A low, circular stone wall marks the lip of a well in the center of this room. A bucket sits beside a block and tackle attached to a wooden frame near the wall of this round chamber. A corridor exits to the west.
There are 7 mutated dire rats and a tangle of diseased rats with their tails notted together. Vincent recognizes the tangle of diseased rats as a rat king. All of them squeak angrily at the party.

Seamus, Leonard, then dire rats

That's right, Lowls certainly does deserve to have his ancestors robbed. Leonard looks at Seamus straight faced, That doesn't make sense.
Well agreeing with him will just make matters worse. He'll think he's right!
Seeing the rats and their nobility, Seamus, attempting to inspire his friends and impress Winter, begins to sing. "When there's lightning, you know it always..."

Do you want to squeeze in after the rats? Small creatures are fine, but medium creatures have to squeeze.

Howard starts his cleaning service as the party makes their way into the rat cave. Winter sighs at their antics and votes for not ruining her dignity by remaining outside.
There within the caves, the remaining rats, cornered and without anywhere else to run, fight to the last, defending their noble home...(albeit a rather stinky one), but are no match for the pest exterminators (aka Murderhobo adventurers).
