The Party catches up with Hu and the Demoness bound in the chains of Light.
Then as you all look at the bound demoness you all feel a sense of something with a weight on your spirit and for Kinshara, Corindus, and Darrion it is somewhat familiar.
Just within 10ft of the group you all see a Man dressed in Blue and White with a Lady dressed in Red and White
Kinshara recognizes the man from the Kirk giving the warning about the Monastary.
And Kinshara and Darrion recognizes her from the dream / flash back of Mr Hildrinsock's old hometown before it was destroyed.
Corindus recognizes him from the dream / flash back of Mr Hildrinsock's old hometown before it was destroyed, and in the statue of the Dwarven King's Courtroom he'd seen.
Hu Wang:
Hu is down on the ground as if a giant boulder is crushing him.
"Looks like I called it right, not folks you want to make as your enemies.
And No secret or sin is hidden from them.
When folks say sin has a weight, They didn't know how much that is true at the moment for me.
I think even Duke would be having trouble with this weight..."
The Man in blue and white, calmly and kindly yet with tones of anger says
"It's time for your Trial, as you've caused more then enough problems.
Enough that even we need to get involved, Assisting in causing the World Wound is just one among many of your crimes and you need to answer for them."
The Woman in red and white, calmly, kindly and sweetly says
"The Trial will be a fair and just one, for a trial without grace and justice is one that leads to injustice and evil."
The Man in blue, the Woman in red and the demoness all disappear in a blinding flash of light.
"WAIT!" Wu Chen shouts, trying to sprint with the weight of a proud elephant on her chest. "We come to bring Lady justice!" She clenches her fists and explodes into a spinning mid-air double roundhouse
Surely the child's kicks are a whirling spectacle! Impressive—as a dance... but as it matters in battle, the girl admits,
"Oh, who I am kidding. Demon Lady probably cast fire magic, I burn like meatball."
She calms herself, then turns to the adults. "What about children on slave ship? Please tell me they are rescue, are safe, or sacrifice I make is for nothing."
Hu Wang:
Hu relies to Wu Chen's words
"They will bring the justice way better then we ever could, and boy I can already tell she did worse then slave selling."
then looks at her as he continues
"Wu Chen, you did something extremely foolish back there, I won't tell your old man what you did, cause it'd break him like a bull in a china shop.
What you did was not a sacrifice, but a concession to evil itself."
Wu Chen looks at the ground for a moment, then says, "Foolish. Yes.
"Even more foolish is to keep secret. Even if evidence of change is not physical..."
As Wu Chen pauses, memories of her temporary adult body shape still fresh in her mind, the girl is unaware of the permanent red streak in her hair, or her mismatched eyes—her left eye gold, her right green as jade.
"...confession is medicine for trouble soul."
The child swallows hard.
"Is my idea Lady trick you, send you to find all other child. Is not trick if she give you true location. But of course, she trick me. Her plan is use my body as vessel. For moment, her soul enter my body, and I grow—grow too much! Cannot see own feet.
"I try scream get out, but Lady control my mouth. Is more like my soul is visitor, my body is hers. Hu Wang bonk my head, and Lady and I each have own body."
She looks up, tears welling in her eyes.
"I act out of fear. I think if I defy her, I die. I make deal, at least other children are safe. But Hu Wang is right. If Lady take my body, I become puppet, and kill for her. She do this to Cleric of Shelyn. Maybe this cleric make same mistake as me... I only survive because..."
She bows to her rescuers.
"...because you come back for me."

"Demons with a goal of Transformation possession are one the scariest ones to deal with, Hence one should never make a deal with one.
I'm guessing she was planning on breaking or finding loop-holes in your agreement and given that form she was laying a foundation for something.
And using you as a vessel would of also given her a LOT of freedom, I just barely sensed something being off when I entered the room and gave the tap on the head to kick the b**** out."
Kojima bows, then says to Hu Wang,
He has no lecture for his daughter's recklessness. The samurai simply holds the young nun.
After the confusion of the chase, Kinshara turns to Darion and Corindus. "I'm not sure what just happened, but it seems we just avoided something awful happening. Bigger players than us are about and we need to be careful."
Corindus is panting for breath, having charged past the gate guards to arrive just in time to see the chains ensnare the demoness. He listens to the man in blue and woman in red speak, against the pounding in his head.
"Not more of this witchery," he groans softly, catching his breath. It is a supreme relief when he sees all three beings vanish. This mysticism and battles for divine judgment were beyond a wayward river rat with a hatchet.
Unfortunately, rather than being done with the entire affair, Kinshara's assessment leaves him worried that this is not the end.
"Life couldn't be simple, could it?" he asks his friends ruefully, not expecting an actual answer. "Kicking in doors on the Redrock's barge is more like what I expected when I finally gave in and became one of Baleson's deputies. I'm a simple man, neither wise nor canny. If this is a taste of what this town is cursed with, then I'm not sure how much help I will be. All the same, I will do what I can."
His words are meant to reassure himself as much as his friends. It weighs heavily upon his chest that he will have to find a different kind of strength and become a better man.
Hu Wang:
Hu adds
"I think it is more like bounty hunters catching a very elusive target, as that b**** did everything she could to keep hidden and move as hidden as possible from what I've seen."
Darion arrives to see the divine spectacle and hear Wu Chen speak
Wu Chen you are a very brave young woman. In fact I’d wager you are probably braver than the lot of us combined. You definitely have talents and skills as well. The three of us would love to have you assist us as we uncover the plots in this area. However given what you’ve been through I understand completely if you and your father want nothing more to do with this place
Darion looks at Wu Chen and then her father. A little worried he quickly adds Of course this sort of work is likely to be dangerous. I think perhaps you and your father ought to discuss this idea of helping us out before any decision is made. Regardless of your decision and when you feel ready perhaps you could help us understand what happened to you with this demon. It could be helpful as we continue to find answers to this towns problems
Darion looks the gathered group over again and searches for something more to say it doesn’t come so he quickly adds Well thanks everyone. I think I’m going to go back to that place we met this evil demon and look for clues. Who knows there might be some magic that I can learn from the place and even something magical as well. Obviously anything found there would need to be properly examined to determine that it is no cursed of course. What do the rest of you say anyone want to see what secrets that demon left behind?
Wu Chen beams with pride... then remembers her master stressed the importance of humility.
Wu Chen sees the way her father and tall, pretty Miss Vona are getting along. She doesn't wait for her father, but replies, "I train to protect innocent, and we are successful. I think I train more, I can be bigger help."
Wu Chen admits, "I think my skill are better suit for kicking door or kicking person than investigate, but I come with you anyway. I can show you altar where Lady change me to big-bosom grown-up." Noting that she is still a flat-chested kid, the girl adds, "...for few second."
Her father allows this, reasoning she is safer in the company of Darion, Corin and Kinshara than she was in the backstage dressing room. As much as he resents what the demon did, he is relieved that no lives were lost.
The girl is excited to help out (with dad's permission), and gladly accepts this opportunity!
The Group goes to the alter room and see the alter with a semi-circle of 5 mirrors around a stone alter, and loads of runes in geometric lines and shapes.
Wu Chen can barely contain her excitement. She points to the altar, "I was floating in hair for long time! Man at rune table say if I defy lady, magic kill me. Is not like I think deal with demon is good idea, but I think if I cooperate, is possible to save children from slave market. Is only way I can keep bow to protect innocent."
But rather than try to further justify her foolishness, the girl stands before a mirror. "This is where I..." And for the first time, Wu Chen notices the—"...change...?"—one eye gold, one eye jade-green, red streaks in her hair!
She stops talking and stares. Flipping the bright red hair with one hand, as if doing so will make it normal. But why I want to do that? Is there anything bad about pretty color? Shelyn have pretty color hair like this...
Hu Wang:
Hu adds
"Looks like You'll might be keeping some reminders of what you did, and their might be over side effects of what happened here."
Corin cautiously pokes and prods at the stone of the altar room with the head of his hatchet, warily eyeing each nook and cranny as though some small wickedness would leap out at him at any moment.
"Can't say I'm happy to be back here," he grumbles idly. "I'm hoping that after today's events, we'll see the end of the Redrock Guild. The Valers will tolerate a lot - they're used to being ground down like an axehead at a whetstone - but consorting with demons? If the sheriff doesn't seal this place up, I imagine the locals will be up in arms to put this accursed place to the torch themselves."
He deliberately turns his eyes aside from Wu Chen, feeling quite awkward to be around a young girl discussing her chest and hair. With the mirrors standing vigil, though, his eyes find few safe harbors.
Wu Chen nods at Hu Wang's words. "Mother leave part of herself behind when her soul pass through my body. Demon leave parting gift as well."
Hu Wang:
Hu adds to Corindus's words
"Judging from things people don't know yet, and getting more people knowing about it can cause problem and harder to keep a lid on it."
"Might be best if the ones that have the brains and currently know about it check it out before we do anything to it,
for all we know some star aligns right over head and triggers the thing into opening the gates of hell.
Then we'd have a hell of a fight on our hands and a hell lot of explaining to the folks in town about it, and I don't wanna be that lucky chump."
Then looks at Wu Chen
"We'll have to hope that gift doesn't come with a catch or even a few catches.
Cause we don't know so far what else was left behind.
Hopefully someone in town will have some answers or expertise."
Wu Chen remembers the lady at the church. "Lady Corinthia, is it? I meet church lady earlier, when first arrive in town." She asks Hu Wang, "She is expert?"
Hu Wang:
"There is no guarantee that Lady Cirthana, Lord Locksly, or even Luk are an experts, as most of those of the cloth tend to be knowledge generalists and tend to tilt more into healing expertise then specific knowledge fields."
Hu Wang:
"Let's all get out of here until the place can be studied by ones whom can study it, especially getting the little lady out of here as I would not want something like a resonance of her to this place to cause a Resonance Cascade like event doing who knows what."
Hu then smiles as he continues
"That and a festival is still going on, and might be good to relax some and get a few drinks before the festival ends."
Wu Chen, still clad in her rainbow dance outfit, says, "Festival! Yes—no drink for me, but dance! Anyone know Mending magic? My outfit take some wear and tear from the..."
Sudden growth of my body, she thinks. But she keeps that though to herself and instead says,
"...jumping around on many rooftop."
Corin nods in agreement at Hu Wang's words.
"I would like nothing more than to leave this place and all the hoodoo that lurks in its blasted corners," he says, eyeing every shadow suspiciously. The deputy had no idea what a Resonance Cascade was, but it sounded less pleasant than jumping off a mesa in a black night.
He edges towards the exit, eager to lead the way back outside.
Before Corindus, Darrion and Kinshara turn to leave the room they spot a man in the center mirror,
you can see the whole body, a tall man with pale skin, green eyes and short Dark brown hair with the hair receding from the brow.
His clothes are well made, yet of an odd design.
He smiles as he quickly looks over the group especially you three and Hu, before you three shake your head a bit and blink, no longer seeing him in the center mirror.
with your back to the center mirror you see Corindus, Darrion and Kinshara all lock their eyes on the center mirror and then shake their head as if they saw something, you quickly turn to see what it is and you see nothing in the center mirror.
Hu Wang:
Hu looks back at the group
"Why you all looking at that center mirror?
Lets have some fun at the festival before they close down for the day."
I have some knowledge in the arcane and planer disciplines I might be able to discover something about this place but I would want a second person here for safety and one that could double check my work
Darion looks the group over then the room then over to Wu Chen Miss Chen I know the mending magic but I would have to prepare the spell before I could help. I’m sorry but the soonest I could do that is tomorrow He turns back to the room I would like to examine this place as soon as possible, often times a crime scene changes over time and I want the best knowledge I can gain about what happened here. Is there anyone that may be able to assist me?
Wu Chen smiles at Darion. "Ah, tomorrow is fine. I do not know is spell must be prepare. Perhaps is because Mother..."
It's been four years since Wu Chen witnessed her mother's last breath. She isn't about to burst into tears at the very mention of her, but the girl hesitates to speak for a moment.
Mother must be disappoint I let demon touch me same way as her.
"...always prepare," Wu Chen finishes.
She stares awkwardly at her visible changes left by the demon. Then she tells the wizard, "If you need me to help understand demoness, I don't know how much help I can be, but I do what I can... if my assistance is welcome."
Luk from what I understand your knowledge may be helpful if you are willing to assist that is. Wu Chen since you are a first hand witness to what went on here I would welcome your assistance as well. Provided your father is agreeable
Hu Wang:
Hu looks at Darion
"Luk is a good choice, has he saw and Identified her as a succubus before anyone did, and likely knows more then Wu Chen, even though Wu Chen talked with her for a bit."
Hu looks at Wu Chen
"I don't think you should involve yourself any further in the research of her other then maybe a few questions from Luk or Darrion.
As I'd not want you to become more corrupted more then you have been by this event."
Kinshara stands beside Luk. "I will stay and assist you however I can, Darion. Anything we can learn now may prove to be invaluable later."
Corindus pauses at the door as though his leg was frustratingly caught in a snare. He cannot suppress his groan as his comrades continue to investigate the accursed place, and his loyalty to them keeps him from leaving.
However, he voices no coherent protest, although he audibly grumbles to himself. Rather than spending time at the waning festival with Mary, he remains in this den of wickedness. Darion's description of the place as a "crime scene" does stoke a sense of responsibility in Corin's breast as a deputy, but this duty wars with his rising, rankling superstitions.
"Let me know as soon as you are satisfied with what you have found," he tells his fellows. "That woman may be gone, but I doubt that every last vestige of the Redrock Guild has been rounded up or driven out. We remain on their territory, conquered though it may be."
Despite the confidence of the word "conquered," the former riverman fears that such a place, almost like a living entity, will submit to no mortal mastery.
Darion looks over the room trying to be meticulous and thorough. Utilizing his magic and knowledge.
Wu Chen believes she's given all of the information she can give, and Hu Wang's repeated warning comes off as: you are just child, no help, only get in way of all grown-up.
As she dwells on that ugly thought, she hears Corin groan and finds his expression as much a mirror as... well... all of the actual mirrors. And in the actual mirrors are a girl Wu Chen doesn't entirely recognize as herself.
She decides that Hu Wang is right. She must distance herself from this place. She tells her father, "Let us follow Corin out of room. We enjoy festivity with Vona. If demoness is gone, surely worst is over."
She takes another glance in the mirror, and wonders if the seed of corruption in her has withered, or will it do more than just color hair and iris?
Hu Wang:
Hu looks at Wu Chen
"I've seen that look on kids before, and your part right, but it's more for your father, as i'd not want his heart broken if this place goes boom with you in it or some piece of knowledge sets off a lot of corrupted thoughts."
Hu looks to the exit and loudly says
"Now let's party cause the night is young.
And with this stressful night it's be great to relax in style.."
Everyone leave and returns to the Festival and there Dates....

The Events of that Fall Festival cause quite a stir in town causing change like a storm passing through.
The Redrock guild's loss of it's real boss severely weakens them and soon gets crushed under the weight of Sheriff Baleson's investigation.
Oddly Red-eye is not found and arrested for being second in command of the guild. The Lady Rouge is closed down, much to some of the town's displeasure and the job loss did hurt those that were desprite to survive.
After the close of the Lady rouge, Lord Locklsy and Lady Cirthana, temporarily runs a meal service for those families that lost much needed income due to the Rouge's closing. The meal service runs for over a year as the Kirk helps in creating or finding jobs for those that lost them.
Sheriff Baleson's surge in popularity, and the events that happened, was a key moment for Vamros Harg in executing his own plan of getting Sheriff Baleson into being the town's Magistrate, very much so to Kreed's displeasure. Vamros Harg waited a until the date of March 3rd, 5000 to execute the plan so as to not tip his hand on what he was doing that would have Kreed after him. Now with Deldrin Baleson the Magistrate, Kreed could no longer bail out his men or himself if they were caught doing anything illegal which put a large stopper on a number problems in town.
Laurel's Roots and Remedies gets known for having a cure for Blackscour Taint and over the next 7 years gets a few requests from various towns in Andoran for enough to cure a whole town and she gets paid Handsomely for it.
Feb 14, 5000 would go down as the Day everyone forgot, as everyone could remember Feb the 13th, but not the 14th when they woke up on the 15th.
The wine was originally a reward from Mr Kreed for doing a outstanding work after the Fall Festival since it was a new production high for the fall.
But it was later found out that a shipment of wine that was brought in for every adult in town for Valentines day was tainted with a strong aphrodisiac wine known as love wine and resulted in a large number of new children being born later along with more then a few pitchfolk marriages. Mr Kreed vowed never to bring in wine again for Valentines day as the hangover from the event took a big toll on production. Oddly enough the children in town only recall a dream of a beautiful forested valley with a river running through it for the day of the 14th and nothing else.
The Event also lead to Laurel getting pregnant with twins and no clue to whom the father is. As one twin is an aasimar and the other a tiefling without common traits to help in pointing out whom the father could be. Being a single parent did hinder her work, some but with some help Kinshara and other it was managable.
The Merchant, Mr Craft and his Wife Holo also had twins from the event and they now settle in town from Late November to early April every year to give their children some time with a stable environment and a warm place to stay for the winter instead of camping in a cold wagon. Mr Craft and Holo currently have three children as of the year 5007.
During the Winter of 5002, a bitter winter night's cold forces some to put in more firewood then room in their fire place and a number of fires break out.
The Sitting Duck, Lady Rouge, and a few homes complete burn down that night and thankfully a good wind and some freezing rain just before daybreak put out the fires before any more damage could be done. The owner and some employees of the sitting duck died in the fire, along with some old red rock guild members dying in the Lady Rouge.
In the Spring of 5002, Duke and Mina buy and rebuild the local tavern and Duke renames it "The Busty Minotaur." The Place is rebuilt such that Mina does not need to worry about bumping her head as the place we remade with 9 foot high ceilings and floors re-enforced to take take more weight.
Hu and Noya bought the place where the Lady Rouge once stood and remade it into a bath house, with three baths, one for men, one for women, and a mixed bath that was big enough for Mina and her family to use. It took a while for Hu to get everything right and he could not think of a good name for the bathhouse so he just put up a sign saying bath house. The bath house had cool baths for the summer and warm or hot baths for the winter. Folks could reserve the bath house if they were doing something special. Mr Kreed and Lumber Consortium Heads would later start reserving the bathhouse for a day or two in winter to talk business while relaxing and enjoying some drinks. Oddly Mr Kreed and the Lumber consortium didn't make a move into getting the place under their thumb in some way....
Corindus was promoted to Sheriff after Baleson became the town's new Magistrate, and started cleaning out some of the trash with the help of Baleson as Magistrate.
Mary ran her boat service as she could for extra income and to keep doing one thing she liked which was sailing on the river over the years
A month after the events of the Fall Festival, and a ton of dating between Corindus and Mary they get Married,
plan out things out during the winter, and gets the house started and finished upstream of the foam river during the spring of 5000.
The house is made an extra 6 inches taller for Mary to have an easier time not bumping into the ceiling.
Mary gives birth to identical twin daughters on June 17, 5000 and gives them the names; Tiara and Miara.
On March 6, 5002, Mary and Corindus welcomed the birth of their first son, Horace.
On Oct 11, 5004, Mary and Corindus had twin sons, Grachius and Gellius. Tiara and Miara now old enough to start helping in doing chores around the house and helping their mother in caring for their younger brothers, but also start showing different personalities.
On Jan 5, 5007, Mary and Corindus have and set of twin sons, Aerodus and Morvius. Horace is now old enough to also help doing chores. Tiara and Miara start showing even more differences in that; Tia dresses more conseratively and helps Lady Cirthana and Lord Locksly with the Kirk and helping out in town. While Miara dresses in clothes that has been through a lot and is known for getting into fights, and looks forward to getting practice with her mother's Fullblade.
Darrion and Eve get married soon after the Day Everyone Forgot and look for a place to live and find one near the Sitting Duck where Eve works as a barmaid.
Darrion spends time researching various things in town and even takes time with Luk in researching some of the rooms that where used by the Redrock guild and hidden under the town.
On Sept 28, 5000 Eve give birth to the town's first set of triplets, whom are named; Damien, Danika, and Boden.
The Winter fire of 5002 burns down the sitting down does not touch Darrion and Eve's home, but does leave Eve without a job until Duke and Mina finish rebuilding, running it, and re-hiring Eve as a Barmaid.
On March 6, 5005 Eve gives birth to identical twin daughters and Darrion names them Evelyn and Jasnea, With Damien, Danika, and Boden old enough to help in doing household chores and helping their parents, Danika sometimes has to watch over her new sisters while her mother works. And the personalities of the triplets start really showing how unique they are to each other.
Oct 28th 5006, Damien informs his parents he knows Eve is pregnant with twin boys and she'll be giving birth in June and that they will be very adept at the art of wizardry.
Kinshara starts a half-way house for people to help clean themselves up with the help of Lady Cirthana and Lord Locksly.
Some former redrock guild members do make some trouble for the initiative over the years, though after that bitter winter night of 5002 did the trouble seems to almost completely cease.
Kinshara and Luk date for 8 months before tying the knot on Augest 24th 5000.
On June 13, 5001, Kinshara and Luk enjoy the arrival of twins daughters Nawe, and Aliyah though surprise that one is a aasimar adn the other a tiefling.
July 30, 5003, Kinshara and Luk welcome the birth of their first son, Obromi.
Nawe, and Aliyah did help with their mother doing work for the Kirk along with getting some training from their mother and Lady Cirthana, and Nawe did learn some investigative skills from Hu and Noya's daughters.
Obromi asked Darrion to teach him in the way of wizardary as he was more gifted with processing knowledge then holding wisdom.
Wu Chen over the years learns to speak common better and has a hard time finding even a speck of what the demoness revealed, but some shifts in Shelyn's doctorine do somewhat support what what the demoness did say.
Wu Chen also learns that any vow to remain a maiden, applies to both genders, not just one gender.
Along with intimiate same sex relationships falling under Calistria's portfolio, not Shelyn's.
She gets along with her new step mom and enjoys her 3 new siblings, with a forth sibling on the way.
Wu Chen learns new music from Vona and learns some Unarmed Combat from Noya and is able to give her some training, while also filling in Wu Chen about some the things she'll experience from becoming a succubus tiefling due to the demoness' experiment.
Wu Chen currently has own her own tiny house and lives in it as a independent adult.

You all have a strange dream during the night, it is hard to see through the white blinding fog, but your all sitting down on what feels like a court bench.
And that your in a courtroom.
You hear a man's voice say
"You seven have caused great chaos and problems, one of which was assisting in creating the Worldwound.
Not to mention doing much evil and suffering to the people, including corrupting those of the cloth."
You hear a woman's voice say
"All seven have done great evil, but two of them did not sink as low as the rest in some regards.
And they are willing to pay accept this court's punishment."
You hear a man's voice again saying
"I'll take that into consideration as I decide on the punishments for each one based on their actions, and intents."
You all wake up after dawn's light enters through your bedroom window.
You wake next to your wife, Mary, as she sleeps soundly facing you.
She slowly wakes up and greets you.
"Morning Honey..."
She gets up and stretches some before putting on her clothes
"I'll check up on Aerodus and Morvius before I start making breakfast.
What would you like?"
You wake next to your wife, Eve, as she sleeps soundly facing you.
She slowly wakes up and greets you.

Eve having slept on her back quickly grabs your hand and places it on her pregnant belly and you feel a twin kick

She slowly and carefully gets up
"I take it you'll be doing a bit more research into that place?
Since it has taken you and Luk a long time to figure out part of how everything was put together and works."
You wake next to your husband, Luk, as he sleeps soundly facing you.
He slowly wakes up and greets you.
"Morning, My Lady.... Looks like we slept in a little."
He gets up and stretches some before putting on his clothes.
"How about I Check in on the Girls and Obromi before we get started for breakfast, unless you want to check on them and I make breakfast?"
You wake up in your own Tiny house, and you recall you have some training with Noya today.
Wu Chen wakes up from the dream. Strange. But not like the lustful ones I have experienced, no thanks to the demoness.
The young woman dresses for training in a black outfit with baggy pants, a supportive top, and a rainbow-colored belt. She heads to the usual meeting place, eager to train with Noya...!
Wu Chen goes to the Bathhouse and guided to the Backyard for training by a smiling Yoko.
A very pregnant Noya does the instructions from her where she sits and after a hour of training has Wu Chen sit opposite of her to check in on her.

Now let's check if everything is alright with yourself in keeping your humanity.
As we still don't know if that experiment will make you more of a succubus as time goes on.
