Diamond shoots at one of the shadows in the bluish mist and misses as the laser sizzles into the damp stone.
Eevee fairs a small bit better as she hears a sharp yelp in pain. "Gah! Fire." The shadow shows a burned hand shaking in the mist as another voice giggles sharply in small fits of laughter.
Taeon draws his weapon and the green faced goblin immediately stops laughing and ducks down low. "Oh hehehe." Both hands cover his mouth.
Ash moves in, drawing his artillery laser, azimuth and fires at the green goblin.

Though the laser crystal becomes misaligned and the weapon loses power.
Big Genius Polbak stomps forward. His makeshift battle jack suit hisses and pops with steam and small bursts of fire. He moves behind the large stalagmite for cover. "Zoog useless." He yells down to one of the goblins. "Big Genius Polbak show you right way!", He fires his unstable junkzapper at Stiehle.

"Well, at least I got their attention." Stiehle mutters to himself as he takes a moment to recover from the twin energy bolts that was fortunately absorbed by his armor, though he's certain he has a bit of bruising to show for it.
Deciding on a course of action, the operative moves swiftly toward the one to his left, on the far edge of the goblin formation. He slips past it, then ducks behind a stalgmite and tries to sabotage its suit, using the rock formation for cover.
Engineering Check DRR: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21 to deactivate goblin's life support in his suit
Hopefully I'm reading everything correctly here. Move 20' to current spot on map next to Yellow goblin, using stalagmite for cover from the other enemies. Though this would draw an AoO, I'm hoping it won't because he's armed with a pistol and not a melee weapon. Then use standard attack, to sabotage its suit with an Engineering check. I'm curious to see how effective this tactic is, since my modifier for that action is much higher than using my weapon. Just not sure if the effect will be worth the effort.

Stiehle rushes past and slams his fist into the goblin's makeshift armor. Grabbing ahold of a handful of wiring he pulls. The disconnected circuit flitters a couple times before the environmental protections go down.

@Ash- What exactly are you using for that weapon that would hit both? Red is behind a large stalagmite and has cover.
Eevee fires across the chasm. The laser burns a whole right through the side of it's face. Eevee's shot gives the goblin a quick death from it's otherwise seemingly lengthier one with the poison it was breathing in.
Taeon fires in between the stalagmites, striking the green goblin's environmental protection suit. A small tear rips open in the suit.

Stiehle slides in the back and sticks the green goblin through the ribs with his knife. Giving it a twist Stiehle drags the knife across the ribs and through the belly. The goblin falls.
Diamond shoots through the stalagmites at the blue eyes goblin. His rifle manages to catch the creature on the hand, burning off a pair of fingers as they fall into the blue mist from the goblins hand.
Zoey tries to take down Big Genius Polbak's armor. Though the pulsecaster hits, it seems to dissipate against the makeshift armor. Perhaps if it was damaged a bit more the environmental protections would be more susceptible.
The goblins continue to fire at Taeon.

@Diamond- Had to move you adjacent to Big Genius Polbak as you need to be adjacent for the Engineering check.
Big Genius Polbak is too quick for Ash's attack. Stiehle reaches in and tries to disable the armored goblins protective systems but his armor seems to well reinforced. Perhaps if it were damaged a bit more.
Big Genius Polbak instantly makes Stiehle regret his attempt and strikes back.

Taeon whirls away, feinting Big Genius Polbak causing the goblin to stumble. All of this happens while Ash's blade clangs harmlessly against the armor.

Stiehle curses under his breath as he not only fails to sabotage the goblin leader's suit, but also takes a nasty slice for his effort. Fortunately, the wound is not too deep and doesn't hinder his reflexes. Barely dodging the creature's blade, the operative slips around his foe and stabs again with his knife, taking a flanking position opposite Ash, hoping to give the big warrior an opening as well.

Yup, took me a game or two to realize it myself.
As a standard action, you can signal an ally within 30 feet who has taken damage from any attack made by a significant enemy (see page 242) at any point after your last turn ended. That ally regains a number of Stamina Points (up to his maximum) equal to twice your envoy level + your Charisma modifier; at 15th level, this increases to three times your envoy level + your Charisma modifier. Once an ally has benefited from your inspiring boost, that ally can’t gain the benefits of your inspiring boost again until he takes a 10-minute rest to recover Stamina Points.
At 6th level, you can spend 1 Resolve Point to add your envoy level to the number of Stamina Points regained
