    The door yields no clue as to what's beyond. Whistle Pig finds no traps, so he opens the door.

    The sickly sweet smell of blood and viscera is almost overpowering in this room. A long, giant-sized table rests against the west wall. A partially devoured human corpse lies on top of the table like a meal to be served, complete with an apple jammed in its mouth. The floor near the body is sticky with blood; elsewhere, hides and furs cover the floor.

    Alone, eating a delicious meal in utter and total silence, is a lean figure. The giant is hairless and has smooth, milky white skin. A scythe gleams next to the giant’s hands....

    Somehow it didn't hear the combat....

    Ushyle feels the tug in his stomach, more familiar than he'd like now, of Rae and her spell. He finds the rainbow bridge of Vael to be somewhat less unsettling — perhaps it's the comforting scent of hops and barley, reminiscent of simpler times in the Ramblehouse. It is somehow less disorienting than Raen's, perhaps becau...

    The giant apparently lived an aesthetic life. He carried nothing of value. After searching the room peacefully, it appears this room is used for little else beyond the macabre. There's nothing of value here.
