Please figure out the watch schedule in the Discussion thread; assume an 8pm to 8am 12-hour night. Keep in mind that you need 8 hours of rest (some casters need this to be an uninterrupted by a watch duty... martial classes usually can sleep 4 hours, be up in the night for 4 hours, then sleep again for 4 hours... that's part of their boot camp training... ;) )
When ready, one of you please post the watch duty schedule here on the Gameplay thread. Thank you!

GM PDK |

The sky is dark. It is approximately half an hour after midnight. The rest of the night passes uneventfully, however.
The next day, the heroes can continue their journey through the Fangwood. Early in the day, the trees begin to thin, revealing a field of short, green grass that leads to the shores of a wide, calm lake reflecting the overcast sky above. A dense fog hangs over the center of the lake, obscuring the far side. Near the shore of the lake, a dark form lies next to the water. On the east side of the lake you can all spot the remnants of an old campsite.
According to your trail map this must be the shores of Gray Lake, and looks like a suitable place where the heroes can refill their waterskins and stop for a quick meal.
What do you do?

The form is actually a decayed body with huge bite marks all over its upper torso. Much of the gear has rotted to worthlessness, but Spark uncovers a masterwork short sword near the body and a coin pouch with 87 gp inside. The coins look newly minted from the capital city of Tamran; they bear the likeness of Forest Marshal Gavirk, nominal leader of Nirmathas.
