Steven and Eclipse with their combined strength right now can rip open the hole big enough to climb up and bring the thing.


Eclipse Dark creates a force jackhammer and opens the hole wider.

Eclipse is easily able to force the hold wide enough for you all to go up it and with the items using his force powers!

When you make your way to the to of the hole you see a brightly lit and very warm chamber. At the dead center is a massive, tower-like device, crackling with purple energy. Several large entrances are visible around the chamber's perimeter, but all have been collapsed by careful demolition.

Littering the floor between the drainage hole and the massive terminal at the center of the chamber area number of dead G'roks. You see the author of the G'roks demise a giant 8' tall iron monstrosity with large scythe like hands and thick spiked legs! As soon as you all make it into the room it moves into attack!

Steven you still have all your points pushed into Strength so you would need to make spellcraft roll this round to change them up after putting the thing down if you wanted to use different powers. If you wanted to change your powers and attack this round you could do spellcraft -2 roll and attack roll -2 depending what you activate.


Full round action put down the machine and swap Powers.

"cease this futile attack and allow us to blow up this power source with this here what-cha-ma-jig or meet your doom by the Awesome Touche gang. Eclipse and steve here will pound you into scrap metal you tin can"

Steven remember it's one roll per power so if you wanted to do all 3 powers this round would be at -4 for all 3 separate spellcraft rolls. You can pick one of them to activate this round with your current roll.

Touche yes you have to spend the whole first round explaining how you will destroy your enemy being a Gloater :)

The robot charges forward and swings both arms, one at Eclipse and one at Steven.

Steven he does enough damage to make you Shaken. You can either spend a bennie right away to become unshaken or next round on your turn make a spirit check to try and become unshaken.

The gun shoots it's super slug at the robot but unfortunately it didn't hit the right spot to penetrate the robots armor.

You forgot to roll his exploding d8. It might affect damage.

Eclipse Dark takes off into the air to give himself distance from the robot and continues the jackhammer assault.

You can only get one raise bonus damage on attack which was the 1d6 in the damage so didn't mater much on that.

Touche I did quick draw as a free action for you when it's really not unless you take quick draw edge. requires d8 agility for it. going forward if you don't have weapon drawn and want to shoot in same round it's -2 to shooting.

Steven's powers have no affect on the robot.

I'm going to start including the npc's Parry/Toughness(armor) in the init so it's easy for you guys to tell if you hit or what you need to roll damage wise to hurt it.

Touched you are Shaken with 2 wounds after this hit. You can spend a bennie and attempt a soak roll (vigor) to try and absorb the hit. If you roll a 4 your shaken with 1 wound, if you roll an 8 you are not shaken with zero wounds.

Steven you are Shaken with 1 wound after this hit. You can attempt a soak or just wait for your round to do spirit check to become unshaken or just spend a bennie to be automatically unshaken.

You going to spend the bennie to try a soak roll or just to remove the shaken? Soak roll is Vigor test if you roll a 4 you remove the wound and are not shaken but if you fail you keep the wound and stay shaken. If you use it just to remove the shaken your still at 1 wound and -1 to all trait/skill rolls.

Steven twiddles his fingers and speaks some strange words and the giant robot begins to shake and spark and smoke begins to pour out from it's head and then it slumps non moving!

Valerie pops her head out the hold after the robot is destroyed.

"Thank you for the assistance. You certainly come through when the chips are down honey".

If no one else needs Healing, Steven will again summon his Eldritch powers to increase his strength and pick up the contraption that brought the group here.

"Let's set this thing up and be done with this place already. I need a drink and a lapdance stat".


Touche stands perplexed at his shooting performance. A machine that big should have been an easy target. Turning and peering stright into the barrel of the loaded weapon touche scratches his head as it doesnt add up. Shrugging off touche catches up with the group.

"Where to now Val we must see this task done so we can return to our personal schemes of global domination"


Repairing the geothermal power terminal is fairly easy. You see where the power supply you brought connects in and it hums back to life.

"Well it appears you did as Dr. Destruction wanted. What next?" Valerie asks.


"Good question. Gentlemen shall we take a night out on the town to celebrate?"

Steven switches his power set again this time taking:
1. (2) in Armor for 6 points of Mystical Armor.
2. (1) Heightened Senses +2 to Notice rolls.
3. (2) Jinx.
4. (1) Speed.


"I want to see more of Valerie's set up. Maybe we can help each other."


Steven shrugs, "I would like to see more of Valerie too..."


Valerie grins at Steven.
"Perhaps that can be arranged."

There isn't to much to the Undergrounder's lair. They have some surveillance cameras setup across the town but nothing to impressive from what you can see. You guys actually think it's kind of an armature setup and now realize why they haven't done to much in terms of the resistance against the V'Sori.

"Your all welcome to come down here whenever you want and help out." Valerie says to you all.


"How many fighters do you have here?"


"what is your next move, if your projects align with my goals we can talk about assimilating your ragtag group here with my own. I am thinking global domination and ridding this planet of these fins nah mean? Will be in touch, Think it over, yes"

touche walks off with a wave of his hand before a response can be made as if waiting for a response is beneath him


"I have 50 Undergrounders working for me."

She turns to say something to Touche but sees him wandering off and holds her tongue.

"Is he always like that?" she turns back to Steven and Eclipse.


"I am not sure he is ever with us in a metaphysical sense. In fact, I think he thinks everyone is one of his henchmen. He's funny though, I'll give him that!"


"He's funny... Like an STD. Back to business. How well armed are they? How are your supplies?"


Steven looks at Eclipse, "STD's are no laughing matter Eclipse. Do you truly believe this fodder will be useful against the V'Sori? I mean they have been hiding down here for a reason no?"


Valerie smirks at Steven's comment.
"We do what we can with the resources we have. I don't see any supers doing anything to try and stop the V'sori now that all the Hero's are dead." she smirks.

She obviously seems like one of the good guys not a villain like you guys are.

A few moments later you get a ping on your wrist devices from Dr. Destruction.
"Very well done team 'Touche'. You three are really starting to work well together. My device is gathering information and once I have more intel it will be relayed. For now enjoy your rest."

There is no way to return a text message back to Dr. Destruction, one way communication.


Steven grins, "Well now we know why he think we are his lackeys.

Now Valerie, you see the Heroes went and got themselves perished, does it seem a wise course of action to follow in their footsteps?

What are you thinking Eclipse, do you want to strike at the V'Sori with this bunch? That had better be a really good plan"


"Hitting them by ourselves would be suicide. Throwing away potential allies in a war just because they don't have super powers would be foolish. If we're going to win this thing, we're going to need all hands on deck."

"And I don't give a crap what Touche thinks. We are Omega Sanction, and he is not our leader. I wouldn't follow him to the john."

"The first thing we need to do is decentralize this operation. Too many eggs in one basket, and your resources are too vulnerable. A single bomb could wipe it all out. I would operate in teams of ten, using multiple teams to tackle bigger objectives."

"Right now, our only objective should be intelligence. Before we strike at the V'Sori, we need to know where and how they are vulnerable. Get the people that you can trust to keep their eyes and ears open, and their mouths shut. I have jobs for them, if they're interested in getting this party started."


Steven shrugs, "He is a shitty leader. You are a shitty villain. This girl is a tease. The Dr. is a pain in the ass".

He shakes his head, "You take the lead on this Eclipse. It seems there is little choice otherwise, who knows, if we win perhaps I will have the world I want".

Steven staggers a bit as a slight buzzing in his head which is constantly there becomes a pounding rage filled voice,"MY WORLD MORTAL. MY WORLD LEST YOU FORGET OUR BARGAIN"


Valerie watches Eclipse and Steven closely and hands the both of you some small voice com devices.

"We can stay in touch with these. I'll keep you posted of what we see with the limited surveillance we have and you can keep us informed of anything you find out and work together like that for now. Not that I don't trust you guys, you did break me out of jail albeit probably for a booty call she eyes Steven but I'm sure we can figure something out."
