Fuego Firestorm
"I can do better. I have a wand of fog cloud, and I can see THROUGH fog." Fuego will take the wand of fog cloud, cast the fog cloud where the party wants it, and move into the cloud himself, while telling the party where the enemies are.
GM Banesama
The archers are setup in a crescent moon shape formation while there are warriors with swords both north and south of them. There are a lot of trees, bushes, and fallen logs providing cover for them.
The group is to the east of them, just out of short distance range of them. They seem to have been waiting for you to get a little bit closer to send a volley of arrows at you. They don't realize their ambush is up yet, but it won't take long for them to realize they have been spotted.
Mihail
"Well then. Then, I am not opposed to them being fireball-ed or walled by fire as long as you can leave a few of them alive. Information is pretty scarce around these parts. Let's hope that they have some for us after we incapacitated them."
Mihail squints his eyes as he could only see the ones next to him due to the fog.
"I cannot do much at this range and in this fog. You will have to take care of the archers or urge the horses to move closer then direct me to the targets."
Mihail's max blast range is 50 ft or 70 ft if you include the aoe radius but the best he can catch at max range is one or two people if they are stacked together.
Amelia Patterson
"Well, then," adds Amy's voice softly. "Let's get a move on, shall we? Festina!" Casting haste on the entire party, including the horses. Then she rises twenty feet through the air, floating invisibly just above the surface of the fog and looking out over the hillside.
"Clara"
"Ah yes, our traditional solution of blind ourselves and clump up. Well, if we're doing it this way, go get them. Try to remember no maiming. For all we know they're the local farmers out to save their farm from bandits, and if they're the bandits it's an easy enough job to bundle them into the back of the wagon with us. I'll see if I can draw them in for you."
Clara jumps off the back of the wagon, keeping an eye on the path behind them, and the wagon and fog between her and the ambush.

Drawing his shield and sword he prepares to jump of the wagon.
J`Victus
J'Victus smiles back
You always take the fun out of I told you so....
He looks past the others towards the ambush site.
Do what you want to the middle and left. I am taking right.
J'Victus starts to move toward the right.

"I'm ready with some air support," Amelia whispers to J'Victus and the group.

Because I will be dealing with a large amount of enemies for you guys, want I am going to do is total the HP for each group and when you do enough damage to that group, one of them will die. Example. Mobs have 25 HP and there is 10 of them. So I treat them as 250 HP but when you do 25 damage, they go down to 9.
Amelia Patterson
Should the party get an additional +2 to initiative from Clara's hunter's blessing?
As her companions move into position, Amy hovers invisibly in place, tense with anticipation. She takes one last look around the scene, then hisses "Confusione," flinging a handful of pistachio shells through the fog with a sharp, sweeping gesture. Immediately, she dives forward, shooting across the battlefield like a bullet.
Casting confusion, centered in the middle of the group of bandits on the bottom right. Each of the four bandits must make a DC 22 Will save or be confused for 10 rounds. Then moving 90 feet forward, still gliding 25 feet above the ground.

Ahadiel simply stands up, dons his helmet and shouts.
"To the wannabe attackes!

With Amelia and Fuego's aid in pinpointing the two warriors west to the mix group that had been blasted by the initial fireball, Mihail spreads his hands.
"Hail ho the wind and rain. Let its bolt strikes the ground agaiinnn and againnnnn!!!!!"
The bard's jarring tune affect the area he desires by extension the two bandits with an intense sound that imitates the crack of thunder that comes from the darken clouds that forms above.

Mihail moves out of the fog, starknife gleaming its silver due to the fire. Once he spots the two archers still inert, he turns back to the fog.
"Ahadiel, Akarus, let's finish this. Follow after me."
And he dances, boosting his allies' morale and confidence (Inspire Courage; +3 to attack, damage, saves vs fear & charm using audible component).

She calls back to the party through their message spell, "I'm going to take a shot at charming one of them, see if they know anything useful." Bending over the sleeping form, she snaps her fingers briskly. Using misfortune hex, DC 23 Will save or be forced to roll twice and take the lowest for the next two rounds. If the bandit saves, simply using Accursed Hex to try again. She then waves her hand soothingly over the bandit and murmers, "delecto hominem." Casting charm person, DC 19 Will save or be charmed.

"The law is the law. We turn them over to the nearest town sheriff for banditry and let them deal with it.No murder." Fuego tells J'Victus. "Should the sheriff decide to hang them, not our problem."
J`Victus
J'victus looks at Fuego shaking his head, whispers a reply and walks away.
So you lob fireballs at them and now you want play nice. Why don't you just sit down and sing kumbaya with them. You should never play cards..like ever...cause you suck at reading a bluff and since when do you care about law...you tend to float in the middle when it comes to any moral or ethical stance.
Fuego Firestorm
Fuego whispers back to J’Victus. ”I care about law when it gives a solution to a problem. I certainly am not carting them around with us, and the law is as good as a tool to dispose of them as any. Fireballs was – self defence. Since they started it first. They could have run, and Ahadiel gave them a chance to flee. They spat on it by their actions.”
J`Victus
Robbing his ear, smiling back and whispers.
The law is a tool then. Do not tell the law this but we attacked the bandits first. We just got lucky in that they did intend to attack us.
GM Banesama
The non-charmed bandits shut up with J'Victus threat while the charmed bandit continues on. "I was just following orders. Our leader has probably already fled on horse back to Twin Forks. He was suppose to attack you from behind with another, but they never showed up. He would know who informed us of you."
Amelia Patterson
Amelia activates her hat of disguise, appearing out of thin air and smiling warmly at the charmed bandit. "Hmm, this leader of yours sounds very interesting, I'd love to meet him. Could you give us a name and description?" She taps her chin thoughtfully. "And any information about how many others are in your group or where you're typically based would be greatly appreciated."
