Looks like I am supposed to put the Dragons Demand Chronicle (2) on my bard as well, so I will do maths later today to update. Grr. I was hoping to save it, but alas, you have to report it all under one number.

I am going to un-pause the game and move to part two. For those of you waiting for some Chronicles don't worry about it. The real action won't start for a few days.

Also, I'll let Kyra sit this one out and join us for part 3 if she likes.

I apparently need to re add my gold. I didn't spend any for the first two levels and I suspect I misadded that as well. If you don't mind I'll retro enchant my sword or armor once I do the math.

If it is possible, Hadassah will 'take 20' on the knowledge checks necessary to ensure a quick passage across the desert for a total of 33. This will likely burn several rounds of Bardic performance.

Also, Hadassah uses Comedy to roll all int checks:

Effect: By gracefully weaving your body through subtle forms and postures you can convince others of your breeding, eloquence, and refinement. For the duration of the effect, you gain a +4 circumstance bonus on Bluff checks, and may attempt a Bluff check in place of an Intelligence check or Intelligence-based skill check.

The subtle changes in your movements also confer a +4 circumstance bonus on Disguise checks to appear to be someone of a higher station (an aristocrat, merchant prince, or even a queen).

Use: 1 bardic performance round per 10 minutes of the effect's duration.

Since the bonus is to Bluff, and the skill being substituted is Comedy (Versatile Performance) the +4 does not apply.

Sounds good to me, just add the 20 to your rolls (if you haven't already).

Sorry for a brief absence. I was so busy for a few days I didn't even get a chance to log on to tell you all that I was busy. Things should be back on track for awhile. Lets have fun with this one... it has an interesting chronicle sheet, that is for sure!

We rolled for boons, so I should have a chronicle by the week's end. Hopefully tomorrow. The chronicle for 4–15: The Cyphermage Dilemma is assigned to Hadassah.

I'm going to be traveling - I'll be on the road Weds and Thurs, at a show Fri and Sat, then on the road again Sunday and MOnday - I'll be in hotels in the evening and have wifi in the room but unsure of their connection strength and speed. I will do my best to check in every day, but if I don't post in a reasonable amount of time, feel free to npc me please.

I just realized that I have been to Utah.

It was pretty quick though. SO and I drove through beautiful Zion National Park in the years BC (before children).

I was a bit confused with Hadassah's orders, but moved as best as I could. Its only zombies after all. :)

I got a promotion, but I have to relocate 446 miles. 25k to student debt, 32k benefits, and 53k to me/ year w/ guaranteed 3%/year increase. Yay!

Lore, did you have anything in the show?

yes I did Eadie - 4 quilts in the show, 3 of them won awards (one first, one second, one third place... I won a considerable amount of money ($450) so I'm kinda stoked.. pretty much paid for my trip and then some.

Hey gang, I am going to be out of internet reach until July 21st.
I'll actually have some limited connection until this weekend and then I am going to float through the Atlantic Ocean on some get away time!

There isn't enough time to start a new encounter, so I am going to park things here. Continue to have fun with the RP parts if you like. Assuming my in-laws don't push me off the boat, I should be back on the 21st. :)

I am moving tomorrow, packing tonight, and unpacking Tuesday. I should be back Wednesday, well before Dr. Gabe.

I’m sure DrGabe will confirm, but I believe you have to make 2 consecutive DC 14?? Fort saves (1 per day) to avoid the first effects of the disease, Lhug. (which manifests in 2 days time, as per DrGabe’s dice roll)

Good news is my Heal check beat the disease’s DC, giving you +4 to the first roll.

IF you manage to stay in Lore’s good books, she can Take 10 on the Heal check to give you +4 on your second (and ongoing rolls) ;)

If you drink your antiplague it lets you roll twice on one check and take the better result.

When I’ve had a PFS PC get infected and the scenario is completed inside one day, the GM has generally waited until the end of the scenario to resolve the effects of the disease.

Well...kinda:
1) Gen Con on Thursday = 08/14 - 08/17 limited posting.
2) Took a new job which is much more demanding. Posting will be less than previous efforts, last week excluded of course.
