What are people leveling up into? Staying the same?

Should we level up to 6?

I am considering fighter or warpriest or ranger. Each has its merits

Assuming we are leveling up, I'm sticking with witch. After that last encounter I'm taking Dispel Magic as one of my spells. I have a few candidates for the second:

Stinking Cloud
Screech
Swarm of Fangs
Thorny Entanglement

What do you all think?

(I'm taking Flight as my hex)

How goes everybody? I'm trying to be better about coming back every day this year, so I'm ready to roll when you guys are all level . Let's make some things die!

I leveled up my character. I'll update my profile with his new stats today.

Things of note:

My initiative bonus is +6 (I took Improved Initiative at 5th level).
My new Hex is Flight.

I took 1 level of ranger with favored enemy... dragon!

I still need to update my profile, but I'm here.

Sorry guys for disappearing like that. Somehow it seems I have displeasured Urgathoa, she sent a nasty plague my way.

I am recovering now. Unfortunately that does not mean I will rejoin you as I will be leaving for a family holiday tomorrow. I will be back on March 6th and hope I am fully recovered at that time.

Sorry for the absence. I've been traveling for work and though I could post. that didn't happen. When I got back I came back into a crap storm of major family illnesses. It's going to be ~ok, but not for a bit. I'm able to post, so I'll finish this campaign off strong now!

This was a lot of fun. Thanks again for running the module. I might run this for my kids when we playtest PF2. It is cool to encounter a dragon at a lower level than you would normally expect.

Full disclosure: I actually played through this same module in a Pbp back in 2010. It did not end well for the party, so I'd like to see how it goes with a different group. Would you be ok with me playing through this one again? I obviously would not spoil anything.
