The area where Celie would have taken fall damage you requested "acrobatics, climb, or reflex save, please. Tell me if you can fly." Celie can fly. She would have flown over the area avoiding any of the checks.

got a question....if i wanted to solve it....i would need a disabke device roll right? and a +1 for each of the languages noted , correct? if i cast comprehend language i would get all 5 then right? so my roll would be dis device +5+1...the one from a guidance....am i right or no?

Disable device takes multiple rounds (depending on difficulty, I assume this is not "easy"). Perhaps Celie's fortune will take effect before the poor roll.

However, that's to solve the puzzle, not defeat the rings. And each of these things does take time, so be careful!

Ok, consensus is that you can use comprehend languages to get the full bonus. However, as I have stated, you still have to cast it during phases.
