With all the drifting in and out that goes on, how do you realize when you've kinda.... ghosted a place you used to spend a lot of time?
See any good movies lately?
Honored I guess.
When you don't even realize how long it has been since you were last there.
Well it is Oct. So I watch a bunch of horror movies

Are you (a UPS worker) being impacted by the Shipping Crisis?
Yes, hours have definitely slowed down

Yes
No, played it though.

Two more questions:
* - Aside from the CRB, what books do you consider necessary to run Pathfinder 2E?The second one is more complicated.
* - For creating Pre-Gens (see spoiler below), is making the obligatory Ms Fanservice a transgender woman inappropriate? Being a transgender woman, I figure you would have some insight.

For the second question, on additional thought, no. While a "Ms Fanservice" based on a real person (Selene Spires) wouldn't be wrong, it might be a bit too cliché.
While including LGBTQ acceptance in a product targeted at older (largely CIS-gender) players is a good idea, I don't need to make it a big deal - because it shouldn't be.

Quite frankly, I think the better question is asking whether including Ms Fanservice is appropriate these days.
Also, go google for the reaction to Cyberpunk 2077 including a sexualized 'trans' figure in their marketing/publicity prior to launch

You'd be surprised. The wider world hasn't changed as much as many in our liberal sphere think it has. Yes, real positive change IS happening, but not as fast as many want. So, sometimes it is best to be subversive rather then confrontational.
Also, go google for the reaction to Cyberpunk 2077 including a sexualized 'trans' figure in their marketing/publicity prior to launch
And this is exactly why I became concerned. I am not LGBTQ, so I need to be careful about how to proceed.

That was kind of my point. I know it still happens, but should it?

I'd say (and this is purely my opinion), either get somebody who is trans to create the character background and feed into the description, or just don't go there

IF it should, or should not, Doesn't really matter. I am looking to "play the ball where it lies"; this is my point.

I've come to agree with this.
If I don't understand the LGBTQ+ community well enough, it is very easy to get it wrong (as poster Rysky pointed out). Your example of Cyberpunk illustrates that very well. I'm giving CD Projekt the benefit of doubt, the Cyberpunk writers were trying to subversively advance society, but did get it wrong.

Though I am no longer trying that idea … If you did get some form of Gender Affirming transformation (and if the result was especially comely), how would your behavior change?
Sorry for the late response.
I would be more me..less repressed and inhibited
So, a "Ms Fanservice" would not be out of the question?

Have you ever seen the original Cowboy Bebop anime?
It's noir sci-fi that doesn't take itself too seriously while still being well-written. It still holds up as a classic even after being 23 years old. I think you'd probably enjoy it. I seem to remember you don't have Hulu or Netflix, but you can probably check it out from your local library.
Saint Bernard wrote:Have you seen the Dune movie?I have not...is it any good?
FWIW, I enjoyed it. It seems to stick to the book as closely as it can, and I thought everyone was well cast and good acting, even for many tiny parts. It only covers the first half of the first book but the second half/sequel has already been green-lit.

Circling back to this. The reason I have started this project is that "The 13th Warlock" has started the kickstarter for the second adventure from the Revenge of the Gobcocker series.
I was inspired to try to create my own adventure series, because I believe that I can do a better job. However, I've found that lining up art and publication is a much bigger job then I expected. None the less, my RL wife is encouraging me to try.
Remember how I have stated that women can make products targeted for a male audience better. She had some advice:
spoilered for length
- PG-13 is better then the hard XXX of Revenge, and is likely to actually sexier. Wait, what??
- Rather then a Ms. Fanservice, make ALL the female characters Ms Fanservice. She also reassures me that skimpy armor/clothing is less of a turn-off for (many) game girls then I've been lead to believe.
… and …
- For what I want to do, "Gritty Realism" is not my friend.
Let me know what you think? Is she wrong?

Say what now?
The disgusting adventure that started off this project.
It is sad though, the 13th Warlock[NSFW!] is a talented computer graphic artist. If his subject matter wasn't so offensive, I wouldn't be having a problem.

I laughed for 5 solid minutes at the name alone.
This does indeed belong on a shelf next to F.A.T.A.L. If said shelf is being set on fire. I would understand.

I'd be concerned about the toxic smoke that could be released into the atmosphere.
