I think I'm done.

Would/could Thomas have some measure of legitimate legal authority? If so, we could have him gather some very talented people to fight whatever our first villain will be. Plus, he can be a public face for the party because he doesn't keep his identity secret.

I'm interested in the armors. What I'm getting ist hat basically I have a default +1 armor and if I use a shield also have a default +1 shield?
See the above posted armor progression. It is the same for shields.
Also, for the evolved companion feat, do I get the evolution of hte old or the new eidolon?
Old Eidolon.

Very, very little at this level. Perhaps as much as the average police officer, in your civilian identity. Enough to commandeer a horse in an emergency, or command civilians to evacuate, but little real pull.
Melina's public identity is a painter and servant of Shelyn. She does publicly use divine spells, but not much. If classes were in-game ideas, people would probably think of her as an adept.
Where are we located? Is there a temple to Shelyn around? This will help me refine her public persona.
Thinking a fairly small city in Andoran, but there will be temples to all the major deities.
More broadly, I thought it'd be fun if the world was a very "saturday morning cartoon" version of Golarion. Everything has had all nuance removed and its main characteristics ramped up.
Cheliax is the Evil Empire, ruled by a noble house whose attitudes fall just shy of Skeletor.
Andoran is 'MURICA.
Galt is basically Ankh-Morpork.
And so on.

Oh man. Superheroes in a Discworld-esque version of Galt would be amazing. "Stop right there, criminals! Oh, I see you have the proper permits for this robbery, carry on. I do apologize for interrupting you, have a lovely day."
"SOD THAT!" Smashes anyways!

Not even kidding, in Ankh-Morpork that'd get the superhero arrested for obstructing a legal crime. It's a weird, wonderful city. The librarian of the local university is an orangutan.

Well...no. I don't think Vimes or the City Watch would bother with you. Or get a chance to bother with you. The Thieve's Guild takes care of it's own business, and since no one would be paying them to murder, dismember and mail each of your component parts to your friends and loved ones, the Assassin's Guild wouldn't get involved either.

I dunno, Balamar-if I remember correctly (and it's entirely possible I'm wrong, I haven't read any Discoworld in like 2 years), didn't Vetinari create that whole system as a way to keep himself in power? So anyone trying to undermine the legal organized crime scene would be seen as a threat to him, and would probably be dealt with in typical horrific Vetinari fashion.
Also, Lauren's pretty much done-I'm just not posting with her because I still can't think of a superhero name and want to be able to edit her name to include it.

He did - and he gave each Guild the authority to 'enforce' there area of expertise. Hence why in Soul Music the Musician's Guild has a number of interesting people in the Grisham Frord Close Harmony Singers. The Watch would arrest someone who attacked a Thief, it's true, but that's the best fate - if the Thieve's Guild caught you first you'd eventually end up hung from a public building. Eventually.
And bar minor items, Balamar is done.

So just so everyone knows what's up, I plan to get this ball rolling late Wednesday or early Thursday. I'll look over everyone's characters Wednesday when I'm off.
Going to make the Gameplay thread in a little while so everyone can set the scene on where they are at the moment. The time is a little past 5 PM, and everything is quiet...for now/

It exists, it's relatively large, and it's somewhere in one of the Good aligned countries of the Inner Sea. Probably Andoran, but if you guys have other ideas, shoot. And it's land-locked, so no port.
Other than that, it's meant to be mostly a blank slate that we'll flesh out as we go along. The first places that will exist are wherever you guys happen to put yourselves. Your home, a coffee shop on the boardwalk, City Hall, wherever.
Give as much or as little detail as you like, and I'll fill in the rest based on your initial description.

Do we already know about our secret identities, or can we play this as right now our social identity is all we know, and the events about to start are how we discover we can do more?
Also, how do background skills interact with the double time social talent? Melina is a painter; this is her way of making something beautiful to worship Shelyn. I had max ranks before I knew we were doing background skills in profession painter. Double time says it can be applied to a craft or profession skill.
I will need to update Melina's character sheet to include the background skills. I can't really write up her background until I have an answer to the first question.

Can we do a custom cantrip, or else rewrite an existing cantrip slightly? In her social identity, Melina sometimes wishes to use a touch of divine magic to comfort and calm someone who comes to her for help. I've occasionally houseruled stabilize to work this way. Is there something you would allow me to do?

You are level 4 in a class that grants a secret identity at 1st level. You know. =)

I'm confused by the question. You have an extra 2 ranks to spend. Unless you, for some reason, took ranks OUT of Profession, it should work exactly the same.
RE: Custom cantrip, that seems something best handled by a good bedside manner.

Going down the line, spotting minor issues.
Vindicator: You cannot take Greater Mercy at 1st level, you need Mercy first, so 3rd level at the earliest.
Ice Strike: Looks good mechanically, still need a backstory (read: primariy personality/appearance) from you.
Blackjack: Everything looks in order, I might suggest taking the Weapon Finesse/Deadly Agility line instead of Weapon Focus/Fencing Grace just in case you need to use a dagger or something at some point. Not a necessity, just providing an option.
Scarrow: Looks to be in order.
El Beasto: Look solid. I'm going to make an impromptu houserule in your favor: Street Style can be used in any terrain. It's basically "Dirty Fighting Style", and nothing that it provides requires or even benefits from actual urban terrain. This is largely going to be an urban game, but I don't want you to be screwed because some combats take place in the sewers (technically Underground terrain) or some such.
Balamar: Mechanically good (I didn't pre-approve Sanguine as a Curse available, but let me retroactively make that the case). In your "Appearance" spoiler please change the line "Balamar has the stocky build and powerful build" to "Balamar has the stocky and powerful build", it's bothering me slightly.
Melina: I'm assuming "Crusader's Fury" is mean to be "Crusader's Flurry"? Also, keep in mind that Paladins gain Aura of Resolve at 8th level, rendering them immune to Charm effects. Your Traits will both be redundant at that point. Your call on if you want to keep them. I also don't see your flavor text on your profile.
Steel Sentinel: Can you put your Aegis Customizations somewhere it's easier to see them, better organized? One of the big boxes down below would be best.
Maximillian: So this is your real character, Nicos? Or do you have two aliases?
I think that's everyone, are we about ready for some mayhem?
| Timothy Fendolas " Psykoblade " |
Hunh? Thats weird, maybe it isnt linked to the right sheet? Or maybe I forgot to save it. Ah there was a thing I wanted to make sure of, how does your system deal with multiple weapons/ armor?
| Timothy Fendolas " Psykoblade " |
Argh, yeah that was one of the things I disliked about ABP ( Among Others ) You have two weapons and you are suddenly quite screwed as you cannot appropriate your wealth fully on said weapons if you wanted to. Now Luckily I have that Magus thing going on but still something that's a bit aggravating ( Though One Big Weapon was always the better option it does leave the idea of back up weapons out the door )

Sure. Ill have a line in my profile for quick reference as well. Ill update it when I get home.
