perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 well apparently Bahram is more interested in Almah than any old caravan wagon

It would seem that Bahram is definately interestd in what Almah has to say even if he isn't hearing anything she says.

after she leaves Bahram shakes his head trying to clear it of what he was thinking.

Right, an investigation, Where to start, maybe Almah need to be better interogated, I'll do that.. he says rubbing his hands together mischieviously.

Saresha:
When the mercenaries see you they smile and one of them say: Sit down lass we got water here, if ya don't mind sharing a canteen! While another a woman says:We were just talking bout how this guy never had seen a horse that size She says pointing to a man in front of her. Finally the other woman said: Gods! It's clear you lot where birthed by Gnolls! Don't you know manners? Lass my name is Brotis, the other woman is Yesper the mens are Trevvis and Dullen. Trevvis is the oldman, Dullen the guy who never saw a horse.

Bahram:
Almah is working one reports inside her tent, you must decide how you approach her.

F Ifrit Paladin / 1

Saresha smiles, happy that they're friendly. Her kind of people. "Oh that's alright, I brought some, I was just seeing if anyone thought to give you some after all that hard work." She chuckles and nods.

"I'm Saresha. And the horse is Daystar, and he is a bit of an abberation." She winks at Dullen, clearly teasing, "Most horses aren't that big."

Bahram straightens himself up looking as presentable as he can and heads to Almah's tent.

He pauses amoment lost in her beauty in the flickering candlelight inside her tent.

Excuse me, Almah? it is an honor to share your camp, I am hopeing to, ahhh speed up this investigation you could help me a bit.

Bahram gives his best smile and lays on his best charm.

At Almah and Garavel's urging, Beinir joins the rest of the group in examining the wagon. As he begins to look, an ember begins smoking heavily again, causing his eyes to tear up. He kicks it out and retreats from the smoldering remains. "Sorry, you'd think after all of these years at the forge, I could stand a little smoke."
Perception 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Satisfied that there is little to see inside the wagon, Beinir joins Saresha over by the mercenaries. "I'm Beinir. Nice to meet the lot of you. Been out here long? We were glad to catch up with you today, but certainly didn't expect excitement like this right away. Any other trouble while you've been waiting for us?"

Ghirhuk moves about the camp looking for any signs of trouble. He's casting Detect Magic to track down any possible problems. He'll start at the burned wagon and move out from there.

The first person he finds that wasn't on a camel with him will face his sly questioning abilities. You. You burn wagon?

Saresha and Beinir:
The old man looks at you Beinir and says:Trouble? While waiting? Nothing, we did run in an ambush when during travels thirty Gnolls, if any had survived they would learn not to play with men.The woman named Yesper says:Aye and not a serious wound but now there's fire and two of us get hurt.

Bahram:
The floor of Alma's tent is covered by a dark green carpet with gold patterns, there is a small desk inside the tent where Almah was working seated in a cushion equal a group of others pilled at one corner, inside the tent there are also a bedroll and a fine crafted wooden chest.

Upon seeing you Almah nods, and say matter of factly: Take a cushion and sit, I believe the name is Bahram, no? Well what would you ask? You feel that Almah feels somehow comfortable with your presence.

Ghirhuk:
You feel a dim lingering magical aura but you cannot fathom its secrets, the first person or rather persons you encounter are Hadrod and Hadrah. To your question they answer: T]Don't joke around friend. But regardless this is the first time I've seen one of your kind! Where are you from? then his wife chimes in:And why did you join this expedition? Do you eat lizard? If you don't I have to change tonight's dinner. Oh regardless what about your comnpanions where are they from?

F Ifrit Paladin / 1

Saresha broods over this for a moment, drinking her water and nodding commiseratingly with the mercenaries,

"Bit odd though from where we were - just went up in flames, you know?" She shivers at the memory of it, despite baking in her armor.

Rauve shakes his head as the others just glance about the burnt wagon as though they weren't even trying to investigate. He notices that no struggle took place, this could definitely mean magic was involved and someone wanted him dead, this probably wasn't some random unlucky fire. He isn't sure who he should tell. Of the people of interest, the Human definitely wasn't his first choice for telling of anything really. The Ifrit seemed like a good person to tell, she was nice enough and they have possibly a similar history with their heritage. The Dwarf also seemed like a decent person to talk to, but dwarves are dwarves and he has known a few who couldn't keep things quite for the life of them (one quite literally). And well the Kobold... well he was a Kobold, he wasn't exactly sure what to expect out of him.

After a few minutes of looking over the wagon for more clues Rauve stands up to go check on how the frightened animals are doing. As he stands he spots a figure over by one of the far wagons just looking at him suspiciously. The figure then disappears quickly. Rauve would never catch up to him in time and would probably make himself suspicious if anything. So he just decides to ignore it and bring it up to Almah and Garavel later.

There was about 10 minutes of checking out that wagon combing it over. Not sure if Snowball will be with Hadrod and Hadrah when he is over there.
Rauve sees Snowball talking to the two people that helped him earlier with the animals. He walks up towards the animals. If they acknowledge him he stops and asks, "How are the animals now?" and then properly introduces himself to the entire group.
If not, then he just walks past and starts dealing with the animals, giving them drinking water and interacting with them.

Saresha and Beinir:
Well the wagon was burning for some time I reckon. Utarchus and Kallien saw it first and tryed to keep the fire from spreading... That is how they got hurt.Says Trevvis to which the others nod.

Bahram:
I do not believe the fire was set, but a investigation needs to be made. She looks at you sharply upon hearing your last question and answers:I do not and believe it does not concern you unless it has something to do if the fire?

Rauve:
Ghirhuk is still talking with the camel drivers, having just finished shaking hands with Hadrah when you arrive and ask about the animals to chich Hadrod answers:Yes they are... Except for Lombard! My beloved Lombard! He is missing ya know!As his saying this his wife interups: Husband for gods sake! I know you worried about Lombard but remember your manners! That being said thank you mister? She says turning toward you. You notice that while the couple is more curious than put off by your appearence.

Bahram: seducing Almah is hard =D.

F Ifrit Paladin / 1

Saresha nods a bit. "Makes sense, I guess. It just seemed quite fantastic from where we rode. We were coming to meet you, and the tree just went up in flames! WOOSH!" Saresha tries to make a 'woosh' gesture, can't think of one, and just waves her hand around.

Bahram notices her reaction.

Bahram and Almah:

interestinghe smiles. so why the investigation then? do you acrually suspect someone or something? surely an accident would be just that and easily discovered thus eliminating the need for any investigation.

Bahram also ponders the final answer.
True enough, my question does not concern the fire, but still....you did see fit to answer, perhaps there is a soft side to you that yearns to be let out, if only for a short time. he reponds smiling his comforting smile.

Saresha and Beinir:
Not sure if that guy was careless with fire, but he had these danmed candles aways on inside his wagon. That is asking for trouble if ya ask me. Says Trevvis. Don't think anyone had anything agaisnt Eloah he was a cheery likeable fella. Answered Yesper.

Rauve and Ghirhuk:
Hadrah and that is my fool of a husband HadrodHadrah introduces herself and her husband. Lombard is a goat, actually my favorite goat ever! Answers Hadrod flustered. He went missing during the confusion, probably led the escape from the pens, goats are smart ya know, and Lombard is too smart by half. Take care of himself in this desert? Are you crazy? Hyenas, giant lizards, gnolls and only the Dawnflower knows what more.

Bahram:
[b]Because if there's even a minor chance of it having been set, then It must be investigated. The deserts forgive no slights on our part. After this she says: I do not have such a man. Eloah was my best friend but we were nothing more. She lets out while distraught.

Rauve turns away to call Farra, "Farra!" The camel looks over to Rauve excitedly and trots over to him. "I need to you to go and find Lombard, okay? Find the Goat." He points to one of the other goats in the pen (and gives her Lombard's favorite treat). "That way first" Pointing whichever way they said, or what appears to be the easiest way out of camp.

Saresha shakes her head a bit. "Seems like a tragic accident. Almah wanted to be sure nobody was trying to hurt anyone here, thus the curiosity." After all, the truth was important. She seems satisfied enough that they're good people, though, but then, she might be naive.

I'm going to see what Snowball is getting up to - Ah! Hello," Saresha beams at Dashki, casting an odd look over the Kobold, wondering what he's doing.
