarri (who can see Kreuvus), Mary (who can sense Kreuvus' evil alignment, though it's still a 50% chance to miss), everyone else who rolls Perception 20 (50% to miss).

Evan hears the imp's footsteps and moves into Kreuvus' direction. He lashes out at the imp, but doesn't manage to score a hit with the silver weapon.
Vitarri never loses sight of Kreuvus and chases the imp. He smacks the imp hard, and delivers some serious nonlethal damage. (Indeed, lethal riding crops are too scary.)
Mary misses her arrows, and Muchiko isn't able to detect where the imp went.

| StephNyan |
"Throwing a bag of powder into a square is an attack against AC 5, and momentarily reveals if there is an invisible creature there."
Muchiko throws the bag of powder, and where it lands a small cloud of the powder appears. Because Muchiko threw the bag in the wrong square, the imp doesn't become visible.
Round 3
The imp lashes out at Vitarri with its poison sting, and becomes visible when doing so.
Sting: 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 8 + 2 = 25

Mary shoots more arrows. If I miss again, may Abadar strike me dead. I'm failing my companions. Give me the power NOW! Mary, frustrated, calls upon Abadar to help her smite the outsider. "Put the powder on him NOW!"

@Muchiko: I agree with you, but the guide mentions a square and revealing invisible creatures there. This 'momentarily' is a bit bit unclear though. Let's say the powder stays on Kreuvus for 2 turns, including the turn it's thrown on him.
Evan and Vitarri try to hit the fleeing imp, but only Vitarri manages to hit the imp. He smacks Kreuvus hard with the riding crop, and hte imp yelps.
Mary fires several arrows at Kreuvus, but both get stuck in the ceiling. Muchiko throws a second powder bag on Kreuvus, ensuring the party won't lose the imp's position the next round.
Turn progression:

Mary grabs the rope out of her backpack this is coming in handy and ties up the little devil all nice and tight I'm sure Abadar won't mind if I make it REALLY tight while it's coming back to life.
Once Mary is satisfied that the little bugger can't move, she walks around the room, picking up way too many arrows that missed and seeing if anything else detects as evil or catches her eye.
Since the paracountess is evil, I'm going to use detect evil as I walk around picking up arrows and looking for anything else that might be appropriate to take from her to prevent her evil ways from spreading. In other words, looking for phat l3wt5.
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Typical. Anyway, I'm also going to use detect evil on the chest that it was trying to open. If it isn't evil, I might try my hand at it. I've got a gut feeling that perhaps evil beings weren't allowed to open it.
| StephNyan |
@Mary: Generally speaking, ammunition that hits its target is destroyed or rendered useless, while ammunition that misses has a 50% chance of being destroyed or lost. So make a roll for each arrow you missed ;)
Mary doesn't find any item of interest in the paracountess' bedroom. She does, however, find a secret door close to the paracountess' bed. The box doesn't emit an evil aura.
Kreuvus' wounds continue to heal, and the tied up imp groans while he slowly wakes.
