rivet is pulled in- melee or not, the whole of the mile-wide storm is collapsing into the creature. The quills save, however, does pass. The creature doesn't take the AOO when rivet moves, however, likely due to inability.

there's a deafening crack as a wave of cold emanates from the creature as it wraps itself in the storm, turning to a coat of ice and mist. The storm the creature was creating seems to be gone, leaving vision clear in the area for the first time. The creature lowers it's head to nearly ground level, shifts stance, and readies itself.

Moving to get a clean line of fire Rivet sends one arrow flying at the snow-monster's face to distract it.

If it has Lwazi grabbed hopefully the entangle will drop its CMB/CMD to help his escape. A crit has no effect here sadly.
