Auto succeed spellcraft also I would not have seen any new auras with arcane sight. sense motive:1d20 + 21 ⇒ (13) + 21 = 34 Knowing that the lie is far fetched/impossible usually imparts a -10/-20 penalty on the bluff check. If one succeeds on the spellcraft is it reasonable to apply one of these penalties?

Yes that's a good way to handle it...if you know the spell would not work in the first place because of your spellcraft check, then -10 on her bluff check. So the DC would only be 32 for Check 1.
Of course, whether the succubus will think you think she is charmed will be based on a bluff check from YOU I would say, hahaha!
