Yes each of you who accepted the power to gestalt should add the second class. Your BAB is only increased if the second class has a higher BAB, same as saves. If your new class has more skill points you gain the skill points missed and is retroactivly added. The specials are added from the new class as well as any spells.
Alexand, Gaelden and Ionnia should update their characters...
Gaelden the Lost
Updated based on the gameplay thread. But did he gestalt?
Grond Borg-Drautran
Hi guys, I have to apologize to all but I will be dropping out from the game. I really can't come to terms with the posting rate or contents, so I am hard-pressed to have fun (and FUN should be the base of any game).
It is nothing about the GM or players, you guys are great. I guess it is simply about liking more or less this or that sort of game or play style/rhythm. Bottom line, it is my bad to leave, so I apologize again, and hope you find someone that fits the game.
Take care all!
Grond

Sad to see you go. I'll stick around, I see a lot of potential here in the character and story
GM Wolf
Now the big question, how do you want to do the kingdom building? I present 3 options of kingdom building:
1. By the Book. Using all the rules presented from the module. I will now have to games that are this way and will need at least two of you willing to take point on getting this going.
2. Casual Use. We use the rules but simplify them so that it does not take too much time to get from one aspect to the next.
3. Full dive immersive. We continue play and spouts of the kingdom building arises at the DM brings them to you in game.
Please vote on one of the three play styles and ask as many questions as you want.
Gaelden the Lost
I vote for 3. With long periods of ooc rest time.
Ex: "You have 3 months before the next adventure. How will you spend it?" Type situations.
Alexand
I know this wasn't an option but...
Mostly immersive with some fun downtime relating to ones position (as it would likely be from the actual rules) and hopefully having a meaningful effect.
Gaelden the Lost
GM, you here?
GM Wolf
Yes, I have been at 10 hour long trainings all week and feel that they have utterly exhausted me each day. Mind numbing. I should have gone to sleep an hour ago but trying to catch up and move us along...
Even this weekend I was doing yard work and packing for my trip to South Dakota starting this weekend. I hope to be more active but you know how it can be.
Krafnik Thorgrappin
I can go with neutral good for the kingdom. As for my role I have a +5 cha bonus which will go up with magic and a +5 dex bonus which will do the same. For my role Krafnik would take what is assigned him.
Alexand
With some preliminary work, I have this for a decent setup (also putting into consideration what I think I know about your characters thus far).
*NOTE* Any objections or preferences can be accounted for, just please speak up.
Alexand Treasurer
Aurora Warden
Gaelden Councilor
Ionnia High Priest
Krafnik Marshal
Selena Grand Diplomat
Zilybar Spymaster
This setup will leave our beginning without any inhibitions and +8 Stability, +7 Economy, +10 Loyalty
*NOTE* Any objections or preferences can be accounted for, just please speak up.
I like mini systems
Gaelden the Lost
For Gaelden, he has 4 main stats. Str (18) Dex (17...to be 18 at lvl4) Wis (18) Cha (16). So he can do alot of roles. But Str, Dex and Wis ones are of course the best.
After the monolith blessed him, the character changed. Physically and mentally. He's supposed to have constant detect evil and can't help but challenge the wicked.
As a Councilor, it sounds like he'd be dealing with people who might very well be lawful evil (or as I call it, lawful pragmatic). That could be an issue. I think that he'd be best suited as the Marshal. Enforcement of justice fits the paladin motif, and patrolling rural areas fits him as well.
My idea for the Marshal position would be setting up Irorian Monasteries, both to teach self-defense to the populace, but also to operate as rural courts/community centers/forts. With monks patrolling the rural areas, going village to village. These monks would solve local disputes/dispense justice as needed. This would be in direct contract to Aurora being the Warden, who would be in charge of the standing military / town guard in the capital.
Krafnik, as a paladin/bard has Cha21 (as compared to my 16), making him better than Gaelden as a Councilor. Also, as a paladin of Kalinahat, I think that he'd be better suited to dealing with lawful pragmatic citizens, as he'd be better equipped on determining when justice needs to be pursued against them.
So my suggestion would be to switch the 2 roles around.
Alexand
Sounds good. That change shifts the stats to +8 Stability, +6 Economy, +11 Loyalty
Alexand Treasurer
Aurora Warden
Gaelden Marshal
Ionnia High Priest
Krafnik Councilor
Selena Grand Diplomat
Zilybar Spymaster
*NOTE* Any objections or preferences can be accounted for, just please speak up.
Lady Ionnia Orlovsky
I make a perfect High Priest do to my Goddesses acceptance of others. Even though she finds some of the religions lacking honest love and not necessarily advance art or beauty she is the best to help manage the religious aspects of the nation. Also, I would think she could plead the case of those of other ideologies to the court.
Zilybar Gnaz
Zilybar would be good at the spymaster. That is kind of what he was created for. Even though he is an illusionist he could go with the Magister. I would learned towards spymaster more so. If it is wanted he could fill both roles until we can fill the Magister slot with an NPC. That is if that can be done?
Selena the Elfen Feline
Selena willingly would take the post of Grand Diplomat. She can easily help Gaelden the Marshal in his pursuits unless needed elsewhere.

There is another handful of others I have forgotten. I will leave it up to you to look at previous player's character sheets to determine if you want any of those for any roles. You can make a selection now and change it later. Krazok is looking for nominations from you before he makes a choice.
PC:
Bankou Inari Maybe someone should message him.
Gaelden the Lost
Well I'd say Grond is perfect for general. And if he rejoins us the position is waiting for him. That leaves assassin and magister to be filled...
Alexand
I get it now.
General (str/cha) +Stability Grond would be a solid candidate (+5 Str)
Magister (int/cha) + Economy my thoughts Inari? or Klaus (+5 int)
Royal Assassin (str/dex) + Loyalty my thoughts Jorne (+5 Dex)
adding those in with
Neutral Good (+2 Sability, +2 Loyalty)
Alexand Treasurer -- +6 Economy
Aurora Warden -- +6 Loyalty
Gaelden Marshal -- +4 Economy
Ionnia High Priest -- +4 Stability
Krafnik Councilor -- +5 Loyalty
Selena Grand Diplomat -- +4 Stability
= +15 Stability, +18 Loyalty, +15 Economy
Unallocated bonuses
Zilybar Spymaster -- +4 ?
Krazok Ruler -- +9 ?
I personally think that we should allocate both to Economy as we would get a great start to our build points (BP)
GM Wolf
It looks like there were only a few votes casted, please vote on these nominees now:
Akiros or Jorne as the Assassin (both would need to be convinced, DC 20 diplomacy checks, one from two different people)
Sajan or Rekka or Inari or Klaus as Magister
We have so far:
Grond as General +5 str

Sorry Alexand I had pulled the document from another of my campaigns.
From his scepter he boosts his leadership bonus by 2. He also had done a ritual that allows him to use his strength rather than his charisma for the ability score.
Thank you for the tables Alexand!
Gaelden the Lost
Not sure who they are so hard to vote...
Krazok Vell Firesource
I suggest:
Month 1: 50BP
Claim Hex 1 BP Stag Fort, Develop Hex 1 BP
Build Castle 27 BP
Build Road 1 BP. Total BP spent: 30, Remaining BP: 20
Economy Roll: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (5) + 25 = 30 Divided by 5= 6BP
So Month 2 we will start with 26 BP in the Treasury.
Should we build a House too to give houses to the workers? It only costs 3 BP and prepares for the next building to be built.
Gaelden the Lost
Housing for workers is always useful.
Do we have an inn yet? It's also pretty cheap and will build our economy. Once we have our economy going we will also want a barracks to actually fortify our castle.
Alexand
Also, as for buildings, we can actually build a house month 1 as it does not count against our max buildings per month.
You can build 2 terrain improvements per month. So, along with the road, we could build a mine (as it seemed like as per what has happened in-game is we have access to one). Mines give : +1 Economy, earn +1 BP per turn when collecting taxes during the Income phase.
During month 1 we should also increase the tax edict forward 1 for a +1 Economy, -1 Loyalty
With those 3 additional improvements (3 BP for the housing, 6 BP for the mine, increase tax edict), that puts us at 11 BP going into month 2. With the rolls and increase from the mine 5 BP+1BP = 6BP for a total of 17 BP.
*This is my proposition*
with ya'lls okay i'll edit the figures to prepare a proposition for month 2.
EDIT: Question to GM: Are we including magister and royal assassin as in their positions for month 1 or out of them? It will affect the figures depending.
