To make my life easier when it comes to filling in chronicles, if you could each put in a single post with:
If you are currently in a game or expect to apply a GM chronicle before play, hold off putting in the information.
Chronicle: What chronicle number this is for the character
History: What scenarios has the character completed? (or been credited with); any other chronicles (special boons etc)
Name:(the player) real name (as you have it appear on your chronicle sheets)
AKA: Character name
Faction: Your faction
PFS: # for the character
XP: starting XP,
Prestige: Starting prestige
Fame: Starting Fame
Gold: Starting wealth you bring into the adventure. This should be the total on your previous chronicle. If you want to buy any new stuff... see further on.
Day job: include the roll or that you don't have one. If you want to use a reroll at the end just note here you may want to use a reroll. If you don't include a roll I'll be assuming you take ten.
Spend: If you want to buy anything before the scenario starts (apart from your initial 150gp if you are a new character) include it here. This will appear in the "items bought" and/or "items sold" part of the chronicle.
Try to hold off actual discussion here until we have one post per character with those details (makes life easy for me to make the chronicles for you all at the end).

This is Nightfiend/Tatiana. I would like to switch to my Sanctified Slayer in order to add a little more bang on the frontline. I hope this is acceptable with consideration that I originally listed my bard as the character I intended to take. If for some reason this is not acceptable, let me know and I will post Tatiana’s stats.

No need to apologize for not understanding something. In Pathfinder Society, when you complete a scenario you receive a chronicle sheet, which lists out your success, monetary gains, and your reputation with the society. Much of this is explained in the hand book for society play, which can be found –Here—as a free PDF.
As your character advances you will keep copies of these chronicles and submit them to the GM, upon request, as evidence of your characters advancements. My previous post has links to example chronicles that Aarion has achieved. Feel free to look them over if you like.

@nightfiend, that is fine. I'm not too worried about party balance. This is a season 0 scenario, so really 3.5, and PF characters are a bit more robust than them. They were also initially for 4 person parties.

Naomi, can I get you to pick an icon for your character, and also fill in the stat line with things like AC, initiative and hp? That makes life much easier for me in game.

don't have access to books atm (at work) but the price for needed jewelry / outfits (courtier / noble) is?
I will help out those with brand new lvl 1 chars (and if still possible and feasible noble outfit for Grimaldus)
Xuan Fung

Referencing SRD. Courtier outfits are 30gp. The notes for the courtier outfits states that jewelry costs an additional 50gp. Noble outfits are 75gp. And another 100gp for signet ring and jewelry for a noble. Ouch!
I will help out those with brand new lvl 1 chars (and if still possible and feasible noble outfit for Grimaldus)
Under PFS rules, I think items can't be passed to other characters permanently, right? After the scenario, they'll revert to the original owners? That would mean Grimaldus would end up with a number of outfits that don't fit!
Perhaps Fung could pretend to be one of your servants? Not that his bluff is that fantastic but he just have to keep quiet and follow behind. :)
Brother Grimaldus
|
hmm, if Aerondor allows it, I would like to purchase the noble outfit + signet ring. Should fit well with my cleric :)
And yeah, we might have to see what we can do for the lvl 1's
Naomi Hiddenleaf
|
We could see if there is a tux rental shop somewhere.
As I still have 435 gold from my last adventure, I'll get myself a noble's outfit with all the little stuff.
I have a +8 bluff but no diplomacy, so I might be good for face supporting role.
Aarion Belanor
|
You might want to see what benefit the noble's outfit provides vs. the courtier's outfit. I see the Courtier's outfit removes a -2 charisma penalty when dealing with nobles, but I don't see any addition benefit to upgrading to the noble's outfit. In addition to that, i'm guessing it will take a successful bluff check to convince other people of nobility that you are a noble.
Xuan Fung
|
And with -2 to all charisma skills, Fung shall just be quiet as a mouse... :)
GM Aerondor
|
You can certainly purchase outfits in Oppera. They have the "best" tailors, don't you know.
And far be it from the GM to Metagame, but level one characters can sell back any purchases at full price. So while PFS won't let you buy stuff for others on a permanent basis, in the case of level 1s, it actually works out that you can run your own rental outfit if you want to :-)
Xuan Fung
|
So Fung conceivably "pawn" off some of his items (that hopefully won't be needed during the scenario), buy the courtiers outfit, then pawn his belonging back at the end? Cool!

I have only one animal, that would be Teak. The core book doesn't indicate stats so I made an assumption regarding stats. I'm not really where d20pfsrd got stats, but if guard dogs really are small, I'll need to look at the stats and decide whether I want to make her small for free or spend the money to make her medium size.
Aside from handling Teak, Naomi is ready and will be in front, or just behind whoever the face is when it is time to talk.
Xuan Fung
|
Ok, I'm still relatively new to Pathfinder, but my other two current PFS characters have animal companions, so I've been reading a lot on animals. :)
Paizo releases most of their materials under open license for community use, so a number of online resources packages them for easy public access (the SRD site, Archives of Nethys, etc). The clarification on guard dogs is in Ultimate Equipment (and possibly in other sources that I don't have). The stats for small dogs can be found here which can also be found in the Bestiary. In addition, guard dogs (as well as riding dogs) are combat trained, which is described under the Handle Animal skill. Hope this helps.
GM Aerondor
|
Just so I am clear...
1.Naomi is a sorcerer, not a wizard. And
2. She has a 12 Charisma
An unusual build, but hopefully a fun one.
Teak is I assume a purchased animal, rather than an animal companion or a familiar or any such creature? I note Naomi is lacking any skill in handle animal. Given the dog is trained, you can use handle animal untrained on it to use the tricks it already knows. Which leads onto the next question : What tricks does it know? I assume just the "guard" and maybe "attack" commands.
Xuan Fung
|
From GM's latest post, perhaps Aarion could also play the part of the body guard as well so that he could hold on to his armor and weapons.
As for Grimaldus, he could probably talk his way out easily. A quirky eccentric noble. :)
Aarion Belanor
|
I am willing to put on my gear in order to present a more formidable frontline incase of attack. If I do, the aid I just presented will likely fail if the -2 to charisma based skills applies.
Xuan Fung
|
I think a noble's bodyguard would also be well dressed, so I think we can wear our courtier's outfits with our armor?
Aarion Belanor
|
You could, but I'm guessing that you will likely still have the -2 charisma modifier when dealing with nobility. How that plays out at this function, I'm not entirely sure. Not everyone at the function is going to be nobility. Outside of surprise combat, that could happen at anytime, our objective is to gain entrance into the House of the Immortal Sun and find the missing pathfinder. If the rest of the group thinks Aarion should bring armor and weapons Aarion will pose as security and come armed.
Xuan Fung
|
Good point. But not with the commoners or other guard? But yes, I would definitely prefer more tanks around if (when?) things go south.
GM Aerondor

When? no.. Surely not. When was the last time a pathfinder society mission went south?
Aarion Belanor

OK then.....with GM permission I will be armed and pose as a guard.

Sorceress, 12 charisma, will be monk sorceress once she has more levels (one of the downsides of classes is the lack of multiclassing at first level.). Won't be a problem as by the time she hits 12 lvl cap for pfs characters, she will at best cast 3-4 lvl spells, and with 2 ab score increases, easy to keep up.
Teak is purchased, and handle animal will be gained next level.
As Fung mentioned, guard dogs and riding dogs are combat trained, so Teak knows: attack, come, defend, down, guard, and heel.

Power outtage atm, so not able to post much atm.
Not sure if possible, but as it is, grimaldus will be hiding like a scared noble now without armor + shield :)

Thats okay, I'll try and do an update in the morning, this is the small pause to let everyone gather their breathe before the storm hits.
Theadus Moravic

Just for clarification, should we have listed any gear that we brought with us? If so, I would only have brought only my scrivener's kit for the disguise, my spell component pouch attached to my belt, my wayfinder tucked under my shirt, and a wrist sheath (with a wand of infernal healing tucked in it) strapped to my forearm.
Naomi Hiddenleaf
|
I spent the gold to leave Teak at medium, since it isn't just a size difference, medium dogs have an extra hit die, so better hp, better stats in many ways, and is better at carrying Naomi's stuff.
GM Aerondor
|
Getting a medium sized dog into the theatre is probably not possible. That would be like taking your horse in. A smaller dog... they might be willing to overlook.
Naomi Hiddenleaf
|
Well, Teak is a husky boxer mix, boxers are about the border between small amd medium amd huskies are called out as medium, so that fits medium as well.
Besides, character over immediate needs.
In any case, I did present the idea of pretending Teak was an assistance dog, if that is possible to get away with (no idea since I don't know if assistance dogs are a thing in Golarion).
Naomi has a decent bluff and is familiar with acting a part being a fortuneteller and stage magician.

Fung did pass his dagger to Grimaldus so he's not completely weaponless. Not that it would make a very big difference, but still, who knows?

I also might have difficulty posting this weekend. My wife and I bought our first house and are in the process of having our internet moved from the apartment. If someone could move me on the map, I'd appreciate it.

Congrats on buying a house. There is no real hurry to get this done, if we are down to one person I'll NPC them if 24 hours have passed, but if there are several waiting I'll wait a bit longer.

@Naomi, heirloom weapon normally only works with a simple or martial weapon. The Elven curved blade is an exotic one. So unless you have some other ability to use it as a martial weapon, you'd need to pick a different choice for the traits weapon.
