Buying a couple of sweet rolls and sweet meats that weren't fish, Mayla would come back passing them out to everyone and then holding some out to the girl.

Hero Tane blows out his breath in a raspberry-like fashion. "Hero? Yep. I'm not surprised that you recognized me. I suppose tales of my actions are already spreading through this land?"
He scratches his head, "I have to admit, that's a little faster than I anticipated. Oh well! Yes! Hero Tane at your service."
Selene is content to idle nearby and observe everyone and their surroundings, all while thinking, This isn't suspicious at all, with an internal sarcasim.
To the great surprise of Selene, nobody pays much attention to your group. There are a few onlookers, but they just gave Tane a quick look.
The girl accept the snack, and eat it with a strong appetite, while listening to Tane's story..
Lenna looks around, and small smile appeared at the corners of her mouth.
I really can't tell whether they think that we are lovable or goofy.
"Just wait until he tells you how he saved his Mighty Kitten stuck in the Deadly Tree of Doom. The ending always gets me."
Tane's eyes go wide as he points to Lenna with his right hand. "Yes! The Tree of ! You see, it all started this one day when one of the girls in our village couldn't find Awkree, that's the kitten you see. Anyway, I thought 'Oh heck, he may have gotten outside the walls!' So you know, off I went all by myself. But you know, I wasn't scared at all. I told myself, 'Tane, you be brave for Jonna and go find Awkree'. So you know, off I went out into the wilderness. All alone. By myself."
Tane tells his story with great enthusiasm , waving his arms wildly and jumping up and down numerous times in the process.
"Tane, why don't we take this where we can sit and relax as we eat." She said and smiled.
"This also allows me to buy us a proper meal." Mentally if she could get the girl to stick around long enough she would get her clothes to.
Completely in his own head, Tane is having a blast telling the story. He stops talking when Malya speaks. "Huh? What? Oh, sure, of course. That makes perfect sense." Waving his arm broadly he motions for everyone to follow as they make their way to a place to obtain a meal. "That way I can tell you what happen next! You won't believe that part!"
As the group wanders in the streets of Tamran to get some food while Tane jibber jabbers about his "adventures", they spot a small group of Razmirans cultists in a side street.
They are arguing, or maybe preaching, who knows, with some local merchant, but you're too far to hear the words.
Lenna frowns, and tries to sneak a little closer to hear their conversation.
Where'd Lenna go? Selene asks herself as she looks around for her. Finding the raised voices of the merchant and Razmirans instead, she settles for eavesdropping on their discussion in lew of Tane's fangirl.
Lenna hesitates for a moment. She doesn't like the men's tone at all, and feels like she should probably do something. On the other hand, interfering now would probably blow everyone's cover. And that wasn't what they were supposed to do.
She therefore decides to deal with this tricky situation by walking out of it before it backfires.

The halfling quickly returns to the group.
"Nothing to report. Let's just move on."
Hearing nothing, Selene takes Lenna at her word and sees back to her companions and their new friend.
