Huh....I didn't know that. So...Ravan is sexy and alluring AF....but completely oblivious? Lol....that's kinda funny. I'm sorry....the thought of it just tickled me.

I mean I didn't know you could "autofail" I thought a natural 20 was a success no matter what. *shrugs* Oh well....
With a nervous look at Bert she lets go of his hand and warily approaches the other children as they play. Going to one that looked to be about her same size and age group, such as it was in her disguise, while looking a little timid and shy she asks, "I play too?" She looks around to see if there are any adults nearby that might be watching the children.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24

Gods, I'm being horrible at keeping this going. Sorry everyone.
The children stop what they're doing, and one of the older ones step forward, "Sure. Ever play Paladin?"
--------------------------------------------------------------
She doesn't need to be observant, that's what minions are for.
Inviting Ravan inside his home, Marcus closed and locked the door behind them. "Wouldn't want to be interrupted now would we?"

Okay...I don't mean to sound stupid...but what is freeze tag? So...when I was a kid IRL...I never played with other kids cuz they were all stupid and mean and called me rag girl, mutant, freak...all sorts of stuff...so I never actually played those games as a kid. I'm sorry if this makes it a pain in the ass to explain to me....I really didn't "play" a whole lot as a kid...I mostly read and kept to myself....unless someone wouldn't leave me alone...but that's a different story.
She kind of cocks her head to the side as she looks from the girl to the older one addressing her, "What wrong her?" She asks in her younger broken speech. She hoped she didn't seem slow or anything...but she never remembered a time in her whole real childhood that she was allowed to just "play" with anyone. She was too busy being used in many different ways by her "parents" for whatever they wanted her to do.

The older child looked where Eri was indicating. "Oh, I didn't see her there."
Taking a couple of steps towards the unusual girl, "Hey there, would you like to play with us?"
The strange girl put her thumb in her mouth and shook her head.
"Sorry to hear that," The older child replied. He looked around, "Where are you parents?"
The little girl shrugged.
Turning back to Eri, "Could you watch her while I go flag down a Watchman?"

Eri la Grave |

She nods and goes over to the other girl to get a closer look at her, she wasn't afraid of her or anything really. Reaching out a hand gently she says in a soft voice, "Hi...I'm Kaitie...who you?"

After the boy walks away, and the other children continue playing their games, the girl turned to Eri, and in a hushed whisper, "You're doing fine my Little Wolf. Just continue to where the sheeps clothing a little longer. When the boy comes back, tell him my Mother came by."
The little girl faded to nothingness. No one seemed to notice, well, except maybe Ruedo.

Her eyes get really really big as the realization hits her fully. It was the one who freed her...could it be? She thought all those years ago that it had to be Lamashtu that had set her free...maybe it was she that she belonged to. She never felt that she belonged in that world with those "people" that called themselves her "parents"....there were so many questions but she didn't have time to have any of them answered right now. There would be time for that later....she wondered if she was that elf woman too....maybe she'd been looking out for her this whole time?
Shaking her head she just tries to regain her natural pose of indifference as she waits for the boy to come back. She sits on the bench and waits for them while giving "Bert" a slight nod of her head to let him know everything was alright.
I knew it!! I knew it!! I think...still maybe a little confused...but I think I got it. Maybe?

Eri la Grave |

Am I even close to being on the right track? It's just crazy...I'm starting to wonder about my own characters back story now. LOL I'm thinkin' she never came from those human meat sacks in the first place and maybe they were just using her? I don't know now....back to being confused.

Eri la Grave |

I think my brain is melting. Okay....I just have general gut feelings to go off of....but I'm not so sure about her being Tiadora anymore....especially since you said the smells were similar but not the same. I can't think about it too much though or I get dizzy. I'll be good, I'll wait. At least I was right about one thing.

Eri la Grave |

Ravan....now that you have old dude alone...what are ya gonna do with him? Lots of people saw you with him....so you can't do your usual thing....just....we're still gathering information right?

GM Scary Ceiling Voice |

The City Watchman gave the boy a slightly annoyed look then turned to resume his duties.
Looking at Eri, the boy asked, "Would you like to still play with us?"
----------------------------------------------
Unfastening the buckles on his leather armor, Marcus stripped it off and removed his shirt. While an older man, his torso remained rather fit, not to mention covered in multiple wicked scars crisscrossing every which way.

Eri la Grave |

Not having ever played anything before she seems to think for a moment before shrugging. After a bit she holds up her arms and growls, "Ggrr...dragon?" She asks before giggling slightly.

Eri la Grave |

She waits to see who the paladin will be so she can keep him from letting the others go as she tags them. She would have to be careful not to give herself away. She was very very fast...but she had to remember that she was only supposed to be a child. So...she would play their silly game and mostly keep up with them for the most part...she just wouldn't completely annihilate them in the first go. She thinks to herself as she waits to see who will be playing what and stands by to run with a silly smile on her face.
