Hey there are benefits of cooking people in to delicious meat pies that you don't tell what the party is made of, like bulls strength for extended period of time.
"Mrs. Lovett's meat pies. savory and sweet pies"

Oh so I searched the internet and I found a Jazz Steampunk Ensemble this song is really creepy so far btw.
I'll have to give that a listen later since it's time to get ready for work.
And if you're all done eating, you can settle the bill and move onto the club.

I was kinda interested if nye was gonna say anything or just go sip his water.
He can retcon if he likes. It is the weekend after all, so there's no need to push this.

Yep. No time this weekend. My better half was working overnight so I was Mr Dad's Daycare from midday Sat to midday Sun - pesto pasta for dinner last night and up first thing to be a pirate. We even went to my brother's house in pirate costume to meet a builder for my bro who couldn't be there but he never showed. We amused ourselves by finding and filling up the kids' nerf armory with ammunition (love to see a 3.5 y.o. lock and loading a Nerf crossbow) while they were gone.
Of course the builder never showed, but who decides Sunday 9 AM is a good time to get construction/load bearing wall advice???

I love Pinterest, and follow a bunch of post-apocalyptic and warrior/fantasy image boards, but I have no idea how to use it. Any tutorials on it? It seems easy, but it is somehow arcane and esoteric to me.

Oh, and it's way beyond this ol' man's bedtime. Gotta work tomorrow, and didn't make my lunch ahead of time. Oops.
Take care all, and don't let Aneirin miss out on fisticuffs…

After another hike this morning and some sushi, I'm ready to to sleepy sleep. I'm falling asleep in my chair.

I hate writing stuff out in the campaign tab, then going to save it and it disappears.
Male Halfling Bard/1
I've gotten into the habit of copying my stuff in case it does that.
It wasn't too bad. I managed to get most of it back there. Just got a few people and places on there. Added a pin of Emily to the Pinterest Board.
Male Halfling Bard/1
I'll look at it when I get home.
Female Dhampir Gunslinger 4; HP: 32/33; AC: 17, T: 14, FF: 13, Init: +4; Fort: +4, Ref: +8, Will: +4; Perception +10
This game is starting to feel like a strange form of Shadowrun :P
Female Human Rogue 1
Yeah I know, cool and wierd.
Female Dhampir Gunslinger 4; HP: 32/33; AC: 17, T: 14, FF: 13, Init: +4; Fort: +4, Ref: +8, Will: +4; Perception +10
Yeah....so I think our first job is gonna be getting rid of these street punks and disbanding their little gang.
Female Human Rogue 1
I get the feeling that gang is a lot bigger than we think, listen to the natives.
Female Dhampir Gunslinger 4; HP: 32/33; AC: 17, T: 14, FF: 13, Init: +4; Fort: +4, Ref: +8, Will: +4; Perception +10
Maybe....but I think a bullet to the head of their leader will go a long way.

Hey....just sayin....the first words outta their mouths will probably be, "Who the hell are you?" followed shortly by, "Aahhh, my leg my leg!", as I blow it off of them. Hehehe
I really don't like people who think they can abuse and terrorize others just because of their numbers.
Female Dhampir Gunslinger 4; HP: 32/33; AC: 17, T: 14, FF: 13, Init: +4; Fort: +4, Ref: +8, Will: +4; Perception +10
Well, that explains your hate of politicians.
Female Human Rogue 1
Just make sure you have enough ammo for us to finish what you start lol...'cause we all know how it'll start.
Female Dhampir Gunslinger 4; HP: 32/33; AC: 17, T: 14, FF: 13, Init: +4; Fort: +4, Ref: +8, Will: +4; Perception +10
Yeah, click click BOOM! I've got four shots left and a warhammer, I'll manage. Hehehe
I may need to talk to Kappy before taking this further.
Female Human Rogue 1
What's the best place to shoot a man......the middle of a sentence.
Female Dhampir Gunslinger 4; HP: 32/33; AC: 17, T: 14, FF: 13, Init: +4; Fort: +4, Ref: +8, Will: +4; Perception +10
Huh?......ohhhh.....So don't wait for him to finish asking who we are, just pop him in the face. Gotcha.
Or maybe the Pathfinder version of the movie Death Wish...

So a question on Oldenburg by-laws etc:
I was kind of concerned that even in a Steampunk setting Aneirin maybe shouldn't be wearing his spiked gauntlet "out and about" but now it seems Rosa (at least) is packing serious and unwieldy heat. The toughs were armed and armored. Is it just that this tier (and the one below) is gun-and-weapon conversant?
Have we seen cops/polics/gendarmes/militia? Are they flesh'nbludd or mechanicals?
Are the upper tiers likely to be more "civilized" - policed/administered by mechanicals bristling with weaponry, but usually peaceful on the streets?
Male Human (Lohnen) Adept 1; HP 10/10; AC 12/T 12/FF 10; Fort +1, Ref +2, Wil +4; CMB +1, CMD 13; Init +6; Per +1, Spd 30ft
Also - what is the prevalence and breakdown of certain races? Are there tengu and oreads venturing about? How Mos Eisley is the world and/or Oldenburg…?

Well duh! ;)
Just don't mention Shadowrun and I'll be fine...
Female Dhampir Gunslinger 4; HP: 32/33; AC: 17, T: 14, FF: 13, Init: +4; Fort: +4, Ref: +8, Will: +4; Perception +10
Why not? With the guns, gangs, and magic, it's almost exactly like shadowrun...lol. Though I prefer Cyberpunk myself.

Exactly. As THIS discussion shows there is a distinct difference. Shadowrun is…..porridge to Cyberpunk's lofty and bare muesli. I do like porridge, but not with elves, dwarves and dragons in it.
Love Cyberpunk. Cannot stand Shadowrun. What can I say, I'm an old bigot at heart.
Female Human Rogue 1
Well this obviously isn't Shadowrun, it may have flavor that reminds people of Shadowrun. Very different things.

First Tier is pretty much lawless, save for government buildings and such. It's a dog-eat-dog place, that relies on the civility and conditioning taught at Lohne to keep the populace in check. Some people are just evil, whether through trauma suffered in Lohne or in a belief that by oppressing others that they can gain some sort of recognition. Most people are content to try and struggle through life without resorting to violence, but they will carry arms and armor to defend themselves. It's very much an argument of "What must I do to get through life? And what am I willing to do to get through?" With the education provided, most people prefer to uphold the sanctity of life.
Other than the guards, all flesh and blood, at the Registration Center who haven't seen any other sort of law enforcement. This allows people like Kappy to do what he does, if you consider that a benefit. The upper Tiers are more than likely to have stricter law enforcement, but it isn't easy to get there (as may be revealed later), leading to safer streets. More white collar crime than anything. Mechanicals would be unlikely to be law enforcement because of the complex-decision making that needs to be made. It boils down to more than "shoot or not shoot". There may be specialized mechanicals that will provide support and backup in limited roles.
And racial diversity is high. You've got maybe a 15% human population and the rest are made up of the other races. There isn't really racism besides people being jerks, like the thugs. No one is going to look at Amara funny because she's a raubtier. Communities may form around race, but those instances are rare because people are in the same situation. Diversity might be lower in the upper Tiers.
And I know everything I said doesn't sound concrete, but that's because this game is quite dynamic and I don't even know where it'll end up.
Also a fan of Cyberpunk, though I only played CyberGen.
