Darya and Jorin both until themselves from the rope and don't cover any distance just yet. Only a surprise round, it's a move action to remove
Tik'klik's attack goes wide and the goblin shrieks in terror.
Barek also spends the round removing the rope. Its a bit of a problem for maneuverability but it was a bad roll anyway!
Amadeen tries to change the fortune of one of her foes. Will Save DC 15: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (6) - 1 = 5 ...and insure's that it will have a miserable time.
Round 1
Darya
Jorin
Tik'klik
Barek
Amadeen
Goblins-Misfortune on One

Tik'Klik |

Brain Goblin: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14 Should still be flat footed
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Jorin Vinhorn |

Jorin moves through the door, rolling as he comes within reach of the nearest goblin.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Twisting as he rolls past the goblins reach he pulls out his lasso, swinging it back at the goblin threatening Tik.
Quickdraw lasso
Dex+PBS+Size= +5
Lasso: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Snapping the loop just as it covers it's head he pulls, tightening the knot.

Amadeen Irian |

While the misfortune will fade from one goblin, Amadeen can still try it on the other.
Misfortune will fade on the first goblin due to one round duration and no cackle in surprise round.
[ooc]Standard action: Misfortune on other goblin. Cackle as a move action only if that is successful.
If the goblin fails its save: It gets to take the worst of two D20s on most of its rolls for one round, most notably attack rolls. Extended to two rounds with Cackle so still active on her next round.
If the goblin passes its save: Amadeen will stomp her foot in frustration and remain silent.

Barek Tanner |

Kevin can you put the map link up top? I keep losing it in the posts and don't know who is where and what I'm doing.
If any Goblins are there to kill Barek will attack them.
Axe: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Kevin O'Rourke 440 |

Darya moves forward shoving her spear forward towards the nearest goblin but the attack doesn't pierce the goblins rugged armor.
Power Attack with Spear: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (7) + 6 - 1 = 12
Jorin tosses his lasso towards the goblin and tightens it around him.
50 or lower miss: 1d100 ⇒ 68
Tied up as it is the goblin is easy prey for Tik'klik's morningstar and it's skull crunches under the blow.
Will Save: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16
The second goblin is able to resist Amadeen's Hex for now.
The goblin looks about panicing at the intruders who have mysteriously appeared and draws it's shield as it moves towards the door and opens it shouting inside.
This curving room is a good-sized kitchen, complete with decaying tables, cupboards, and bins. One newer table has what seems like a child’s laboratory set up, with broken cups standing in for beakers.
Round 2
Darya
Jorin
Tik'klik
Barek
Amadeen
Goblin HP-4
Goblin with fancy Falchion
???-Medium sized creature

Amadeen Irian |

Amadeen finally breaks her silence, cackling as she glares at the largest enemy that she can see, looking to weaken their blows.
Evil eye (-2 attack rolls) against the largest visible enemy and cackle to extend it. Will DC 15.
If save failed: -2 to their attack rolls for 7 rounds, extended to 8 with cackle.
If save passed: -2 to their attack rolls for 1 round, extended to 2 with cackle.

Tik'Klik |

"Tik'Klik!"
The weird darkness is still in place yes? So I don't think Amadeen can evil eye anyone currently.
Tik's other hand opens up, and there's a humm and he fires!
Arcane Bolt: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4

Amadeen Irian |

Ah right. These are in fact Amadeen's actions. Going south-east.
Amadeen does not break her silence. She unties herself from the rope, and repositions herself quietly.
Stealth: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21

Jorin Vinhorn |

Jorin moves to a point level with the door to cover the side. reaching into the pouch in his belt he pulls out a slingstone and sends it towards the gobbo.
Quickdraw slingstone
Dex+Size+PBS+Trait = +6
Throw: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Concealment 50 or lower: 1d100 ⇒ 50
Watching the stone fly he becomes confused at the lack of sound from the target. Cursing he realises he's completely missed in the dark and hit nothing.

Barek Tanner |

Relying on his keen sense of smell Barek moves forward, he sees Darya finish the Goblin in the doorway and grunts. "More ahead." He warns her as he continues on.
He stops when he encounters a large Goblin with a big weapon. Giving a yell to guide the others to the fight "Here they are!" He swings at it hard.
Axe: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Sinking his axe into it with some satisfaction.
Using scent to get close enough to see the Goblins.

Kevin O'Rourke 440 |

Darya runs he goblin threw with her spear easily.
Jorin fires a stone through the doorway but fails to connect with a target.
Tik'klik's blob of acid connects with the medium sized creature. As he looks at it there's a feeling of familiarity regarding it.
Barek closes and does connect well with his axe though he can see hat this creature is not a goblin. Someone has painted eyes on it to make it seem more goblin like. He certainly feels thick armoured hide resisting his blow.
The remaining Goblin draws it's falchion, steps behind his large companion and casts a spell.
The medium sized creature ignores the weapon in it's hand and tries to headbut Barek. The blow connects with Barek's nose and comes away with a bloody smear where it connected.
Slam Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Round 3
Darya
Jorin
Tik'klik
Barek
Amadeen
Goblin with fancy Falchion
Construct?/Undead?-Medium sized creature HP-10

Amadeen Irian |

Thinking quickly, Amadeen quietly steps to behind Barek and tugs at the threads of fate on the larger enemy.
Stealth: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Move stealthily the 10' to behind Barek. If stealth impossible with that much movement, I'll drop the stealth.
Misfortune on bigger enemy. Will Save DC 15. Not mindaffecting so it can work on undead and constructs.
If the enemy passes save, nothing happens.
If the enemy fails save, it suffers grave misfortune for 1 round. Anytime the creature makes an ability check, attack roll, saving throw, or skill check, it must roll twice and take the worse result. Then it's gone because I didn't cackle.

Jorin Vinhorn |

Jorin rolls through the door moving diagonally past Barek and skirts the combat happening there. Seeing the goblin preparing a spell he pulls loose a chakram and sends it spinning towards him.
Quickdraw chakram
Dex+PBS+Size= +5
Chakram: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Damage Strength+PBS= +2
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Roll for acrobatics if I couldn't move diagonally through the door to avoid the AOO
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
Edit: Miss chance
50 or below misses: 1d100 ⇒ 17

Tik'Klik |

"Tik'Klik?"
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Tik'Klik pauses mid combat, studying the medium sized creature.

Kevin O'Rourke 440 |

Darya's attack misses bouncing off the constructs thick hide.
Jorin's chakram sails over the surviving goblin by a hairs breath in the darkness.
Tik'klik looks at the construct, there have been additions, the crude paint and humanoid parts strapped on to make it functioning but the casing reminds him of some of sketches that were in the workshop. It seems to have been constructed in a similar fashion to his original design but repaired by a very different means.
Barek's axehead sinks into the goblins shoulder making it give out a shrill cry of pain.
Amadeen casts out her energies to twist fate around the mysterious figure.
Will Save: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (6) - 1 = 5
The goblin tries to cast a spell but loses focus with Barek's axe hounding him.
Casting Defensively: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10 Fail
The construct swings at Barek
Attack Roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Attack Roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19[00c]I guess he'll take the 19[/ooc]
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Round 4
Darya
Jorin
Tik'klik
Barek -Unconscious
Amadeen
Goblin with fancy Falchion -9
Construct?/Undead?-Medium sized creature HP-10 Misfortune for Two Rounds

Amadeen Irian |

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
"Casting bless won't help you, goblin!"
Amadeen does give a cry of horror at Barek's fall, but then glares at the goblin and gives a mirthless laugh. Luck will go her way!
Evil eye (-2 ac) on goblin. Cackle to extend durations of both evil eye and misfortune.
Evil eye save fail: 7 rounds. Save pass: 1 round.
Cackle extends evil eye (-2 ac) on goblin to 2 or 8 rounds. Misfortune on construct dropped to 1 but cackle puts it back up to 2.

Tik'Klik |

"Tik'Klik?"
"Tik'Klik, Tik ik klik ik, tik kit ik tik kik it it ik, tlik ik kik ik?"
"Identification? Unit 010382, current Designation Tik'Klik. Hostility cessation request."

Jorin Vinhorn |

Cursing the darkness Jorin begins to reach for another chakram but stops as he watches Barek fall to the fists of the creature. Hesitating for a second he hears Amadeen shouting at the goblin. Thinking quickly he makes the decision to continue to keep up the pressure on the goblin but relying on his range is not going to work. Leaving the chakram he steps up, swinging a kick towards the gobbo spellslinger.
[ooc] 5' step[/occ]
Melee attack St+Size= +2
Kick: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Kevin O'Rourke 440 |

Darya gets a solid blow on the strange construct but it remains standing but sparks of electricity begin to fizzle and fly from it.
Jorin is able to land a kick to the goblin's midsection but it's still on it's feet. Definitely the toughest goblin he's ever seen.
Whatever Tik'klik is doing the construct either doesn't understand or care.
Amadeen unleashes more of her eldritch abilities on the goblin with good effect.
Will Save: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (11) - 1 = 10
The beady little eyes of the goblin turn to Jorin just before it swings it's falchion. It brings the blade back for a mighty swing but the tip knocks over a vial of liquid filling the area with a the sound of breaking glass as it falls to the ground and distracts the goblin.
Falchion swing at Jorin: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
The construct swings at Darya with it's fist.
Slam Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24-This one so
Slam Attack second roll for misfortune: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
It's attack sails harmlessly by.
Round 4
Darya
Jorin
Tik'klik
Barek -Unconscious
Amadeen
Goblin with Shinny Falchion HP-13-Evil Eye (-2 AC) for seven rounds.
Construct?/Undead?-Medium sized creature HP-25 Misfortune for two rounds.

Amadeen Irian |

Amadeen continues glaring at the goblin.
"No. No more hits for you."
And she resumes that mirthless laughter.
Evil eye (-2 attack rolls) on remaining goblin. Will DC 15. Then cackle to top up all durations.
If save fails, 7 round duration, which goes up to 8 with cackle.
If save succeeds, 1 round duration, which goes up to 2 with cackle.
If goblin is dead before Amadeen's turn, she'll draw her sling and fire at the construct. She has already used misfortune on it and evil eye is mind-affecting. So she's pretty sure that it will do nothing to this thing.
Theoretical Slingshot: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
Theoretical Slingshot Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Current hexes
Goblin:
Evil Eye (-2 attack rolls) for 2/8 rounds
Evil Eye (-2 AC) for 8 rounds.
Construct/undead thing:
Misfortune for 2 rounds.

Jorin Vinhorn |

Jorin steps to the side after delivering the kick, surprised the gobbo was still standing. 'Made of tougher stuff than I thought', he thinks.
Manuvering to surround the bigger fella he continues the assault on the gobbo.
Melee St+Size= +2
Melee: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Damage St+1
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Punching for the throat of the gobbo Jorin tries to make a kill shot, connecting well with the middle knuckles of his right hand.

Tik'Klik |

"Tik'Klik"
Sounding vaguely disappointed, the golem snaps out of it's apparent reverie, and it's arm gives another 'phoomph' sound.
RTA, Goblin: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 - 4 = 1
But the blast of acid goes wide and hits the door frame near Amadeen.
$(*$#& stupid dice roller, every single game I'm in it's rolling 10 or less

Kevin O'Rourke 440 |

Botting Darya
Darya tries to hit the construct but the blow is deflected by it's armored plates
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Damage: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Jorin's blow to the throat lands exactly as he intended and it collapses in a gurgling pile on the ground it's windpipe collapsed.
Tik'klik's shot goes wide.
Amadeen's sling shot hit's the side of it's head but even after all it's punishment and it's poor state it continues fighting. It swings a blow towards Jorin
Slam Vs Jorin: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 Misfortune helps again
Slam Vs Jorin: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
The sparks of electricity turn into arks out striking in multiple directions.
Round 5
Darya
Jorin
Tik'klik
Barek -Unconscious
Amadeen
Construct?/Undead?-Medium sized creature HP-29 Misfortune for two rounds.

Amadeen Irian |

Reflex Save to Negate: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
Amadeen steps out of the path of the sparks with alacrity. She continues to laugh as she steps forward, wand sliding into her hand to heal Barek. And laughs in the face of the construct.
5 foot step, swift action to draw wand, standard action to CLW, and a move action to cackle to keep up misfortune duration.
CLW healing on Barek: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Current hexes
Construct/undead thing:
Misfortune for 2 rounds.

Jorin Vinhorn |

Watching the goblin collapse Jorin then turns his attention to the construct and his eyes widen in shock to see the lightning shoot out...
Reflex: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
..but his distraction of dealing with the goblin first causes him to be too slow and he takes a hit dead on, collapsing from the impact.

Jorin Vinhorn |

Clutching his whole body Jorin groans as the after effect of that much energy finishes wracking his frame. Looking around he sees Amadeen close by.
Stepping back he calls, "Maybe another shot of that healing wand? I seem to be in a small amount of trouble"
5' step out of melee to the west.

Kevin O'Rourke 440 |

Darya's final attack forces the construct to collapse into a clanking pile which echos in the darkness of the room.
Leather Armour 5gp to Sell x3
Shortsword 5gp to Sell x2
Shortbow 15gp to Sell x2
Wand of Cure Light Wounds (20 Charges)
Masterwork Falchion 187gp 5sp to sell
95gp
The pieces of the construct could be sold as a curio potentially

Tik'Klik |

"Tik'Klik?"
The golem moves over to the other golem, and begins to poke through the remains. He removes a dozen crystals from the pile, as well as several bits of copper and gold strips of metal, dropping them into his own chest cavity.
"Tik'Klik..."
The sound is somehow sad.

Barek Tanner |

"Whatever it was it had a damned hard head!" grumbles, gingerly prodding his pulped nose. "Haven't been butted that hard since my Mam caught me eating her imported chocolates."

Jorin Vinhorn |

Jorin lets out a series of harsh coughs while holding his chest. Wincing he rolls his neck and starts going through a series of muscle relaxation exercises. "Owww, every muscle in my body aches. Please note from my example, getting hit by lightening hurts."
Once done he'll recover his weapons.
50% Chance to recover ammo
ammo 50 or below: 1d100 ⇒ 72
Looking at the broken sling bullet he sigh and tosses it into the corner. Picking up the lasso he winds it carefully.
"This darkness is hampering my ability to be useful. I wonder how far it spreads through the Spire?"

Amadeen Irian |

Amadeen gives a big exhalation of relief at the sight of the construct finally going down. She pauses a moment, chuckles, and steps between Barek and Jorin and beginning to chat.
"One for you, one for you..."
One CLW for Barek: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
One CLW for Jorin: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
One more for Jorin: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Third for Jorin: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Second for Barek: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Feel free to ask me IC or OOC for more healing. I'm trying to find a balance between making sure everyone is in good shape and not burning through all the CLW charges.
"Ooooh! A wand! Grabbed!"
Then again, we might not be so short of CLW charges. ;)

Amadeen Irian |

Amadeen gives Tik a pat on the head.
"There, there. At least it won't hurt anyone else."
To Barek:
"I hope those chocolates were worth it!"
To Jorin:
"We're going to find out soon, can't be much left to find on this level."

Barek Tanner |

Thankee." Barek tells Amadeen as he slowly gets to his feet, checking Mong over to see he's ok.
@Amadeen. "Oh they were! May be why she set a beartrap where she hid'em." He grins and checks his tender nose again.
"Problem with this darkness is only one of us can see through it, an he can't talk to us too good, and we all rush in like fools, myself especially."
He turns to Tik'Klik and starts trying to get some form of sign language going with him. So the next encounter maybe we can plan a little better.
Ok Tick tock. This is how many there are." He holds up his fingers, showing one, two three or more. "This is which way." He points in several directions. "An this is how far." He hold up one finger and then holds his hands apart, then two fingers and moves his hand further apart.
Not likely to get anywhere, but who knows? :)

Tik'Klik |

"Tik'Klik?"
The golem watches with slowly whirring eyes, and then klicks. "Tik Klik... klik... klock tok tok ton ton, ton, tik ton." It holds up one finger. "Tik Klik Kik Ick Tow Tow To Too, tik klik kik ko tow too, too, tik too..." It holds up two fingers.

Amadeen Irian |

Amadeen watches and listens intently, trying to work out the meaning of Tik's words.

Kevin O'Rourke 440 |

This curving hall has been badly damaged, but there are three intact normal sized doors one of which you've entered through, as well as a large double door leading to the core of the tower. The southeast corner of the room has collapsed in a mound of green glass rubble, but a tunnel runs through the debris, shored up with rough timbers.
You spot an entrance that is covered by a screen of canvas and wood painted to blend into the rubble on the far wall.

Amadeen Irian |

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
"Options. The big double-door to the tower centre, the tunnel through the debris...aaaand that entrance covered by a painted cover right *there*."
She points to an area which turns out to be canvas and wood painted to blend into the rubble of the far wall.
"I say we look in there next."
